The working principle is as follows: the motor drives the rolling brush 3 which is stained with water to rotate and clean the ground to be cleaned at the same time, the cleaned garbage enters the dust collection box 5 through the dust guide plate 9 and the dust inlet 52, and the fine scraps and the particulate matters which are stained on the body of the rolling brush 3 are scraped by the brush hair 511 and fall into the dust collection box 5 from the dust inlet 52; the sewage on the rolling brush 3 is extruded by the water guide plate 42 and enters the sewage box 4 along the water guide plate 42, leaks out of the first through hole 41 and is pumped into the sewage tank 7 by the sewage pump; after the cleaning work is finished, the flip cover 21 is opened to take out the sewage box 4 and the dust collecting box 5, and the sewage tank 7 is taken down from the handle 1 and cleaned together.
