The waste bin 152 is used to collect various waste that enters the cleaning tool. The transfer filtering bin 160 is disposed on the housing 190, and transfers and filters sewage generated after the cleaning roller 110 is self-cleaned through a water tank disposed on the housing 190, and is convenient for a user to clean and maintain. A set of front wheels 181 and a set of rear wheels 182 are used to provide support for the cleaner head 100. The housing 190 serves to accommodate the respective constituent elements.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing 190 specifically includes an upper housing 191, a cover plate 192, a rear housing 193, and a lower housing 194. The upper housing 191 forms an upper surface of the cleaner head 100 and is openable in a direction from the front wheels 181 to the rear wheels 182. The rear housing 193 constitutes the rear surface of the cleaning head 100. The lower housing 194 defines the lower surface of the cleaner head 100. The cover plate 192 is disposed above the cleaning drum 110, and may be integrally formed with the upper housing 191. The upper shell 191 which can be opened can seal and wrap the cleaning roller 110 and the cleaning roller 140, and the humidity of the rollers is ensured. The cleaning roller 110 is detachably fixed to the housing 190. In operation, the cleaning roller 110 is driven by the driving device to rotate. The cleaning roller 140 is disposed behind the cleaning roller 110 in the rotation direction, and rotates counterclockwise in the same direction as the cleaning roller 110 to clean the cleaning roller 110, and sweeps the garbage on the cleaning roller 110 into the first garbage box 150 for centralized processing.
The cleaning head 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is capable of self-cleaning, supplying cleaning water to the cleaning drum 110 through a fresh water path, and collecting contaminated water generated after the cleaning of the cleaning drum 110 to a contaminated water tank through a water tank (not shown) provided in the housing 190. As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning head 100 further includes a water pressing plate 120 and a water sealing strip 130. The water pressing plate 120 is disposed above the cleaning drum 110 and contacts the surface of the cleaning drum 110 to press the cleaning drum 110. The water sealing strip 130 is above the cleaning roller 110 and the surface of the cleaning roller is in contact. The water pressing plate 120 is detachably connected with the water sealing strip 130, and forms a water storage space communicated with the water tank with the surface of the cleaning drum 110, so that the sewage extruded from the cleaning drum 110 is gathered and drained to the water storage space, and then gathered to the transit filter bin 160 through the water tank.
As shown in fig. 3, the cleaning head 100 further includes a shovel bar 170 disposed on the housing 190 and located behind the cleaning roller 110, and cooperating with the cleaning roller 110 to form a garbage collecting channel, so as to collect the cleaned garbage to the cleaning roller 140, and further collect the garbage to the first garbage box 150. According to an example embodiment of the present application, the shovel bar 170 may be a silicone shovel bar. The first shell 191 which can be opened upside down forms a closed garbage channel with the cleaning roller 140 on one hand; on the other hand, the cleaning roller is convenient to take out for cleaning.
The waste bin 152, which may be a carton or other blister bin, is disposed below the cleaning drum 140. The waste bin 152 is shaped like a U-shaped track and can be removed from the side of the cleaning head 101. Under normal use conditions, the period of time that the cleaning roller 140 normally needs to be taken out for cleaning is about 1 month, and the period of time that the garbage box 152 needs to be taken out for cleaning is about 1 week. The garbage box 152 is arranged below the cleaning roller 140 and taken out from the side, so that the garbage box 152 and the cleaning roller 140 can be respectively and independently taken out for cleaning without mutual influence.
Since the garbage box 152 is disposed under the cleaning roller 140, it is a garbage box main body and does not need a cover plate for sealing. Furthermore, the provision of the waste bin below the roller reduces the size of the cleaner head 100 in the direction from the front wheel 181 to the rear wheel 182. Thus, the cleaner head 100 is more compact. In the cleaning head 100, the upper housing 191 covers the cleaning roller 110 and the cleaning roller 140 as a whole and is openable in a direction from the front wheel 181 to the rear wheel 182. A second locking mechanism is provided on the housing 190 of the cleaner head 100 for locking the waste bin 152. The cleaning roller 140 adopts a brush roller structure. The cleaning roller 110 is a sponge roller.
As shown in fig. 4, an arc-shaped garbage passage a is formed between the shovel strip and the cleaning roller. The clearance between the arc-shaped garbage channel A and the cleaning roller 10 from outside to inside is gradually reduced, and the clearance can also be gradually increased. The side wall of the arc-shaped garbage channel A is provided with a plurality of retaining strips A2 for retaining solid garbage, and the upper side surface of the retaining strip A2 and the arc-shaped garbage channel A form a solid garbage retaining area. The arc-shaped garbage channel positioned in the solid garbage stopping area is provided with a solid garbage grading channel A1 communicated with the garbage collecting device, namely the solid garbage grading channel A1 is communicated with the solid garbage stopping area, one end of the solid garbage grading channel A1 is connected with the solid garbage stopping area, and the other end of the solid garbage grading channel A1 is connected with the garbage box 152. Due to the fact that the blocking strip A2 and the arc-shaped garbage channel A are arranged to form the solid garbage blocking area, the arc-shaped garbage channel A entering through the cleaning roller can be better collected, the granular solids are prevented from being influenced by gravity of the granular solids and acting force between the granular solids and the arc-shaped garbage channel A and between the granular solids and the cleaning roller, the granular solids stay in the arc-shaped garbage channel A for a long time, and continuous cleaning is influenced.
Fig. 5 illustrates a perspective view of a brush drum according to an example embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the cleaning roller 140 may be a brush roller according to an example embodiment of the present application. The surface of the brush roller is covered with the planting hairs which are arranged in a V shape.
FIG. 6A shows a brush drum assembly schematic according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6A, in the assembly process of the cleaning head 100, the cleaning roller 110 and the upper housing 191 integrally covered by the cleaning roller 140 may be opened in the direction from the front wheel to the rear wheel. The cleaning roller 110 may be disengaged from or engaged with the cleaning head 100 in the direction of the arrow in the figure. The cleaning roller 140 can be lifted up and down or loaded down into the cleaning head 100 by a handle 142 provided at one end of the cleaning roller 140. The waste bin 152 can be withdrawn or stowed away from the side of the cleaner head 100 in the direction of the arrow in the figure to facilitate removal of waste from the bin 152.

The water pressing plate, the water sealing strip and the surface of the cleaning roller 110 form a water storage space communicated with the water tank, and sewage extruded from the cleaning roller 110 is gathered and drained to the water storage space and then gathered to the transit filter bin 160 through the water tank. A water tank cover plate 195 is provided on the cleaning head housing to seal the water tank. When clean water is injected into the cleaning head by the water pump, the cleaning roller 110 and the water tank can be flushed. The sewage enters the transit filtering bin 160 through the runner of the water tank. The transfer filter bin 160 is provided with a filter screen box for filtering the garbage in the sewage. The screen cartridge can be removed from the center-pass filter cartridge 160 to facilitate cleaning of the waste therein.
It should be further noted that the filter screen for filtering sewage may be disposed in the water tank structure, and may also be disposed in the transit filter bin, which is not limited in this application. In order to avoid the blockage of the sewage channel by fine garbage, the filter screen needs to be taken out periodically for cleaning. The mode of setting the filter screen in the transfer filter storehouse can make the user take out the filter screen from the cleaning head very conveniently and clear up, has improved the convenience greatly.
As shown in fig. 7, the cleaning head provided herein further comprises a dirty water outlet 161 and a clean water inlet 197. The fresh water inlet 197 is provided in the housing of the cleaning head for delivering fresh water to the cleaning roller through a fresh water passage 198 provided in the housing.
