Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning agents, in particular to a photocatalytic disinfection and sterilization self-cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-1000 parts of deionized water, 20-50 parts of colorless nano silver solution, 20-50 parts of nano photocatalyst liquid, 20-50 parts of chitosan acetic acid solution with the chitosan content of 2g/L, 50-100 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, 2-5 parts of antioxidant, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent and 2-10 parts of nonionic surfactant, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is one or more of aqueous extract solutions of folium artemisiae argyi, garden burnet and eucalyptus citriodora leaves. The photocatalytic disinfection and sterilization self-cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof can improve the disinfection and sterilization effect of the cleaning agent, keep the disinfection and sterilization effect for a long time, are safe and pollution-free, and have no obvious stimulation to a human body.

Technical Field

Background

Chitosan (chitosan), the product of chitin N-deacetylation, chitin, chitosan, cellulose have similar chemical structure, cellulose is hydroxyl at C2 position, chitin, chitosan are replaced by an acetamido and an amino at C2 position respectively, chitin and chitosan have many unique properties such as biodegradability, cell affinity and biological effect, especially chitosan containing free amino is the only basic polysaccharide in natural polysaccharide. The chitosan has good inhibition effect on escherichia coli, pseudomonas fluorescens, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis and the like, and can also inhibit physiological changes of fresh and live food. The chitosan is natural and nontoxic, is suitable for keeping acidic food with less protein, and can agglutinate when meeting high polymer and ionic compound.
The substances have the effects of disinfection, sterilization and bacteriostasis, but have the defects that particularly after the substances are used for preparing a cleaning agent, the substances are damaged to a human body when the concentration is high, and the sterilization and disinfection effects are obviously reduced when the concentration is low.

A. preparing 20-50 parts by mass of chitosan acetic acid solution;
B. preparing 50-100 parts by mass of a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is an aqueous solution of one or more extracts of folium artemisiae argyi, sanguisorba officinalis and eucalyptus citriodora leaves;
