背景技术
对于金属材料而言,在加工成型后需要对其进行防腐蚀保护,通常采用的保护手段为涂刷涂料,但是在涂刷涂料后几年时间里,涂层由于紫外线、酸碱腐蚀环境、温度差、机械应力等外力作用导致涂层逐渐失效,失去对金属材料的保护作用。但涂层失效后若不及时进行修复,将会对金属材料产生进一步腐蚀,最终导致金属材料失去原有的主体结构作用,造成建筑物的坍塌等安全事故。因此,对金属结构材料的防腐蚀维护是保护金属材料的长期过程。目前市面上的防腐涂料维护难度大、维护成本高、使用年限短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,通过将有机聚硅氧烷橡胶的引入,对涂层的弹性提供了充分的保证,避免了涂层在使用中由于紫外线和高低温度作用的龟裂现象,具有更高防腐性能、环保无污染、使用寿命更长。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其质量配方如下:
低粘度硅氧烷预聚体100份、金红石钛白粉:5-20份,疏水改性气相白炭黑:3-5份,沉淀白炭黑:5-10份,防锈粉:10-30份,硅灰石:20-50份,色浆:1-10份,正硅酸乙酯:8-15份,硅油:1-6份,附着力促进剂:5-15份,催化剂:0.2-2份。
所述低粘度硅氧烷预聚体采用甲基乙氧基封端的低黏度硅氧烷预聚体。
进一步的,所述低粘度硅氧烷预聚体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将甲基三氯硅烷加入至烧瓶中,搅拌的同时缓慢滴加醇水混合液,直至1-2h滴加完成,升温搅拌;醇水混合液中的乙醇与蒸馏水的摩尔比为3:2,甲基三氯硅烷与醇水混合液的摩尔比为2:5,所述升温搅拌的温度为30-35℃,所述升温搅拌产生气体通过冷却器后用水收集,所述烧瓶处于氮气保护条件下;
步骤2,将步骤1中的混合物升温至75-80℃,冷凝回流2-3h,反应结束后,温度上升至130-150℃,出去过量的乙醇、残留的HCl和水分,然后用浓度为30%的乙醇钠溶液将产物中和成中性,过滤出去中和生成的盐,制得甲基乙氧基封端的低黏度硅氧烷预聚体。

所述有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料的制备方法,包括:在搅拌条件下,将低粘度硅氧烷预聚体、金红石钛白粉,疏水改性气相白炭黑,沉淀白炭黑,防锈粉,硅灰石,色浆,正硅酸乙酯,硅油,附着力促进剂,催化剂加入至搅拌装置内,在室温、压力-0.03~-0.05MPa条件下,搅拌30-60min,过滤包装作为有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料。
硅氧烷预聚体是多种低链段的含有较多Si-OH的低聚物,正硅酸乙酯水解后也是含有Si-OH的小分子,Si-OH反应活性高,在有机锡、有机钛等催化剂存在下将会发生交联反应,形成三维网络结构的橡胶层。此类反应机理属于湿气固化机理,空气中的水分先水解正硅酸乙酯,水解后的Si-OH具有较高的反应活性,在催化剂条件下逐渐与含Si-OH的低聚物进行交联反应。催化剂添加量仅为千分之几,不参与任何反应,只是在反应过程中降低低聚物的活化能,使其在室温下即可发生交联反应。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明具备以下优点:
1.本发明以硅氧烷预聚体作为成膜树脂,该树脂室温可发生缓慢反应,属于高固低黏,固体含量100%,不含任何溶剂。从原材料的角度实现了环保无污染,降低了涂料的VOC排放,增强了产品在生产、运输、施工工程中安全性,既符合国家法律法规的要求,环保安全无污染,又具有优异的防腐性能、耐候性能和施工性能。
2.本发明提供的涂料在涂刷后发生缓慢的水解反应,并在催化剂的作用加发生聚合反应,形成网络状含硅氧烷的聚合物涂层,反应过程温和无副产物的产生,安全环保。
3.本发明涂层附着力优异,在金属材料防腐蚀保护和修补方面具有非常突出的优势。
白炭黑分为气相白炭黑和沉淀白炭黑,其中气相白炭黑比表面积大,是橡胶或树脂类优异的增强其主体结构机械性能的材料,属于优越的补强材料,提升涂层产品的机械强度、拉伸强度和柔韧性。而沉淀白炭黑有一定的补强性能作用,但补强性能低于气相白炭黑,主要起到填充作用。此外,气相白炭黑价格是沉淀白炭黑的几倍。
气相白炭黑又分为亲水性气相白炭黑和疏水性气相白炭黑,市面通常的气相白炭黑属于亲水性的,亲水性白炭黑一方面缩短了涂层材料的储存期,另一方面,亲水性的气相白炭黑与橡胶的相容性低于疏水气相白炭黑,导致添加后大幅度提升了涂层材料固化前的粘度,不利于施工。
具体实施方式
结合实施例详细说明本发明,但不对本发明的权利要求做任何限定。
实施例1
一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其制备方法是:低粘度硅氧烷预聚体:100份,金红石钛白粉:5份,疏水改性气相白炭黑:3份,沉淀白炭黑:5份,防锈粉:10份,硅灰石:20份,研磨分散均匀后,添加炭黑色浆:1份,正硅酸乙酯:8份,硅油:1份,附着力促进剂:5份,催化剂:0.2份,再高速分散30分钟得到有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料。
所述防锈粉采用锌粉。
所述色浆为颜料与羟基硅烷按照2:1的方式混合得到,细度小于50μm,颜料为铁红。
所述硅油采用甲基硅油和羟基硅油按1:1混合而成,黏度为50MPa·s。
所述附着力促进剂为增粘剂。
所述催化剂为有机钛络合物,CAS:68784-48-5,型号为SG-T-704。
将制备的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,涂刷在打磨后的马口铁板上,要求干膜厚度达到200um,养护7天后测试性能。
实施例2
一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其制备方法是:低粘度硅氧烷预聚体:100份,金红石钛白粉:12份,疏水改性气相白炭黑:4份,沉淀白炭黑:8份,防锈粉:20份,硅灰石:40份,铁红色浆:5份,正硅酸乙酯:12份,硅油:3份,附着力促进剂:10份,催化剂:1份。
所述防锈粉采用三聚磷酸铝。
所述色浆为颜料与羟基硅烷按照2:1的方式混合得到,细度小于50μm,颜料为炭黑。
所述硅油采用甲基硅油和羟基硅油按1:1混合而成,黏度为50-100MPa·s。
所述附着力促进剂为环氧基硅烷。
所述催化剂为有机钛络合物,CAS:68784-48-5,型号为SG-T-703。
将制备的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,涂刷在打磨后的马口铁板上,要求干膜厚度达到200um,养护7天后测试性能。
实施例3
一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其制备方法是:低粘度硅氧烷预聚体:100份,金红石钛白粉:20份,疏水改性气相白炭黑:5份,沉淀白炭黑:10份,防锈粉:30份,硅灰石:50份,铁黄色浆:10份,正硅酸乙酯:15份,硅油:6份,附着力促进剂:15份,催化剂:2份。
所述防锈粉采用磷酸锌。
所述硅灰石为片状材料,细度为3000目。
所述色浆为颜料与羟基硅烷按照2:1的方式混合得到,细度小于50μm,颜料为铁黄。
所述硅油采用甲基硅油和羟基硅油按1:1混合而成,黏度为50-100MPa·s。
所述附着力促进剂为氨丙基硅烷。
所述催化剂为有机钛络合物,CAS:68784-51-0,型号为SG-T-726。
将制备的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,涂刷在打磨后的马口铁板上,要求干膜厚度达到200um,养护7天后测试性能。
性能检测
其中:对比例是市面常见的单组分丙烯酸防腐涂料
根据实施案例结果显示,虽然三种案例都能满应用标准要求,但性能存在一定的差异,综合性能而言,实施例2中的配比更有利于制备出综合性能优异的防腐蚀保护涂料。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明以硅氧烷预聚体作为成膜树脂,该树脂室温可发生缓慢反应,属于高固低黏,固体含量100%,不含任何溶剂。从原材料的角度实现了环保无污染,降低了涂料的VOC排放,增强了产品在生产、运输、施工工程中安全性,既符合国家法律法规的要求,环保安全无污染,又具有优异的防腐性能、耐候性能和施工性能。
2.本发明提供的涂料在涂刷后发生缓慢的水解反应,并在催化剂的作用加发生聚合反应,形成网络状含硅氧烷的聚合物涂层,反应过程温和无副产物的产生,安全环保。
3.本发明涂层附着力优异,在金属材料防腐蚀保护和修补方面具有非常突出的优势。

Claims (9)
1.一种有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:其质量配方如下:
低粘度硅氧烷预聚体100份、金红石钛白粉:5-20份,疏水改性气相白炭黑:3-5份,沉淀白炭黑:5-10份,防锈粉:10-30份,硅灰石:20-50份,色浆:1-10份,正硅酸乙酯:8-15份,硅油:1-6份,附着力促进剂:5-15份,催化剂:0.2-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述低粘度硅氧烷预聚体采用甲基乙氧基封端的低黏度硅氧烷预聚体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述低粘度硅氧烷预聚体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将甲基三氯硅烷加入至烧瓶中,搅拌的同时缓慢滴加醇水混合液,直至1-2h滴加完成,升温搅拌;醇水混合液中的乙醇与蒸馏水的摩尔比为3:2,甲基三氯硅烷与醇水混合液的摩尔比为2:5,所述升温搅拌的温度为30-35℃,所述升温搅拌产生气体通过冷却器后用水收集,所述烧瓶处于氮气保护条件下;
步骤2,将步骤1中的混合物升温至75-80℃,冷凝回流2-3h,反应结束后,温度上升至130-150℃,出去过量的乙醇、残留的HCl和水分,然后用浓度为30%的乙醇钠溶液将产物中和成中性,过滤出去中和生成的盐,制得甲基乙氧基封端的低黏度硅氧烷预聚体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述防锈粉采用锌粉、三聚磷酸铝、磷酸锌的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述色浆为颜料与羟基硅烷按照2:1的方式混合得到,细度小于50μm,颜料为铁红、炭黑、铁黄中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述硅油采用甲基硅油和羟基硅油按1:1混合而成,黏度为50-100MPa·s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述附着力促进剂为增粘剂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述催化剂为有机钛络合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料,其特征在于:所述有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料的制备方法,包括:在搅拌条件下,将低粘度硅氧烷预聚体、金红石钛白粉,疏水改性气相白炭黑,沉淀白炭黑,防锈粉,硅灰石,色浆,正硅酸乙酯,硅油,附着力促进剂,催化剂加入至搅拌装置内,在室温、压力-0.03~-0.05MPa条件下,搅拌30-60min,过滤包装作为有机聚硅氧烷橡胶防护涂层涂料。
