Description
본 발명은 플라스틱 사출금형 제품의 다우얼에 너트를 열가압식 삽입에 관한 것으로 너트를 다우얼에 삽입하는 방식은 금형 제품의 성형틀에 다우얼의 위치에 따라 너트를 삽입한 후 사출하는 인서트 사출방식으로 너트를 금형틀에 작업자의 수작업에 의해 너트를 금형제품의 다우얼의 위치에 따라 너트를 금형틀에 삽입하는데 삽입소요시간이 많이 소요되고, 작업자 수작업에 의한 삽입 방식으로 인하여 정품의 너트를 다우얼의 위치에 삽입을 해야함에 있어 실수로 인하여(오삽,미삽) 금형제품의 사출 불량으로 인하여 불량품을 발생하게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a thermo-pushing insert of a nut into a dowel of a plastic injection mold product.
