本发明涉及一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺,包括以下步骤:配料、线圈总成预烘干、浇注内模预烘干、装模、注射混合料、脱模、互感器器身后固化、喷砂、涂粘接剂、硅橡胶套注射外模检查、硅橡胶套注射外模预热、装模、注射硅橡胶料、脱模、清理,本发明具有能有效提高电压互感器绝缘性能和质量、成本低的优点。

Description

一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺
技术领域
本发明属于互感器技术领域,具体涉及一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺。
背景技术
电压互感器是用来变换电压的仪器,电压互感器变换电压的目的,主要是用来给测量仪表和继电保护装置供电,用来测量线路的电压、功率和电能,或者用来在线路发生故障时保护线路中的贵重设备、电机和变压器。电压互感器的绝缘性能的好坏,直接影响电压互感器的安全运行,危及电网的安全运行。目前,国内电压互感器的外壁上附着硅橡胶,主要采用成型后的硅橡胶套直接套在电压互感器的表面上,这样就存在较大的安全隐患,电压互感器器身和硅橡胶套之间粘接不好,该电压互感器在运行时,雨水从电压互感器器身和硅橡胶套的缝隙中浸水,给该电压互感器的运行带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能有效提高电压互感器绝缘性能和质量、成本低的电压互感器的注射成型工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将树脂、固化剂、硅微粉、色浆按照1:1:3.2:0.05的比例称好,先将树脂倒入混料罐中,然后在倒入1/2重量的硅微粉,再将固化剂倒入混料罐内同时添加色浆,最后把剩下的一半的硅微粉也倒入混料罐中进行搅拌,充分搅拌20分钟后开始抽真空,当真空度达到200Pa以后再搅拌90分钟的时间,即可得到混合料;
(2)线圈总成预烘干:将检测合格后的线圈总成放入烘箱预烘,烘箱温度设置为135℃,干燥时间8~10小时;
(3)浇注内模预烘干:将浇注内模安装在压力凝胶机上,将压力凝胶机的温度设置为135°,再用电阻式温度计测试浇注内模的温度是否达到预设温度135°;
(4)装模:将步骤(2)中烘干后的线圈总成装入预烘干后的浇注内模的静模内,并调整好线圈总成的位置,在启动压力凝胶机的点动合模方式进行合模,即可完成装模;
(5)注射混合料:将注射口连接在浇注内模上,开始注料计时,注料时间为40~45分钟;
(6)脱模:按压压力凝胶机上的点动开关,从而即可完成脱模,即可得到互感器器身;
(7)互感器器身后固化:将步骤(6)中得到的互感器器身的表明清理干净,并擦拭干净互感器器身表面的油渍,放入烘箱进行后固化处理,烘箱温度设置为130度,烘干时间为8小时;
(8)喷砂:将步骤(7)中得到的互感器器身,放进喷丸机房,对互感器器身的外表面进行喷丸处理;
(9)涂粘接剂:将步骤(8)中喷丸处理后的互感器器身放进烘箱内,将烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热0.5小时,将加热后的互感器器身取出并在互感器器身的外表上涂上粘接剂,再将涂粘接剂完毕后的互感器器身放回至烘箱内,烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热时间为0.5小时;
(10)硅橡胶套注射外模检查:检查注射外模内腔,如果模腔内有残留的硅橡胶,必须把硅橡胶清理干净,清理时注意避免损伤模腔内的镀铬涂层;
(11)硅橡胶套注射外模预热:将硅橡胶套注射外模安装在硫化注射机上,将硫化注射机的温度设置为105°~115°对硅橡胶套注射外模进行预热,时间为35分钟;
(12)装模:用电阻温度计检测橡胶注射外模的温度,温度达到105°~115°时,再将步骤(9)中等到的互感器器身安装在预热后的硅橡胶套注射外模内,并固定好互感器器身的位置,合上硅橡胶套注射外模,即可完成装模;
(13)注射硅橡胶料:将橡胶料注射口连接在硅橡胶套注射外模上,开始注射硅橡胶料,注射时间为40分钟;
(14)脱模:注射成型后,再将硅橡胶套注射外模打开,即可得到电压互感器;
(15)清理:将步骤(14)中得到的电压互感器进行清理,用刀片切除硅橡胶套的飞边,清楚多余的硅橡胶,从而即可完成该电压互感器的制作。
本发明的有益效果为:采用上述的技术方案后,本发明能够制造出绝缘性能好、安全性高的电压互感器。该发明采用浇注内模和硅橡胶套注射外模相配合的成型工艺,使得互感器器身与硅橡胶套合成一个整体,可避免雨水从互感器器身与硅橡胶套之间浸入,有利于提高电压互感器的绝缘性能,采用低温硅橡胶注射工艺,减少了硅橡胶的用量,有利于降低生产成本,且采用真空混料方式进行混料,混合料更均匀,混合料不易产生气泡,从而保证了该互感器器身的浇注层的绝缘性能更好,有利于提高电压互感器的局放水平。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例是一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将树脂、固化剂、硅微粉、色浆按照1:1:3.2:0.05的比例称好,先将树脂倒入混料罐中,然后在倒入1/2重量的硅微粉,再将固化剂倒入混料罐内同时添加色浆,最后把剩下的一半的硅微粉也倒入混料罐中进行搅拌,充分搅拌20分钟后开始抽真空,当真空度达到200Pa以后再搅拌90分钟的时间,即可得到混合料;
(2)线圈总成预烘干:将检测合格后的线圈总成放入烘箱预烘,烘箱温度设置为135℃,干燥时间8~10小时;
(3)浇注内模预烘干:将浇注内模安装在压力凝胶机上,将压力凝胶机的温度设置为135°,再用电阻式温度计测试浇注内模的温度是否达到预设温度135°;
(4)装模:将步骤(2)中烘干后的线圈总成装入预烘干后的浇注内模的静模内,并调整好线圈总成的位置,在启动压力凝胶机的点动合模方式进行合模,即可完成装模;
(5)注射混合料:将注射口连接在浇注内模上,开始注料计时,注料时间为40~45分钟;
(6)脱模:按压压力凝胶机上的点动开关,从而即可完成脱模,即可得到互感器器身;
(7)互感器器身后固化:将步骤(6)中得到的互感器器身的表明清理干净,并擦拭干净互感器器身表面的油渍,放入烘箱进行后固化处理,烘箱温度设置为130度,烘干时间为8小时;
(8)喷砂:将步骤(7)中得到的互感器器身,放进喷丸机房,对互感器器身的外表面进行喷丸处理;
(9)涂粘接剂:将步骤(8)中喷丸处理后的互感器器身放进烘箱内,将烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热0.5小时,将加热后的互感器器身取出并在互感器器身的外表上涂上粘接剂,再将涂粘接剂完毕后的互感器器身放回至烘箱内,烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热时间为0.5小时;
(10)硅橡胶套注射外模检查:检查注射外模内腔,如果模腔内有残留的硅橡胶,必须把硅橡胶清理干净,清理时注意避免损伤模腔内的镀铬涂层;
(11)硅橡胶套注射外模预热:将硅橡胶套注射外模安装在硫化注射机上,将硫化注射机的温度设置为105°~115°对硅橡胶套注射外模进行预热,时间为35分钟;
(12)装模:用电阻温度计检测橡胶注射外模的温度,温度达到105°~115°时,再将步骤(9)中等到的互感器器身安装在预热后的硅橡胶套注射外模内,并固定好互感器器身的位置,合上硅橡胶套注射外模,即可完成装模;
(13)注射硅橡胶料:将橡胶料注射口连接在硅橡胶套注射外模上,开始注射硅橡胶料,注射时间为40分钟;
(14)脱模:注射成型后,再将硅橡胶套注射外模打开,即可得到电压互感器;
(15)清理:将步骤(14)中得到的电压互感器进行清理,用刀片切除硅橡胶套的飞边,清楚多余的硅橡胶,从而即可完成该电压互感器的制作。
本发明的有益效果为:采用上述的技术方案后,本发明能够制造出绝缘性能好、安全性高的电压互感器。该发明采用浇注内模和硅橡胶套注射外模相配合的成型工艺,使得互感器器身与硅橡胶套合成一个整体,可避免雨水从互感器器身与硅橡胶套之间浸入,有利于提高电压互感器的绝缘性能,采用低温硅橡胶注射工艺,减少了硅橡胶的用量,有利于降低生产成本,且采用真空混料方式进行混料,混合料更均匀,混合料不易产生气泡,从而保证了该互感器器身的浇注层的绝缘性能更好,有利于提高电压互感器的局放水平。

Claims (1)

1.一种电压互感器的注射成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:将树脂、固化剂、硅微粉、色浆按照1:1:3.2:0.05的比例称好,先将树脂倒入混料罐中,然后在倒入1/2重量的硅微粉,再将固化剂倒入混料罐内同时添加色浆,最后把剩下的一半的硅微粉也倒入混料罐中进行搅拌,充分搅拌20分钟后开始抽真空,当真空度达到200Pa以后再搅拌90分钟的时间,即可得到混合料;
(2)线圈总成预烘干:将检测合格后的线圈总成放入烘箱预烘,烘箱温度设置为135℃,干燥时间8~10小时;
(3)浇注内模预烘干:将浇注内模安装在压力凝胶机上,将压力凝胶机的温度设置为135°,再用电阻式温度计测试浇注内模的温度是否达到预设温度135°;
(4)装模:将步骤(2)中烘干后的线圈总成装入预烘干后的浇注内模的静模内,并调整好线圈总成的位置,在启动压力凝胶机的点动合模方式进行合模,即可完成装模;
(5)注射混合料:将注射口连接在浇注内模上,开始注料计时,注料时间为40~45分钟;
(6)脱模:按压压力凝胶机上的点动开关,从而即可完成脱模,即可得到互感器器身;
(7)互感器器身后固化:将步骤(6)中得到的互感器器身的表明清理干净,并擦拭干净互感器器身表面的油渍,放入烘箱进行后固化处理,烘箱温度设置为130度,烘干时间为8小时;
(8)喷砂:将步骤(7)中得到的互感器器身,放进喷丸机房,对互感器器身的外表面进行喷丸处理;
(9)涂粘接剂:将步骤(8)中喷丸处理后的互感器器身放进烘箱内,将烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热0.5小时,将加热后的互感器器身取出并在互感器器身的外表上涂上粘接剂,再将涂粘接剂完毕后的互感器器身放回至烘箱内,烘箱的温度设置为80°,加热时间为0.5小时;
(10)硅橡胶套注射外模检查:检查注射外模内腔,如果模腔内有残留的硅橡胶,必须把硅橡胶清理干净,清理时注意避免损伤模腔内的镀铬涂层;
(11)硅橡胶套注射外模预热:将硅橡胶套注射外模安装在硫化注射机上,将硫化注射机的温度设置为105°~115°对硅橡胶套注射外模进行预热,时间为35分钟;
(12)装模:用电阻温度计检测橡胶注射外模的温度,温度达到105°~115°时,再将步骤(9)中等到的互感器器身安装在预热后的硅橡胶套注射外模内,并固定好互感器器身的位置,合上硅橡胶套注射外模,即可完成装模;
(13)注射硅橡胶料:将橡胶料注射口连接在硅橡胶套注射外模上,开始注射硅橡胶料,注射时间为40分钟;
(14)脱模:注射成型后,再将硅橡胶套注射外模打开,即可得到电压互感器;
(15)清理:将步骤(14)中得到的电压互感器进行清理,用刀片切除硅橡胶套的飞边,清楚多余的硅橡胶,从而即可完成该电压互感器的制作。
