Description

Chinese herbal medicine fermentation type composite premix for sows and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicine fermentation, and particularly relates to a Chinese herbal medicine fermentation type compound premix for sows and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the morbidity of sows in China is higher and higher, particularly viral and immune diseases become important diseases capable of breeding sows, and the development of the pig raising industry is severely restricted. The research on how to improve the blood immunity level and the antiviral ability of the sows is an urgent task for nutrition experts. Researches show that the main components of the Chinese herbal medicines comprise polysaccharide, alkaloid, organic acid, saponin, tannin and the like. Has effects in nourishing, clearing away heat and toxic materials, enhancing immunity, resisting stress, and resisting bacteria and virus. According to the overall regulation theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' medication, on the basis of the traditional formula, the compound screening and optimization are carried out by adopting an even design method, the compound screening and optimization has the effect of inhibiting or preventing the viral diseases of sows, and the compound screening and optimization has good prevention and treatment effects.
At present, the traditional Chinese herbal medicine additive for pigs in China is usually used by directly crushing and mixing raw traditional Chinese medicine materials, the adding amount is 5-10 percent generally, the using amount is too large, and the use is inconvenient. How to organically combine the traditional Chinese herbal medicine and the fermented Chinese herbal medicine and realize the interaction and the synergy of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine and the fermented Chinese herbal medicine is a work with wide application prospect.
The traditional Chinese herbal medicines are mainly powder and decoction, are few in refining type, and are simple and rough in preparation process. The common Chinese herbal medicine feed additive is usually prepared by directly crushing and mixing Chinese herbal medicines, and the common Chinese herbal medicine feed additive is generally added in an amount of 5-10%, so that the common Chinese herbal medicine feed additive is too large in dosage, inconvenient to use and too high in cost. The common traditional Chinese medicinal materials have bitter taste, or the pig has developed taste due to the special smell of the volatile oil, and the traditional Chinese medicine additive containing special smell and bad taste is rarely eaten or even refused to eat. The active ingredients of the commonly used medicinal materials are complex and are easily influenced by the factors of the production area and the harvesting season of the raw materials, so that the medicinal effect and the quality of the medicinal materials are unstable.
Therefore, a novel compound premix which has good palatability, has prevention and treatment effects on viral diseases of sows, and is low in medicine consumption, low in cost and stable in drug effect is urgently needed to be provided for breeding sows.

The mechanism of the invention is as follows: the traditional Chinese medicine technology is combined with the fermentation technology, toxic and harmful components in the traditional Chinese medicine can be removed through fermentation, and the efficacy of effective components is enhanced, so that the purposes of reducing the medicine dosage, improving the feeding palatability and reducing the cost are achieved. The Chinese herbal medicine fermented by the formula and the method has the following advantages:
1. enhancing nonspecific immunity of sow and antiviral ability
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, nonspecific immunity is called 'qi and blood', and the body is strong and the breath is smooth when qi and blood are vigorous, so that all diseases are not invaded. Qi deficiency can lead to physical weakness, and blood deficiency can lead to physical weakness, which is a sub-health state and cannot invade from the outside. People only pay attention to specific immunity and various vaccines at ordinary times, but neglect non-specific immunity and often stimulate immune organs to reduce the immune function, although the detection result of various antibodies in the sow body is high, the sow still cannot bear strong stress, and the animal is attacked by external stimulation. The invention can enhance the nonspecific immunity of the sow body and enhance the antiviral ability.
2. Regulating functions of five zang organs to balance the five elements and strengthen the function
The various inflammations commonly seen by people are the products of internal organs struggling against pathogenic factors, and are all an expression. The death is caused by organ failure and exhaustion of qi and blood. Therefore, we can not only take care of anti-inflammation but should pay more attention to regulating the five internal organs, benefiting qi and nourishing blood. Five zang organs correspond to five elements: liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney. The five elements are balanced, so that the sow body can be strong and healthy, and the sow body is in a normal state. Therefore: good liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney. Otherwise, it means that five elements are mutually restricted. If any organ has a problem, other organs are involved, so that the sow body is sub-healthy and is easy to get ill. The invention can adjust the function of the five internal organs of the sow, so that the five elements run in balance and the function is strong.
3. The Chinese herbal medicine is fermented, so that the environment of a colony house can be improved, the ammonia concentration is reduced, and the air is kept fresh. The animals have good mood and are healthy and natural.
4. The Chinese herbal medicine fermentation type compound premix is a Chinese herbal medicine fermentation compound premix which integrates microbial fermentation agent strains, Chinese herbal medicine raw materials into microbial thallus protein, bioactive small peptide amino acid and microbial activity probiotics. The Chinese herbal medicine fermented feed can detoxify and detoxify, enhance the efficacy of effective components, greatly improve the safety of the feed, and can generate light fragrance in the fermentation process, thereby increasing the palatability of animals. More organic acid, immune polysaccharide, alkaloid, vitamin, biological enzyme, amino acid and other various unknown growth factors can be generated in the fermentation process, so that the bacteriostasis and sterilization of the sow are greatly improved, and the intestinal flora balance is adjusted. Strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, repair the gastrointestinal mucosa barrier. Enhancing disease resistance of sow.
5. The dosage is less and the cost is low. In the using process, only 0.5 to 1 percent of the feed needs to be added into the feed, and compared with the traditional addition of 5 to 10 percent, the feed can greatly reduce the using amount of the drug under the condition of better using effect, save the cost and improve the using safety.
6. Small addition amount, convenient use, fragrant smell and good palatability.
