本发明涉及机械制造技术领域，且公开了一种钢筋直螺纹滚丝机滚丝装置，包括套筒和钢筋，所述套筒与钢筋活动连接，所述套筒的内部从左向右依次分为空间一、空间二和空间三，所述套筒的内部活动安装有传动轴，所述传动轴贯穿空间一与空间二，所述空间三中活动安装有滚丝轮。通过滚丝轮的设置，使得钢筋与滚丝轮接触时，滚丝开始到成型为一个由浅到深的一个过程，有效避免滚丝轮与钢筋一接触便完成初步滚丝过程，减小钢筋对滚丝轮所施加的力，降低滚丝轮的磨损，增加使用年限，减小维护成本，同时，所加工出来的丝扣右端部位为梯形螺纹，使得在施工使用过程中与螺母结合后，进行拧紧，实现紧密结合，有效防止松脱。
