In the example, the roller brush 1 comprises a roller 12 and a flexible cleaning layer arranged on the roller 12, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the flexible cleaning layer is a flannelette water absorption layer 11 or a water absorption rubber layer, but the flexible cleaning layer may be other water absorption materials. Prior art roller brushes or mops are all done by manual cleaning. Even if some products are said to have a self-cleaning function, the actual effect is poor. Preferably, the rolling brush is further provided with a driving device, the driving device can drive the rolling brush to rotate, and the driving device can be arranged inside the rolling brush or outside the rolling brush. Preferably, a sewage pipe 26 is arranged on the sewage draining exit 22, one end of the sewage pipe 26 is connected with the sewage draining exit 22, and the other end of the sewage pipe 26 is connected with the sewage tank 72 or extends into the sewage tank 72. Preferably, the sewage draining exit 22 is arranged at the position of the conveying rod shell 2 corresponding to the blade. The round rod pressing roller is arranged and pressed on the rolling brush and rotates reversely with the rolling brush to form two cylinders to rotate reversely and extrude, and the resistance applied to the rolling brush is small, so that the power loss of the rolling brush is small, and the requirement of the rolling brush on the driving power can be reduced; the surfaces of the rolling brush and the compression roller are not damaged, the service life of a product is prolonged, the round rod compression roller extrudes the rolling brush to remove sewage and block large-particle dirt, the contact tightness of the round rod compression roller extrusion rolling brush can be adjusted according to actual needs, the rolling brush is extruded to be in a semi-wet state, a micro-dry state or even a semi-dry state, automatic squeezing of the rolling brush is facilitated, the working efficiency and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush can be improved, and the best cleaning effect is achieved.

A fixing rod 3112 is disposed at an end of the platen roller body 311, the fixing rod 3112 is disposed coaxially with the platen roller body 311, an outer diameter of the platen roller body 311 is larger than an outer diameter of the fixing rod 3112, the fixing rod 3112 includes a first fixing rod 3113 and a second fixing rod 3114, one end of the platen roller body 311 is fixedly connected to the first fixing rod 3113, and the other end of the platen roller body 311 is fixedly connected to the second fixing rod 3114; in an example, the rolling balls follow the rolling brush, and the rolling balls are opposite to the rotating direction of the rolling brush 1 so as to reduce resistance when the rolling brush rotates. The press roller housing 32 is a long structure, the axial direction of the press roller 31 is consistent with the axial direction of the press roller housing 32, and the outer diameter of the first fixing lever 3113 is consistent with the outer diameter of the second fixing lever 3114.

In an example, the rotating shaft 34 is provided with a pressing roller gear, the pressing roller gear is engaged with a rolling brush gear on the rolling brush, the pressing roller gear is driven by the rolling brush 1 to rotate in a reverse direction to drive the spiral shaft 341 on the rotating shaft 34 to rotate, and the bending rod 3115 of the pressing roller 31 reciprocates in the spiral groove 3411 along the axial direction, so that the rolling brush is pressed by the balls on the pressing roller in a reciprocating manner. Of course, the press roller gear can also be directly connected with the driving part, and the press roller gear is driven to rotate by the driving part.

In an example, the water blocking shell 4 is detachably connected with other parts of the water blocking shell 4 at the position corresponding to the position where the second brush assembly and the compression roller assembly 3 are installed, so as to facilitate the installation of the second brush assembly and the compression roller assembly 3, a detachable spring plate 42 is arranged on the water blocking shell 4 at the position where the second spring 3241 is installed, and the spring plate 42 is detachably buckled on the water blocking shell 4, so as to facilitate the installation of the second spring 3241 in the spring groove 324. The second brush assembly 52 is preferably provided, and the number of the second brush assemblies 52 can be one or more; the second brush assembly 52 is arranged on one side of the press roll assembly 3 far away from the first brush assembly, the second brush assembly 52 can be rotatably arranged in the water retaining shell 4, the second brush assembly 52 is a rod-shaped component with a plurality of wool tops on the surface, and the wool tops are in contact with the rolling brush 1; the surface of the roller brush 1 is provided with a flannelette water absorption layer 11, the wool tops can be used for loosening the flannelette water absorption layer 11, and the second brush component 52 is a rotary second brush component or a non-rotary second brush component.

As shown in fig. 27 to 31, a driving device 101 is arranged in the rolling brush, the driving device 101 can drive the rolling brush 1 to rotate, the rolling brush 1 is detachably mounted on the water blocking housing 4, the rolling brush 1 with the built-in driving device can be integrally detached from the water blocking housing 4, at least one end of the rolling brush 1 is provided with a second conductive structure, and the driving device is electrically connected with the first conductive structure of the water blocking housing 4 through the second conductive structure. The rolling brush 1 comprises a rolling shaft 11 and a flexible cleaning layer sleeved on the rolling shaft 11, the rolling shaft 11 is provided with an accommodating cavity, the driving device 101 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, at least one end of the rolling brush 1 is provided with a second conductive structure, the second conductive structure is electrically connected with the driving device, the first conductive structure corresponds to the second conductive structure, and the second conductive structure is electrically connected with the first conductive structure in an abutting mode. In an example, the other end of the first conductive structure is connected with a power supply assembly, and the power supply assembly can provide electric energy required by rotation of the driving part. In an example, one end of the driving part, which is far away from the fixing part, is provided with a ring gear, a tooth socket matched with the ring gear is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the ring gear is meshed in the tooth socket.
The containing cavity is formed in the rolling brush, the fixing portion is provided with a supporting shaft, the supporting shaft penetrates through the rolling shaft and extends out of one end of the rolling brush, the supporting shaft is clamped with the supporting column 611, and preferably, the driving device is contained in the containing cavity in a sealed mode.
The accommodating cavity is formed in one end of the roller 11 in the length direction, the fixing part is accommodated on one side, close to the supporting end, of the accommodating cavity, and the fixing part is detachably connected to the supporting end. Preferably, one end of the fixing part, which is far away from the driving part, is provided with at least one sealing structure, the sealing structure can seal the driving device in the accommodating cavity, and the sealing structure stops water and dirt from entering the driving device. In the illustrated example, the sealing structure is a gasket 1014.
In one aspect, a supporting column 431 is disposed on a side of the at least one supporting end 43 facing the roller brush 1, a supporting groove 13 is disposed on at least one end of the roller brush 1, and the supporting groove 13 is sleeved on the supporting column 431. When only one supporting end 43 is provided with the supporting column, another supporting end and one end of the rolling brush can be in various clamping connection modes, certainly, two supporting ends can be provided with the supporting column 431, when two supporting ends are provided with the supporting column 431, at least one supporting column 431 is an elastic pressing type supporting column, during installation, one end of the rolling brush is installed on the supporting column, the elastic pressing type supporting column is pressed, the other end of the rolling brush is sleeved on the elastic pressing type supporting column, and of course, attention needs to be paid to the fact that the fixing portion or the supporting column on the fixing portion is in clamping connection with the supporting column.
In one case, a receiving groove 432 is formed on a surface of one of the supporting ends 43, a supporting rod 1013 is disposed at an end of the fixing portion away from the driving portion 1012, the supporting rod 1013 extends out of the roller brush 1, a fastening structure or a spring structure is disposed in the receiving groove 432, and/or a fastening structure or a spring structure is disposed on the supporting rod 1013, and the supporting rod is fastened or pressed in the receiving groove 432. The other supporting end and the other end of the rolling brush can be in various clamping modes.
It should be noted that all the technical features of the rolling brush and the supporting frame described above can be freely combined at will without conflict, and the free combination or simple modification, variation and amendment thereof are all within the protection scope of the present patent.
In an example, the accommodating cavity is arranged at one end of the roller, a supporting rod is arranged at one end, away from the driving part, of the fixing part, an accommodating groove is formed in one supporting end, a lock catch is arranged in the accommodating groove, the supporting rod is buckled in the accommodating groove through the lock catch, the first conductive structure is a conductive sheet, at least one conductive sheet is arranged in the accommodating groove, one end of the supporting rod can conduct electricity, and the supporting rod is electrically connected with the conductive sheet. The other supporting end is provided with a supporting column 431, one end of the rolling shaft, which is far away from the driving device, is provided with a supporting groove, and the supporting groove is sleeved on the supporting column 431. The driving device is accommodated in the accommodating cavity of the rolling shaft, and when the rolling brush is disassembled, the rolling brush internally provided with the driving device is integrally disassembled.
The power supply assembly on the supporting frame provides electric energy for the driving device, the joint is fixed on the fixing part of the driving device at the supporting end, the driving part driving roller of the driving device rotates, the flexible cleaning layer on the roller rotates synchronously, and water and dirt on the ground are cleaned by the flexible cleaning layer.
The cleaning device also has a self-cleaning function, and the rolling brush can be used for replenishing water on the rolling brush while cleaning sewage and dirt so as to realize the self-cleaning function of the rolling brush and be beneficial to better and cleaner ground cleaning. The water replenishing mode of the rolling brush comprises at least one or more of the following modes:
in one embodiment, at least one end of the conveying rod housing 2 is provided with a screw water inlet 23, as shown in fig. 7-9 and 12, the screw water inlet 23 is connected with the clean water tank 71 through a water pump 73, the self-discharging screw conveying rod 24 can convey water and dirt from the screw water inlet 23 to the position of the blade 243 of the self-discharging screw conveying rod 24, and the clean water enters the conveying rod housing 2 through the screw water inlet 23 and is conveyed to the surface of the rolling brush 1 through the self-discharging screw conveying rod 24, so that the surface water displacement cleaning of the rolling brush 1 is completed.
In one embodiment, at least one water replenishing port is arranged on the inner wall of the water retaining shell 4, the water replenishing port faces the roller brush 1, purified water is conveyed to the surface of the roller brush 1 through the water replenishing port, and preferably, the water replenishing port is arranged between the conveying rod shell 2 and the compression roller assembly 3.
In one embodiment, a brush housing 53 is sleeved outside the brush 51, as shown in fig. 22, the brush housing 53 is accommodated in the water blocking housing 4, the second protrusion 511 on the brush 51 is spirally arranged on the brush 51, and the brush 51 is rotatably installed in the brush housing 53;
the brush housing 53 is provided with a water inlet 531 and a brush housing water replenishing port 532, the water inlet 531 is arranged at one end of the brush housing 53, the brush housing water replenishing port 532 is opened towards the rolling brush 1, purified water enters the brush housing 53 from the water inlet 531, and the spiral second protrusion 511 conveys the purified water to the surface of the rolling brush 1 through the brush housing water replenishing port 532 under the rotation of the brush 51.
In one embodiment, the brush 51 has a hollow cavity, at least one water sprinkling opening 512 and a brush opening 513, as shown in fig. 23, the water sprinkling opening 512 and the brush opening 513 are both communicated with the hollow cavity, the water sprinkling opening 512 is disposed on the brush 51, the brush opening 513 is disposed at one end of the brush 51, and purified water is delivered into the hollow cavity through the brush opening 513 and delivered to the surface of the rolling brush through the water sprinkling opening 512.
The water replenishing mode of the rolling brush can be any one of the modes, and can also be a free combination of any two or more of the modes.
Preferably, the rolling brush is further connected with a driving device 101; the driving device 101 can drive the rolling brush 1 to rotate;
in one embodiment, the driving device 101 may be connected to the roller brush 1, and the driving device 101 drives the roller brush 1 to rotate, so that the self-discharging screw conveyor rod 24 is driven to rotate in a reverse direction by the rotation of the roller brush, and the self-discharging screw conveyor rod 24 performs a function of conveying water and dirt. Of course, the driving device 101 may be disposed outside the roller brush 1, as shown in fig. 1-5, the driving device 101 may be disposed on the water blocking housing, or may be disposed inside the roller 12 of the roller brush 1, as shown in fig. 29-31.
In one embodiment, the rolling brush 1 is connected with a driving device, the self-aligned threaded conveying rod 24 is connected with a driving part, and the rolling brush 1 and the self-aligned threaded conveying rod 24 are driven to rotate directly.
Of course, when the roller brush is not directly connected to the driving device 101, other rotation modes are possible, for example, in an embodiment, the roller brush 1 does not have a direct driving device, the self-aligned threaded conveying rod 24 is connected to a driving component, and the roller brush 1 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction by the rotation of the self-aligned threaded conveying rod 24.
In one embodiment, the roller brush 1 and the self-discharging threaded conveying rod 24 are not provided with a driving device, the cleaning device is pushed forward to drive the roller brush to rotate for cleaning, and the self-discharging threaded conveying rod 24 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction through the rotation of the roller brush, so that the self-discharging threaded conveying rod 24 has the function of conveying water and dirt.
In the above four embodiments, in which the roller brush rotates, when the round bar pressing roller 30 is provided, and/or further includes another driving member, the driving member may be connected to the round bar pressing roller 30, and the driving member drives the pressing roller 13 to rotate.
In an example, the device further comprises an electric storage assembly 61, and the electric storage assembly 61 is electrically connected with the driving device 101.
Also included is a housing 62; the water pump 73, the driving device 101 and the electricity storage assembly are all arranged on the water retaining shell 4, the cover 62 covers the water pump 73, the driving device 101 and the electricity storage assembly 61, and the cover 62 is tightly matched with the top of the water retaining shell 4.

the rolling brush (1) and the conveying rod shell (2) are both arranged in the water retaining shell (4), and the water retaining shell (4) can prevent water and dirt from overflowing;
the water tank (7) comprises a sewage tank (72), and the sewage draining outlet (22) is connected with the sewage tank (72).
