本发明公开了一种连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,所述轻钢结构包括型钢柱与型钢梁;其中,所述型钢柱包括上钢柱和下钢柱,型钢梁包括左钢梁和右钢梁;所述上钢柱的翼板上设有向下延伸的定位柱,所述上钢柱的腹板两侧焊有与腹板等宽的钢板,上钢柱腹板两侧的钢板围合成榫眼结构;所述下钢柱的翼板上设有U型承载板,左钢梁和右钢梁的翼板上均设有定位孔;左钢梁和右钢梁分别固定在下钢柱两侧翼板的U型承载板上,下钢柱的腹板嵌入上钢柱腹板两侧钢板围合的榫眼结构中,定位柱伸入型钢梁翼板上的定位孔中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,属于轻钢结构节点连接方式技术领域。
背景技术
现在轻钢结构大多采用螺栓连接与焊接连接,在低层结构中这样的连接方式会影响施工速度,增加人工成本。同时节点为刚性连接,节点的延性较差,在地震中容易发生脆性破坏。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,该轻钢结构中的型钢柱与型钢梁采用可拆卸方式连接,具有可快速连接的优点。
发明内容:为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,所述轻钢结构包括型钢柱与型钢梁;其中,所述型钢柱包括上钢柱和下钢柱,型钢梁包括左钢梁和右钢梁;所述上钢柱的翼板上设有向下延伸的定位柱,所述上钢柱的腹板两侧焊有与腹板等宽的钢板,上钢柱腹板两侧的钢板围合成榫眼结构;所述下钢柱的翼板上设有U型承载板,左钢梁和右钢梁的翼板上均设有定位孔;左钢梁和右钢梁分别固定在下钢柱两侧翼板的U型承载板上,下钢柱的腹板嵌入上钢柱腹板两侧钢板围合的榫眼结构中,定位柱伸入型钢梁翼板上的定位孔中。
其中,所述定位孔位于型钢梁翼板的四等分位置处。
其中,定位孔的尺寸与定位柱的尺寸一致。
其中,榫眼结构以及定位孔的内侧壁上均涂刷有环氧树脂胶。
有益效果:本发明轻钢结构的连接方式适用于低层结构(如一层3米左右的建筑结构),相较于原有的钢结构连接方式,具有连接速度快,连接难度小,节省成本等优点,轻钢结构拼装后连接牢固,节点为铰接,能消除一部分地震荷载的能量,缓和地震作用的破坏力,从而起到保护连接结构的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明技术方案作详细说明。
如图1~4所示,本发明连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,轻钢结构包括型钢柱13与型钢梁14;其中,型钢柱13包括上钢柱1和下钢柱2,型钢梁14包括左钢梁3和右钢梁4;上钢柱1的翼板15上设有L型定位柱8,L型定位柱8包括水平部9和竖直部10,L型定位柱8的水平部9固定在上钢柱1的翼板15上;上钢柱1的腹板16两侧焊有与腹板16等宽的钢板6,上钢柱1腹板16两侧的钢板6围合成榫眼结构12;下钢柱2的翼板17上设有U型承载板5,左钢梁3和右钢梁4的翼板18上均设有定位孔7;左钢梁3和右钢梁4分别固定在下钢柱2两侧翼板17的U型承载板5上,下钢柱2的腹板11嵌入上钢柱1腹板16两侧钢板6围合的榫眼结构12中,L型定位柱8的竖直部10伸入型钢梁14翼板18的定位孔7中,从而实现上钢柱1与下钢柱2的快速固定连接。定位孔7位于型钢梁翼板18的四等分位置处;定位孔7的尺寸与定位柱8的尺寸一致。榫眼结构12以及定位孔7的内侧壁上均涂刷有环氧树脂胶。
上钢柱1通过吊装设备与下钢柱2拼合,L型定位柱8的竖直部10伸入型钢梁14上下翼板18的定位孔7中,在节点装配完成后,往定位孔洞处涂刷环氧树脂胶,通过涂刷环氧树脂胶固定型钢梁14与型钢柱13的安装位置以及消除加工与施工产生的空隙。

1.一种连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,其特征在于:所述轻钢结构包括型钢柱与型钢梁;其中,所述型钢柱包括上钢柱和下钢柱,型钢梁包括左钢梁和右钢梁;所述上钢柱的翼板上设有向下延伸的定位柱,所述上钢柱的腹板两侧焊有与腹板等宽的钢板,上钢柱腹板两侧的钢板围合成榫眼结构;所述下钢柱的翼板上设有U型承载板,左钢梁和右钢梁的翼板上均设有定位孔;左钢梁和右钢梁分别固定在下钢柱两侧翼板的U型承载板上,下钢柱的腹板嵌入上钢柱腹板两侧钢板围合的榫眼结构中,定位柱伸入型钢梁翼板上的定位孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,其特征在于:所述定位孔位于型钢梁翼板的四等分位置处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,其特征在于:定位孔的尺寸与定位柱的尺寸一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接节点采用榫接的轻钢结构,其特征在于:榫眼结构以及定位孔的内侧壁上均涂刷有环氧树脂胶。
