本发明提供了一种阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，属于纺织技术领域。它解决了现有技术存在着舒适性差的问题。本阻燃性服装面料的制备方法包括以下步骤：A、准备：选用碳纤维纱备用；B、织造：将备用的碳纤维纱置入织造设备处，通过织造设备制备毛坯件；C、清洗：将毛坯件清洗，再进行脱水处理；D、裁剪：按照设定尺寸对毛坯件进行裁剪，经裁剪后得到半成品；E、缝边：将半成品边沿处进行缝边处理；F、热定型：通过热定型工艺对缝边后的半成品进行处理，处理后得到防火毯。本阻燃性服装面料的制备方法制备的防火毯安全性高。

阻燃性服装面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域，涉及一种阻燃性服装面料的制备方法。
背景技术
阻燃性服装面料自身的特性，具备良好的防火性能，能起到隔离热源以及火焰的作用。
现有的阻燃性服装面料主要由玻璃纤维材料处理编织而成，虽然，它也具备一定的防火性能，但是，玻璃纤维材料的玻璃纤维单丝直径在9-13微米以上，6微米以下的玻璃纤维漂浮物，可直接进入肺管，可引起呼吸道疾病，会影响使用者的身体健康。
如果是身体上沾到玻璃纤维，皮肤不好的是会过敏会痒，因此，其舒适性比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题，提供一种防火性能好的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：
一种阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，该方法包括以下步骤：
A、准备：选用碳纤维纱备用；
B、织造：将备用的碳纤维纱置入织造设备处，通过织造设备制备毛坯件；
C、清洗：将毛坯件清洗，再进行脱水处理；
D、裁剪：按照设定尺寸对毛坯件进行裁剪，经裁剪后得到半成品；
E、缝边：将半成品边沿处进行缝边处理；
F、热定型：通过热定型工艺对缝边后的半成品进行处理，处理后得到阻燃性服装面料。
本制备方法创造性的采用碳纤维纱编织毛坯件，毛坯件经清洗后能有效的去除编织过程中残留的杂质或者污物。
经裁剪后能得到设定尺寸的半成品。半成品经缝边处理以及热定型后就能得到成品阻燃性服装面料。
在上述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法中，所述步骤A中碳纤维纱为1—3K碳纤维纱。
这种能有效提高整个阻燃性服装面料的强度。
在上述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法中，所述步骤D后在半成品的一侧固连绒毛层，在半成品的另一侧固连防火层，上述绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐，待绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐后再进行步骤E。
通过绒毛层能使整个阻燃性服装面料的一侧具有良好的触感，通过防火层能进一步提高其防火性能。
在上述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法中，所述防火层为天鹅绒、植绒布、簇绒布涤纶丝面料绒布、针织面料绒布、全棉面料绒布、丝绒面料绒布、经编面料条绒布中的任意一种。
在上述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法中，所述防火层为芳纶、腈棉中的任意一种。
与现有技术相比，本阻燃性服装面料的制备方法由于采用碳纤维纱，因此，制备的阻燃性服装面料不仅具有良好的防火性，而且其强度也比较高。
同时，绒毛层和防火层的设置还提高了其舒适性以及防火性，具有很高的实用价值。
具体实施方式
本阻燃性服装面料的制备方法包括以下步骤：
A、准备：选用碳纤维纱备用；

B、织造：将备用的碳纤维纱置入织造设备处，通过织造设备制备毛坯件；
C、清洗：将毛坯件清洗，再进行脱水处理；
D、裁剪：按照设定尺寸对毛坯件进行裁剪，经裁剪后得到半成品；
所述步骤D后在半成品的一侧固连绒毛层，在半成品的另一侧固连防火层，上述绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐，待绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐后再进行步骤E。
所述防火层为天鹅绒、植绒布、簇绒布涤纶丝面料绒布、针织面料绒布、全棉面料绒布、丝绒面料绒布、经编面料条绒布中的任意一种。
所述防火层为芳纶、腈棉中的任意一种。
E、缝边：将半成品边沿处进行缝边处理；
F、热定型：通过热定型工艺对缝边后的半成品进行处理，处理后得到阻燃性服装面料。
本阻燃性服装面料400g/m2。
经耐磨实验，本阻燃性服装面料的耐磨次数达到129000次才会出现脱毛。

1.一种阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，该方法包括以下步骤：
A、准备：选用碳纤维纱备用；
B、织造：将备用的碳纤维纱置入织造设备处，通过织造设备制备毛坯件；
C、清洗：将毛坯件清洗，再进行脱水处理；
D、裁剪：按照设定尺寸对毛坯件进行裁剪，经裁剪后得到半成品；
E、缝边：将半成品边沿处进行缝边处理；
F、热定型：通过热定型工艺对缝边后的半成品进行处理，处理后得到防火毯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤A中碳纤维纱为1—3K碳纤维纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤D后在半成品的一侧固连绒毛层，在半成品的另一侧固连防火层，上述绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐，待绒毛层、半成品和防火层边沿相平齐后再进行步骤E。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，其特征在于，所述防火层为天鹅绒、植绒布、簇绒布涤纶丝面料绒布、针织面料绒布、全棉面料绒布、丝绒面料绒布、经编面料条绒布中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃性服装面料的制备方法，其特征在于，所述防火层为芳纶、腈棉中的任意一种。
