The invention relates to a multifunctional flexible press which is applied to an automatic gearbox (engine or other parts) equipment production line and is used for press-fitting various parts such as positioning pins, spacer bushes and bearings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the multifunctional flexible press of the present invention includes a press cylinder base 1, a support box 2, a pin positioning device 3, a rotary positioning device 4, a press cylinder 5, and a press head main body 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure cylinder base 1 is a box-shaped structure with an open top, and the electric cylinder 5, the bolt positioning device 3 and the rotary positioning device 4 are all installed on the pressure cylinder base 1.
The pressure head main body 6 is supported up and down by a bearing 8 fixed to the pressure cylinder base 1 and a bearing 7 fixed to the support case 2 (see fig. 4), the pressure head main body 6 is rotatable about the center of the line connecting the bearing 7 and the bearing 8, and the pressure cylinder base 1 and the support case 2 are fixed to an external base (not shown) in a side-mounted manner.
The pressure head main body 6 comprises a hexagonal rotary drum 19, a track disc 30 sleeved on the top of the hexagonal rotary drum 19, and an indexing disc 31 positioned at the topmost part of the main body.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the plug pin positioning device 3 is fixed on the cylinder base 1 through a plug pin mounting seat, and the plug pin positioning device 3 comprises a cylinder 10, a positioning pin 11 and a plurality of pin sleeves 12 positioned on an index plate 31.
In the invention, the plug pin positioning device is a structure of a cylinder and a positioning pin, corresponding pin sleeves are uniformly distributed on an index plate in the rotary position adjusting device, and the positioning pin extends out every time the position is switched, so that the accuracy of the position of a pressure head is ensured.
The rotary positioning device 4 comprises a servo motor 16 fixed on the pressure cylinder base 1 through a driving bracket 13, a speed reducer 15 and a driving belt pulley 17 which is connected to a driven belt pulley 18 fixed together with a hexagonal rotary drum 19 through a synchronous belt 14, and the rotation of the driving pressure head main body 6 is realized through the structure.
In the invention, the rotary position adjusting device is a structure that a servo motor drives an index plate to rotate through a synchronous belt, and is used for switching a required pressure head to a working position according to actual requirements.
The driving pulley 17 and the timing belt 14 and the driven pulley 18 constitute a synchronous drive assembly, which may alternatively be replaced by other drive assemblies, such as a gear train.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, a vertical guide rail 20 is installed on one surface of the hexagonal rotary drum 19 (all surfaces of the hexagon are the same), a slider 23 is installed on a slider installation plate 22 in a pressure head fixing assembly 29, and a roller 24 for sliding is installed on the top of the slider installation plate 22. Preferably, the pulleys are selected as a pair.
The slider mounting plate 22 is also provided with a pressure head base 25, the pressure head 21 is connected to the pressure head base 25, and the pressure head 21 is selected from pressure heads in a pressure head library and can be customized and replaced according to actual requirements. The mounting position of the electric cylinder 5 and the pressure head 21 in the working position are on the same center line.
A structure which can be engaged or disengaged in relative rotation is arranged between the pressure head seat 25 and the electric cylinder pressure rod 28, so that the pressure head seat 25 is engaged with the electric cylinder pressure rod 28 when rotating to a working position along with the pressure head body, and at the moment, the electric cylinder pressure rod 28 can press the pressure head seat 25 downwards and can also lift the pressure head seat 25 upwards.
The pressure head seat 25 is L-shaped, a pressure rod cushion block 27 and a lifting stop block 26 are arranged on the pressure head seat 25, the lifting stop block is positioned above the pressure rod cushion block, an opening clamping groove is formed between the pressure rod cushion block and the lifting stop block, a pressure block is arranged at the lower end of the pressure rod, and the pressure block and the opening clamping groove are formed to be capable of being jointed or separated in relative rotation.
As shown in fig. 2, the rail plate 30 is fixed on the base 1 of the pressure cylinder, and is provided with a pulley through groove a, the pulley through groove a is positioned right above the working position of the pressure head, the roller 24 of the pressure head fixing component 29 in the working position is suspended, and the whole weight is supported by the electric cylinder pressure rod 28.
The roller 24 of the pressure head fixing component 29 at the non-working position is hung on the track disc 30 to ensure that the position is fixed, so that the required press-fitting component is controlled by the electric cylinder 5 to move up and down, and other pressure head fixing components are lifted to the accommodating position and are kept fixed to avoid interference on the pressure head at the working position.
The working process of the invention is as follows: assuming that the pressure head A is located at a working position, at the moment, the bolt positioning device 3 is in an extending state to ensure the repeatability of the position of the pressure head, the electric cylinder 5 controls the pressure head A to perform press fitting activity, after the work is finished, the electric cylinder 5 drives the pressure head A to return to the original position, and the bolt positioning device 3 retracts.
The rotary positioning device 4 drives the pressure head main body 6 to rotate for appointed graduation through the synchronous belt 14 and the driven belt wheel 18, after the position is in place, the bolt positioning device 3 extends for positioning, in the process, the pressure head fixing component 29 is separated from the electric cylinder pressure rod 28, the roller 24 on the pressure head fixing component is hung on the track disc 30, the pressure head B on the track disc 30 is separated from the track disc, the pressure head B is combined by the electric cylinder pressure rod 28, and the pressure head conversion work is completed.
