Abstract
Description
- This utility model relates to the field of ground cleaning, and in particular to a ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function.
- Almost all ground cleaning apparatuses for wet and dry dual use on the current market perform wet mopping first and then perform dry suction, that is, the ground cleaning apparatuses have rear dust collection functions. However, this may sometimes cause troubles: in a case of large particle hard dirt, the large particle dirt obstructs wet mopping or large particulate matters brought into a wet mopping device are easily stuck in the wet mopping device, such that the apparatuses cannot work and are even damaged.
- In addition, there are scarcely cleaning apparatuses which can achieve cleaning effects of "dryness", "cleanliness" and "self-cleanliness" on the current market. The "dryness" means that there are few water stains left on a rolling brush treated by a pressure roller. The "cleanliness" means that the dirt on the ground can be conveyed through a threaded conveying rod and treated thoroughly, and sweeping and mopping are integrated. The "self-cleanliness" means that the rolling brush can achieve a self-cleaning process by way of clean water transportation and pressure roller squeezing.
- Furthermore, after commonly scraped by a scraping strip, the surface of the rolling brush is pressed together, such that the ability of the rolling brush to adsorb dirty water and dirt is extremely reduced. The pressure roller and the rolling brush rotate at a relatively high speed and generate a lot of accumulated water which is easy to splash, such that extra water stains are easily generated.
- Therefore, in combination with the above technical problems, it is necessary to provide a new technical solution.

The dust suction port of the apparatus is formed in front of the cleaning device which performs dry suction first and then performs wet mopping. The cleaning device sucks particle dirt on the ground first and then only needs to clean dirty water and a small amount of dirt, such that the damage to the cleaning device caused by large particle dirt is reduced, and the service life of the cleaning device is prolonged. The dust suction rod in the patent can be adapted and a common vacuum cleaner on the current market can be adapted as well. Old stuffs of users can be reused, and the apparatus is high in universality.
- The patent can achieve "dryness", "cleanliness" and "self-cleanliness". The "dryness" means that there are few water stains left on a rolling brush treated by a pressure roller. The "cleanliness" means that the dirt on the ground can be conveyed through a threaded conveying rod and treated thoroughly, and sweeping and mopping are integrated. The "self-cleanliness" means that the rolling brush can achieve a self-cleaning process by way of clean water supplementation by the rolling brush and pressure roller squeezing in the patent. The patent provides various water supplementation modes, which helps to achieve self-cleanliness. The patent further accords with an ergonomic design, improves the user experience greatly, and overcomes defects of an existing product.
- The first hairbrush assemblies are additionally arranged. Protrusions such as the first protrusions or second protrusions on the first hairbrush assemblies and the rolling brush form point-to-face contacts. Compared with a face-to-face contact formed by a water scraping strip or the pressure rod and the rolling brush, flexible dirt such as hairs and noodles adhered to the rolling brush cannot be removed by way of an acting force of the face-to-face contact formed by the water scraping strip or the pressure rod, and the flexible dirt is even squeezed and attached to the rolling brush more firmly. For the first hairbrush assemblies forming point-to-face contacts, the protrusions or second protrusions thereon are configured to hook off the flexible dirt adhered to the rolling brush, such that the first hairbrush assemblies are configured to remove dirt on the rolling brush more effectively and thoroughly, thereby effectively improving the removal effect of the dirt on the rolling brush. The surface of the rolling brush is clean continuously, which helps to improve the ground cleaning effect. Of course, the first hairbrush assemblies cannot only remove the flexible dirt, but also remove the particle dirt more easily.
- The hairbrush is additionally arranged to prevent water accumulation which will be formed below the pressure roller because the pressure roller and the rolling brush squeeze and rotate relatively at a high speed, which plays a guiding role. Moreover, the rolling brush rotates to drive the hairbrush to rotate to throw the dirty water or dirt squeezed by the pressure roller into the conveying rod housing, such that the dirt on the surface of the rolling brush can be eliminated.
- After the rolling brush is squeezed by the pressure rod or the water scraping strip to scrape the dirty water and dirt, the lint water absorption layer on the surface of the rolling brush presses a rolling shaft. When the pressed lint water absorption layer rotates forwards continuously to be in contact with the ground again, as the lint water absorption layer is pressed together, the ability of the rolling brush to adsorb the dirty water and dirt will be deteriorated obviously. Therefore, after the rolling brush is squeezed by the pressure rod, the second hairbrush assembly in contact with the rolling brush is arranged on the surface of the rolling brush, the wool tops on the second hairbrush assembly scrape the lint water absorption layer, such that the pressed lint water absorption layer becomes fluffy. The fluffy lint water absorption layer is configured to adsorb the dirty water and dirt on the ground well. Therefore, the first hairbrush assemblies and the second hairbrush assembly both help the rolling brush improve the cleaning ability greatly.
- There are various optional solutions for the water supplementation modes of self-cleanliness of the rolling brush, which are flexible and diverse. The water supplementation modes include one of or more of water supplementation from the water retaining housing, water supplementation from the conveying rod housing, water supplementation from the hairbrush, water supplementation from the hairbrush housing and water supplementation from the pressure roller arbitrarily, and a free combination thereof, such that the accessories of the apparatus are flexibly configured.
- The threaded conveying rod is arranged. The threaded conveying rod and the rolling brush rotate relatively to squeeze each other, such that the resistance of the rolling brush is reduced, and the driving power of the rolling brush can be saved. Moreover, rotary squeezing does not damage the surfaces of the rolling brush and the threaded conveying rod, such that the service life of the product is prolonged. The threaded conveying rod conveys the dirty water and dirt squeezed by the rolling brush to the dirt outlet at the other end from one end of the threaded conveying rod along the threaded groove, which facilitates self-cleanliness of the rolling brush. The dirt outlet and the water inlet can be preferably formed at both ends of the threaded conveying rod to save the space, which facilitates a miniaturized or diverse design of the product. The surface of the threaded conveying rod is protruding and recessed, and when the threaded conveying rod presses the rolling brush and rotates, the protruding and recessed surface of the threaded conveying rod kneads, pats, and squeezes the rolling brush, such that the cleaning and drying effects of the surface of the rolling brush are better. The threaded conveying rod squeezes the rolling brush to squeeze the dirty water and dirt on the rolling brush, such that the rolling brush is in a semi-wet, micro-wet or micro-dry state. The cleaning and decontaminating abilities of the drier rolling brush are further facilitated.
- The pressure roller is arranged to squeeze the rolling brush to remove the dirty water. The pressure roller squeezes the rolling brush and rotates reverse to the rolling brush to form rotary squeezing of two cylinders. The driving power of the rolling brush is less in loss, such that the requirement on the driving power of the rolling brush is reduced. The rotary squeeze is not prone to damage the surfaces of the rolling brush and the pressure roller, such that the service life of the product is prolonged favorably. The pressure roller further squeezes the rolling brush, such that the rolling brush is squeezed to a micro-wet, micro-dry and even semi-dry state and can block large particle dirt, and therefore, the work efficiency and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush are improved more effectively. The degree of tightness of the pressure roller and the rolling brush can be adjusted according to an actual using condition, such that the optimum cleaning effect is achieved.
- The ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function in the patent features simple and compact structure. The product structure is simplified and the cost is lowered favorably. The weight and volume of the apparatus is reduced. It is more convenient for a user to take and use the ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function.

- In another embodiment, the ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function further includes a
driving device 6. The drivingdevice 6 is configured to drive the rollingbrush 1 to rotate. - In an embodiment, the driving
device 6 can be connected to the rollingbrush 1. As shown inFIG. 4 to FIG. 5 andFIG. 7 , the drivingdevice 6 drives the rollingbrush 1 to rotate. The rolling brush rotates to drive the threaded conveyingrod 21 to rotate in a reverse direction, such that the threaded conveyingrod 21 has the function of conveying water and dirt. Of course, the drivingdevice 6 can also be arranged inside the rollingshaft 12 of the rollingbrush 1. - In an embodiment, the rolling
brush 1 is connected to one driving device, the threaded conveyingrod 21 is connected to the other driving device, and the rolling brush and the threaded conveyingrod 21 are both driven by the driving devices to rotate. - In an embodiment, the rolling
brush 1 is not provided with a direct driving device. The driving device is directly connected to the threaded conveyingrod 21, and the threaded conveyingrod 21 rotates to drive the rollingbrush 1 to rotate in the reverse direction. - In an embodiment, the rolling
brush 1 and the threaded conveyingrod 21 are both not provided with the driving devices. When the apparatus is used by a user, and the cleaning device is pushed forward, the rolling brush is driven to rotate. The rolling brush rotates to drive the threaded conveyingrod 21 to rotate in a reverse direction, such that the threaded conveyingrod 21 has the function of conveying water and dirt. - For the above embodiments of the four driving devices, in a case of the pressure roller, and/or another driving device, the driving device can be connected to the
pressure roller 4 and drives thepressure roller 4 to rotate. - In this example, the ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function further includes an
electricity storage assembly 61, and theelectricity storage assembly 61 is electrically connected to thedriving device 6. - In this example, the ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function further includes a
cover housing 62. The driving device and the electricity storage assembly are both arranged on thewater retaining housing 3. The length directions of the driving device and the electricity storage assembly are consistent with that of the rolling brush. Thecover housing 62 covers thedriving device 6 and theelectricity storage assembly 61. The cover housing is in close fit to a top of thewater retaining housing 3. - The technical solution of the ground cleaning apparatus having a front dust collection function in the patent at least has the following one or more beneficial effects:
The dust suction port of the apparatus is formed in front of the cleaning device which performs dry suction first and then performs wet mopping. The cleaning device sucks particle dirt on the ground first and then only needs to clean dirty water and a small amount of dirt, such that the damage to the cleaning device caused by large particle dirt is reduced, and the service life of the cleaning device is prolonged. The cleaning device performs dry suction and wet mopping separately, such that the cleaning effect is better. - In the apparatus, an access port of a dust collection cover can be flexibly adapted to the dust collection device.
