背景技术
婴儿米粉通常面向于0~3岁婴幼儿,能在母乳不足或婴幼儿向成人食品过度时做婴儿辅助食品使用,可极大改善婴幼儿的营养和健康状况,促进婴幼儿生长发育。同时6月龄以前的婴儿基本以奶制品为主,6月后便可以开始添加辅食,是婴儿从流质奶向成人米饭的一个过度,有利于促进婴儿的肠道进一步向儿童靠近,同时也可以锻炼婴儿的咀嚼能力,是婴儿成长必不可少的一种过度食品。
现有的婴儿米粉主要起到补充营养,随着社会的进步,婴儿的生活水平不断提高,吃的东西比较多,容易造成婴儿积食,从而不消化,进而导致胃口差,这样就会影响婴儿的身体健康,为此,本发明提出一种健胃消食的米粉。

S1:准备上述重量份的原料:大米、一水葡萄糖、山药粉、玉米糁、全脂乳粉、鸡内金粉、麦芽粉、山楂粉、复合矿物质和复合维生素;
S2:洗米粉碎:将S1中的原料用洗米机清洗,然后用粉碎机将原料粉碎;
S3:配料调浆:将粉碎后的原料放入调浆罐中,调浆时间为10~15min,波美度为29~31;
S4:二次磨浆:将S3中的浆液放入胶体磨设备中,进行二次磨浆;
S5:滚筒干燥:将S4中的二次浆液放入滚筒烘干机中,滚筒烘干机的蒸汽压力为0.45~0.75Mpa,频率为25~30Hz;
S6:破碎成型,将烘干后的原料放入破碎过筛成型装置中,筛网孔径为3.0mm、2.0mm和1.2mm中的一种,得到半成品,并对半成品进行检验;
S7:半成品暂存:将半成品进行称量、预混和总混,其中,预混采用三维混合机,混合时间为10min,总混采用多维混合机,混合时间为20min;
S8:内包装:铝箔复合膜:臭氧灭菌、紫外灭菌30min;铁罐:紫外杀菌隧道灭菌,用带金属分离器的双螺杆自动罐装机、自动包装机、封罐机进行内包装;
S9:外包装:用封箱机和金属探测仪进行外包装;
S10:成品入库。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健胃消食的米粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:大米195份、一水葡萄糖48份、山药粉1.2份、玉米糁10份、全脂乳粉8.2份、鸡内金粉1.2份、麦芽粉1.2份、山楂粉2.4份、复合矿物质2.2份、复合维生素0.10份。

5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种健胃消食的米粉,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由VA、VD、VB1和辅料组成,其中,每100g复合维生素中包括750μgRE的VA、13.5μg的VD和550μg的VB1,余量为辅料,辅料为麦芽糊精。
6.根据权利要求5中任一项所述的一种健胃消食的米粉,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质由钙、铁、锌和辅料组成,其中,每100g的复合矿物质包括340mg的钙、5.61mg的铁和4.80mg的锌,余量为辅料,辅料为麦芽糊精。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种健胃消食的米粉,其特征在于,所述助安眠的米粉采用以下生产工艺制备,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备上述重量份的原料:大米、一水葡萄糖、山药粉、玉米糁、全脂乳粉、鸡内金粉、麦芽粉、山楂粉、复合矿物质和复合维生素;
S2:洗米粉碎:将S1中的原料用洗米机清洗,然后用粉碎机将原料粉碎;
