Preferably, each part of the health-care wine comprises 45% of dendrobium huoshanense, 6% of liquorice, 2% of cinnamon, 5% of American ginseng, 3% of epimedium, 5% of rock candy, 4% of white poria, 7% of astragalus membranaceus, 2% of achyranthes bidentata, 6% of medlar, 4% of eucommia ulmoides, 5% of red dates and 6% of glutinous rice by weight.
The preparation method of the health-preserving fermented wine comprises the following steps:
s1: cleaning, airing and cutting fresh dendrobium huoshanense into sections with the length of 2cm for later use;
s2: cooking glutinous rice and draining for later use;
s3: pulverizing Glycyrrhrizae radix, cortex Cinnamomi, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, herba Epimedii, Poria, radix astragali, Achyranthis radix, fructus Lycii, Eucommiae cortex, and fructus Jujubae, and mixing;
s4: crushing rock sugar to obtain rock sugar powder for later use;
s5: putting dendrobium huoshanense into a container, firstly putting a layer of dendrobium huoshanense with the thickness of 2cm into the container, then putting a layer of mixture with the thickness of 1cm in the step S3, then spreading a layer of crystal sugar powder in the step S4 on the surface, then putting the dendrobium huoshanense into the container, sequentially putting all prepared materials, filling the mixture into the container until the content of the prepared materials is 80%, and sealing and fermenting;
s6: stirring once after fermenting for one week, and then stirring once every three days until fermenting for 40 days;
s7: filtering after fermentation is completed, and putting filtrate into a clean container for precipitation;
s8: and taking supernatant after precipitation to obtain the health-preserving fermented wine.
And (3) clinical verification:
according to statistics, 100 patients drink the health preserving fermented wine once a day, 5ml of the health preserving fermented wine is taken every time, and no side effect is observed after taking the health preserving fermented wine for 30 days.
Results statistics patient cases were found to have 64 cases with significant effect, 22 cases with effect, 14 cases with no effect (not taken daily),

A formula for preparing health-preserving fermented wine by dendrobium huoshanense is characterized in that: comprises herba Dendrobii, Glycyrrhrizae radix, cortex Cinnamomi, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, herba Epimedii, crystal sugar, Poria, radix astragali, Achyranthis radix, fructus Lycii, Eucommiae cortex, fructus Jujubae, and Oryza Glutinosa.

The formula for preparing the health-preserving fermented wine by using the dendrobium huoshanense as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: according to the weight ratio, each part of the health-care wine comprises 4-50% of dendrobium huoshanense, 5-8% of liquorice, 2-4% of cinnamon, 4-8% of American ginseng, 2-4% of epimedium, 4-7% of rock candy, 4-8% of white poria, 5-8% of astragalus membranaceus, 2-3% of achyranthes bidentata, 5-10% of medlar, 3-6% of eucommia ulmoides, 4-10% of red dates and 5-10% of glutinous rice.

The formula for preparing the health-preserving fermented wine by using the dendrobium huoshanense as claimed in claim 2, wherein the formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: according to the weight ratio, each part contains 45% of dendrobium huoshanense, 6% of liquorice, 2% of cinnamon, 5% of American ginseng, 3% of epimedium, 5% of rock candy, 4% of white poria, 7% of astragalus, 2% of achyranthes root, 6% of medlar, 4% of eucommia bark, 5% of red date and 6% of glutinous rice.
4. The formula for preparing the health-preserving fermented wine from dendrobium huoshanense according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the health-preserving fermented wine comprises the following steps:
