背景技术
我国的日用品行业和厨房器具方面也得到了迅速的发展,这也使模具产业不断更新换代,塑料脸盆的生产时都是通过注塑机注塑而成,注塑的模具也更加专业化和高科技化,但是脸盆注塑成型后其底部会有多余的料头,需要对其进行切割。
目前对脸料头的去除方式通常是人工使用剪刀对料头进行剪断,人工一手拿着剪刀,另一只手拿着脸盆,操作繁琐,而且对切割后的脸盆需要人工进行堆叠,影响效率,并且人工切割时切割工具容易触碰到脸盆外表面,导致脸盆刮花,影响销售。
发明内容
为了克服目前对脸料头的去除方式通常是人工使用剪刀对料头进行剪断,操作繁琐,而且对切割后的脸盆需要人工进行堆叠,影响效率的缺点,因此,本发明的技术问题为:提供一种能够提高料头切割效率,能对剪切料头后的脸盆进行整理的脸盆生产用注塑料头切割装置。
本发明的技术实施方案是:一种脸盆生产用注塑料头切割装置,包括有底座,其顶部后侧安装有支架,所述支架上安装有输送带;安装架,设置于所述支架的内侧,所述安装架固接在所述底座顶部;挡板,设置于所述安装架的顶部,所述挡板中部开有通槽,所述挡板的形状呈圆弧形;放置块,其设有多块,多块所述放置块均匀间隔地连接在所述输送带上;驱动组件设置于所述底座的顶部前侧;切割组件,设置于所述挡板上,所述切割组件与所述驱动组件传动连接。
可选地,驱动组件包括有驱动电机,安装于所述底座的前侧顶部;传动齿轮,转动式地设置于所述支架的右端前侧;所述传动齿轮与所述输送带的传动辊相连接;第一扇形齿轮,连接于所述驱动电机输出轴的前段;第二扇形齿轮,连接于所述驱动电机输出轴的后段,所述第二扇形齿轮与所述切割组件传动连接。

2、通过放置组件能将剪切料头后的脸盆进行整理,不需要人工手动整理,进一步提高了工作效率。
3、通过转杆和限位杆能够对落料孔落下的脸盆进行限位,保证脸盆向下掉落的形态,使脸盆正常堆叠。

驱动组件7包括有驱动电机71、传动齿轮72、第一扇形齿轮73和第二扇形齿轮74,驱动电机71安装在底座1的前侧顶部,支架2的右端前侧安装有传动齿轮72,传动齿轮72与输送带3的传动辊相连接,驱动电机71的输出轴上连接有第一扇形齿轮73和第二扇形齿轮74,第二扇形齿轮74位于第一扇形齿轮73的后侧,第二扇形齿轮74与切割组件8传动连接。

将注塑后的脸盆倒扣在输送带3上方的放置块6上,脸盆中部的料头朝上,启动驱动电机71逆时针转动,驱动电机71带动第一扇形齿轮73和第二扇形齿轮74转动,从而通过第一扇形齿轮73带动传动齿轮72转动180度,从而通过输送带3上的传动辊带动输送带3将脸盆往右进行输送,脸盆上的料头则通过挡板4上的通槽通过,挡板4能挡住脸盆,避免脸盆从放置块6上脱离,当脸盆输送至输送带3的下方时,脸盆输送至托板86上,当脸盆的料头移动至剪刀87内侧时,第一扇形齿轮73和传动齿轮72不啮合,输送带3停止对脸盆进行输送,通过第二扇形齿轮74带动第一齿条83向下移动,第一齿条83向下移动带动升降架81向下移动,楔形板84随之向下移动,压缩弹簧82被压缩,在楔形板84的作用下推动滑板85朝剪刀87方向移动,通过两侧的滑板85推动剪刀87的两个手柄靠拢,剪刀87闭合将多余的注塑料头进行剪断,当第二扇形齿轮74与第一齿条83脱离啮合时,在压缩弹簧82的作用下带动楔形板84和升降架81复位,第一齿条83随之复位,如此在扭簧88的作用下使剪刀87复位,并通过剪刀87的手柄推动两侧的滑板85远离剪刀87,如此通过输送带3的和剪刀87的间歇配合运动能够高效地对脸盆的料头进行剪断,当输送带3将脸盆输送至与挡板4左侧时,脸盆从放置块6上脱离。

在实施例一的基础上,如图5-6所示,还包括有放置组件9,放置组件9包括有第二齿条91、转轴92、单向离合器93、驱动齿轮94、转盘95、皮带轮96、平皮带97和锥齿轮98,挡板4左端开有落料孔,升降架81的底端连接有第二齿条91,底座1顶部中间连接有支板,支板上转动式地设有转轴92,转轴92前端安装有单向离合器93,单向离合器93外侧设有驱动齿轮94,驱动齿轮94与第二齿条91啮合,底座1顶部左侧转动式地安装有皮带轮96,两个皮带轮96之间连接有平皮带97,左侧皮带轮96顶部连接有转盘95,右侧皮带轮96顶部与转轴92的中部均设有锥齿轮98,两个锥齿轮98相互啮合。
当输送带3带动脸盆至落料孔位置时,脸盆通过落料孔掉落到转盘95上,当升降架81向下移动时带动第二齿条91向下移动,第二齿条91带动驱动齿轮94顺时针转动五分之一圈,驱动齿轮94转动通过锥齿轮98带动右侧皮带轮96转动,右侧皮带轮96通过平皮带97带动左侧皮带轮96转动,如此就能带动转盘95旋转五分之一圈,使刚落下的脸盆从落料孔正下方转离,如此能够使转盘95间歇转动,使脸盆均匀地堆叠在转盘95上。提高转盘95的收集容量。当第二齿条91向上移动时带动驱动齿轮94逆时针转动,在单向离合器93的作用下,转轴92不会转动,转盘95也不会转动。

当脸盆从落料孔落下时,通过转杆10和限位杆11能够对脸盆进行限位,保证脸盆向下掉落的形态,使脸盆正常堆叠,橡胶凹盘12能够对最下方的脸盆进行定位,并且能够对掉落的脸盆起缓冲作用。当每个橡胶凹盘12上方都堆满脸盆时,可转动转杆10旋转九十度,如此即可将堆叠的脸盆从转盘95上取出,脸盆取出后,反方向转动转杆10旋转九十度即可。
