Description

Cleaning head and cleaning tool
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of cleaning equipment, and particularly relates to a cleaning head and a cleaning tool.
Background
With the development of modern technology, floor cleaning tools have been diversified, including brooms, mops, floor wipers, dust collectors, and the like. The cleaner is a very conventional floor cleaning tool, but the cleaner is very noisy and uncomfortable. And the garbage is cleaned only by sucking the garbage into the garbage box.
Brooms, mops and floor wipers are cleaning tools of the mop type, which generally have a fixed cleaning part, the cleaning capacity of which is determined by the dirt removing and absorbing capacity of the cleaning part. Since the cleaning portion is contaminated as soon as it comes into contact with the soiled floor, the cleaning power is gradually reduced during the subsequent cleaning process, and complete cleaning cannot be achieved, particularly when a large area is continuously swept. Therefore, the cleaning articles must be washed frequently, which is very troublesome.
For Chinese consumers, sweeping and mopping are necessary when cleaning the floor, and the floor cannot be thoroughly cleaned only by sweeping or mopping. However, these existing mopping and sweeping all-in-one machines either need to be washed continuously, or have complex structures and high manufacturing cost, so that ordinary consumers are prohibited. Furthermore, existing floor cleaning tools can only clean dry waste (brooms, cleaners, etc.) or can only be used to clean liquid waste (mops, floor mops, etc.). It is said to be unwarranted by the hand that the cleaning of dry and wet mixed waste, in particular sticky waste (such as syrup, ketchup, etc.), is either particularly poor or very laborious (e.g. with rags, requiring multiple washes).

As shown in fig. 3A, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the second roller 140 may be a brush roller, the surface of which is covered with bristles arranged in a V-shape. As shown in fig. 3B, the brush roller 140 is installed in the housing, and the first cover plate 141 can be opened to facilitate taking out or installing the brush roller 140. As shown in fig. 3B, a handle 142 may be provided at one end of the brush roller 140. The handle 142 secures the brush drum 140 to the housing by attachment to the housing.
As shown in fig. 3D, according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application, the second drum 140 may also be directly provided on the upper housing 191 to be coupled with the upper housing 191 without separately providing the first cover plate to be opened. When the upper housing 191 is lifted, the second drum 140 is released from the cleaning head chamber, which further facilitates the cleaning and removal of the second drum 140.
FIG. 4A shows a schematic view of an assembly of the trash can assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; figure 4B illustrates a perspective view of a trash can assembly according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4A, the waste bin assembly 150 can be removed from the housing to clean the collected waste. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the trash can assembly 150 is disposed behind the second roller, and includes a trash can cover 151 and a trash can body 152 connected thereto. The trash can body 152 can be a carton or other blister pack. In use, the waste bin assembly 150 is formed by inserting the waste bin body 152 into the waste bin cover 151 and then loading the cleaning head housing. In order to facilitate the installation of the trash box assembly 150, the trash box cover plate 151 further includes first locking devices (not shown in the drawings) disposed at two ends of the trash box cover plate 151, and the first locking devices cooperate with the housing to fix the trash box assembly 150. For example, two locking tongues are respectively arranged on two sides of the garbage box cover plate 151. When the garbage can assembly 150 is placed into the cleaning head, the lock tongues on the two sides can automatically extend into the grooves on the two side walls of the cleaning head to fix the garbage can assembly 150. After the garbage can assembly 150 is installed, the garbage can cover plate 151 will press the first cover plate above the brush roller. The garbage box cover 151 may further be provided with a pull-off switch to facilitate taking out of the garbage in the garbage box main body 152.
FIG. 5A shows a first schematic assembly of a transit filter cartridge and a flume according to an example embodiment of the present application; fig. 5B shows a transfer filter bin and sink assembly schematic diagram two according to an example embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the present application provides a cleaning head housing that is self-cleaning equipped with a relay filter cartridge 160 and a water tank 196. According to the embodiment shown in fig. 5A and 5B, the relay filter bin 160 may be a box-like structure with a filter screen that resembles a rectangle and is removable from above the cleaning head. The water tank 196 is a semi-closed frame-shaped water tank structure, and is disposed at a side of the first drum. The open end of the water tank 196 is connected to the water pressurizing bar 120 and the wiper strip 130 shown in fig. 2. A water storage space communicated with the water tank 196 is formed on the surface of the first roller 110, the water pressing plate, the scraping strips and the water tank, and the sewage extruded from the first roller 110 is gathered and guided to the water storage space and then gathered to the transfer filter bin 160 through the water tank 196. A water tank cover plate 195 is provided on the cleaning head housing to seal the water tank 196. In the using process, if garbage blockage occurs, a user can directly open the water tank cover plate 195 for cleaning and maintenance. When the cleaning head is filled with fresh water by the water pump, the first roller 110 and the water tank 196 can be flushed. The sewage enters the transit filter bin 160 through the flow passage of the water tank 196. The transfer filter bin 160 is provided with a filter screen box for filtering the garbage in the sewage. The screen cartridge can be removed from the transitional filter cartridge 160 to facilitate cleaning of the trash therein.

The trough 196 is provided on the side of the cleaner head housing and is sealed by a cover plate 195 to form a chamber, thereby forming a sewage conduit. The sewage extruded from the first roller is collected to the intermediate filtering bin 160 through the water tank 196. The intermediate filter cartridge 160 may include a cylindrical cartridge body 161, a sealing cover 162, a filter screen 163, a sewage inlet 164, and a sewage outlet 165. The sewage in the water tank 196 enters the intermediate filtering silo 160 through the sewage inlet 164. The filter screen 163 can make the large garbage be intercepted in a centralized manner when passing through, which is convenient for centralized treatment. After the filtering of the filtering net 163, the sewage in the transit filtering bin 160 can be pumped out through negative pressure pumping, so that the risk of blocking of a waterway pipeline is reduced. The sealing cover 162 adopts a screw cap type seal to firmly seal the transit filtering bin 160, so that the sewage leakage is avoided.
It should be further explained that the filter screen for filtering sewage may be disposed in the water tank structure, or may be disposed in the transfer filter bin, which is not limited in this application. In order to avoid the blockage of the sewage channel by fine garbage, the filter screen needs to be taken out periodically for cleaning. The filter screen arrangement mode shown in the embodiment of fig. 5D enables a user to conveniently take out the filter screen from the rear side of the cleaning head for cleaning, and the convenience is greatly improved.
