一种半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,包括左管板,右管板,中间管板,前封壳板,后封壳板,安装在中间管板孔内的中间管板套管,若干个半圆翅片换热管,左端盖,右端盖,将若干个半圆翅片换热管依次连接起来的若干个弯头,安装在半圆翅片换热管两端的进水集箱、出水集箱,位于左管板与左端盖之间并安装在左管板上的左密封圈,位于左端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在左端盖上的左密封环,位于右管板与右端盖之间并安装在右管板上的右密封圈,位于右端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在右端盖上的右密封环。本发明更换方便,维修成本低,使用寿命长。可广泛用于以烟气与循环水为媒介的烟气冷却换热、余热利用系统中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,可广泛用于以烟气与循环水为媒介的烟气冷却换热、余热利用系统中。
背景技术
现有的烟气冷却系统,在运行过程中出现换热管腐蚀和泄漏,修复换热管十分困难,甚至无法修复,出现泄漏问题时,大多采取换热管封堵的处理方式,但该方式会降低烟气冷却系统的换热效果,泄漏严重时甚至会影响机组效率。因此,当泄露严重时,只能整体更换设备,包括除腐蚀泄漏换热管外的大量不必要更换的换热管支撑、框架结构,造成节能效果降低和经济浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种更换方便、维修成本低、使用寿命长的半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统。
为了达到上述目的,本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,包括左管板,右管板,中间管板,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的前封壳板,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的后封壳板,安装在中间管板孔内的中间管板套管,穿过左管板孔、右管板孔、中间管板套管孔安装的若干个半圆翅片换热管,通过紧固螺栓分别安装在左管板与右管板上、用于固定半圆翅片换热管两端的左端盖、右端盖,将若干个半圆翅片换热管依次连接起来的若干个弯头,安装在半圆翅片换热管两端的进水集箱、出水集箱,位于左管板与左端盖之间并安装在左管板上的左密封圈,位于左端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在左端盖上的左密封环,位于右管板与右端盖之间并安装在右管板上的右密封圈,位于右端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在右端盖上的右密封环。

本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,传统技术采用整体焊接结构,换热管与支撑结构直接焊接为一体,在运行过程中出现换热管腐蚀和泄漏情况时,一是当泄露严重时只能整体更换设备,包括除腐蚀泄漏换热管外的大量不必要更换的换热管支撑、框架结构,造成节能效果降低和经济浪费。因此,采用整体更换方式,维修成本很高。二是采取换热管或整模块封堵的处理方式,换热效果会受到严重影响,泄漏严重时甚至会影响机组效率。本发明半圆翅片换热管,当半圆翅片换热管发生磨损或泄露时,将需更换的半圆翅片换热管一端弯头截断,另一端连同弯头一起截下,打开端盖,抽出翅片换热管,更换后装回端盖、弯头,并紧固、焊接。因此,本发明更换方便,维修成本低。
本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,因管板寿命一般远大于半圆翅片换热管寿命,两端管板外侧部件不受烟气冲刷,腐蚀情况远低于半圆翅片换热管,半圆翅片换热管寿命结束后可全部更换,大幅增加换热器整体寿命。因此,使用寿命长。
综上所述,本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,更换方便,维修成本低,使用寿命长。

在图1~图5中,本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,包括左管板1,右管板2,中间管板3,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的前封壳板4,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的后封壳板5,安装在中间管板孔内的中间管板套管6,穿过左管板孔、右管板孔、中间管板套管孔安装的若干个半圆翅片换热管7,通过紧固螺栓17分别安装在左管板与右管板上、用于固定半圆翅片换热管两端的左端盖8、右端盖9,将若干个半圆翅片换热管依次连接起来的若干个弯头10,安装在半圆翅片换热管两端的进水集箱11、出水集箱12,位于左管板与左端盖之间并安装在左管板上的左密封圈13,位于左端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在左端盖上的左密封环14,位于右管板与右端盖之间并安装在右管板上的右密封圈15,位于右端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在右端盖上的右密封环16。
本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,所述的半圆翅片换热管,包括换热管7-1,垂直焊接在换热管外壁上的半圆翅片7-2。
本发明半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,所述的若干个半圆翅片换热管,通过弯头依次相连,构成蛇形半圆翅片换热管管束。

1.一种半圆翅片换热管式烟气冷却换热余热利用系统,其特征在于,包括左管板,右管板,中间管板,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的前封壳板,同时安装在左管板、右管板、中间管板上并连接为一体的后封壳板,安装在中间管板孔内的中间管板套管,穿过左管板孔、右管板孔、中间管板套管孔安装的若干个半圆翅片换热管,通过紧固螺栓分别安装在左管板与右管板上、用于固定半圆翅片换热管两端的左端盖、右端盖,将若干个半圆翅片换热管依次连接起来的若干个弯头,安装在半圆翅片换热管两端的进水集箱、出水集箱,位于左管板与左端盖之间并安装在左管板上的左密封圈,位于左端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在左端盖上的左密封环,位于右管板与右端盖之间并安装在右管板上的右密封圈,位于右端盖与半圆翅片换热管之间并安装在右端盖上的右密封环。
