Description

Preparation method of functional dendrobe wine for improving yin nourishing and deficiency tonifying
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicated diet, in particular to a functional dendrobium wine for improving human immunity.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the food and the food are homologous, and the diet and the health are closely related. Therefore, the health preserving science of traditional Chinese medicine is not weak for thousands of years, especially at present of rapid development of science and technology, the drug resistance of human body to bacteria and viruses generated by abuse of western medicines cannot control the disease condition, and the medicine residue also seriously pollutes the environment and harms the health of the human body, so that at present, people call to return to the nature, look for green food without residue, and medical workers try to search animal and Chinese herbal medicine regulators capable of enhancing the immunity of the human body from natural animals and plants to prevent and treat the common and multiple diseases. The food is eaten by people as days, the food therapy and the food nourishing are important parts of the health preserving science of the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the importance of the medicated food is clearly shown, namely the three-element disease is nourished by seven elements, and the medicine nourishing is not like the food nourishing. China is the origin of Chinese herbal medicine and medicated diet therapy, and has no shortage of Chinese herbal medicine for resisting germs and viruses and medicated diet for preserving health and improving human immunity.
Health is a basic stone for harmonious life, and the body is the original money for good life. In modern society, due to the rapid pace of life, especially, the great pressure of work and life for a long time for men, the spirit is in a high tension, and many people are in a sub-health state more or less, so that the sexual life time of men is shortened, the sexual indifference of women is caused, and certain damage is brought to the men and the families.
Sexual dysfunction in sub-health state involves endocrine or nervous system disorder, but is different from sexual dysfunction of organic nature, usually manifested as hyposexuality, soft erection, and no orgasm, and seriously results in cold sperm and sterility, thereby affecting family harmony and stability. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the reasons for the symptoms are mainly indicated as kidney-yang deficiency, hypofunction and yin deficiency with smooth essence. In Western medicine, hormone medicines are mostly adopted, so that the symptoms and root causes are generally treated, and the disease is easy to recur after the medicine is stopped. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, more and more attention is paid to health problems, and nontoxic medicines for warming kidney and suppressing yang, building body and delaying senility are discovered from traditional Chinese medicines and become a hotspot of research.
The wine is a good solvent, modern scientific experiments show that most of the active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be dissolved in the wine, and the wine has the antiseptic effect, can prevent the putrefaction of the active ingredients and improve the stability of the drug effect. The medicinal liquor is prepared by dissolving traditional Chinese medicines for strengthening body constitution and liquor into a whole, wherein various effective components of the traditional Chinese medicines are dissolved, and the effects of the traditional Chinese medicines are fully exerted by the aid of the liquor power and the liquor. Effective components of traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as dendrobium huoshanense and the like can be separated out by soaking in white spirit, so that the effects of warming and recuperating kidney yang, nourishing yin and blood, prolonging life and beautifying are achieved.

The test is carried out by setting 4 groups of 10 mice each, the body mass is 18-22g, and the groups are respectively a negative control group, 1 group of high and low doses and a model group. Hydrocortisone is used for molding kidney-yang deficiency syndrome, except for a negative control group, the other mice are injected with 25mg/kg of hydrocortisone per day and continuously injected for 12 days, and aversion to cold and warm, cold limbs, clear and thin urine and emaciation are used as indexes for successful molding. And (3) after the model is successfully made, continuously performing intragastric administration for 30 days, and performing intragastric administration at a dose of 0.25ml/10g BW every day, wherein the high and low dose groups are respectively 48% Vol and 38% Vol functional dendrobium wine for nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency. The model group and the negative control group were each administered with the same volume of distilled water for intragastric administration.
TABLE 1 Effect of test drugs on mouse testicular weight, testosterone and luteinizing hormone production
Figure BDA0002577790630000101
Figure BDA0002577790630000111

As can be seen from Table 1, the weight of testis, testosterone and luteinizing hormone production in the model group mice were significantly decreased as compared with the negative control group, and testosterone and luteinizing hormone production were closely related to the reproductive function of mice. The functional dendrobium wine for nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency can obviously relieve the influence of hydrocortisone. Statistical analysis shows that the negative control group, the high-low dose group and the model group have significant difference (P <0.01), and the negative control group and the high-low dose group have no significant change (P > 0.05).
Test example 6 test results of test substance for mouse weight swimming test, serum urea and liver glycogen after exercise

Continuously performing intragastric administration for 30 days, and performing intragastric administration at a dose of 0.25ml/10g BW every day, wherein the high and low dose groups are respectively 48% Vol and 38% Vol functional herba Dendrobii wine for nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency. The Chinese liquor group is filled with Chinese liquor with the same dosage. The negative control group was given an equal volume of distilled water each time.
In the heavy-load swimming experiment, 1 hour after the last administration, a 1g lead block is tied on the tail root of a mouse through a thin wire, the mouse swims in a swimming box, the water depth is 30cm, the temperature is 25 seconds and 1 degree, and the time from the beginning of swimming to the death of the mouse is the heavy-load swimming time.
Serum urea test 1 hour after the last administration, swim in water with 30 deg.C for 100min, take out the swimming box and rest for 1 hour, pick up the eyeball and take blood, and determine with enzyme method kit.
Hepatic glycogen test 1 hour after the last administration, mice were sacrificed, livers were taken, 50mg were precisely weighed, and hepatic glycogen values were measured by the anthrone method.

Figure BDA0002577790630000112
Figure BDA0002577790630000121
