Description

Application of feed additive in promoting intestinal development of weaned piglets
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of feed additives, in particular to application of a feed additive in promoting intestinal development of weaned piglets.
Background
The research and application of the feed formula for early weaned pigs are directly related to the growth and the future production performance of the weaned pigs. In China, compared with the traditional weaning day age of piglets, weaning of 21-35 days is generally called early weaning, and weaning before 21 days is called super early weaning. However, early weaned piglets, especially super early weaned piglets, face the problems of immature gastrointestinal development, poor gastrointestinal function, insufficient immune function, low disease resistance and the like, weaning is also related to the changes of physiology, psychology, environment and nutrition conditions of the piglets, and the problems can cause allergy of the piglets, reduced feeding rate, low utilization rate of feed and delay of growth and development, so that the economic benefit of the pig industry is seriously influenced.
The combined use of the prebiotics, the probiotics and the nucleotide can effectively make up the defect of imperfect development of the digestive system of the weaned pigs, promote the rapid development and maturation of the gastrointestinal digestive system of the weaned pigs and ensure the good growth of the weaned pigs.
Prebiotics are dietary supplements that beneficially affect the host by selectively stimulating the growth and activity of bacteria in one or a few colonies, thereby improving the health of the host's indigestible food ingredient. Successful prebiotics are fermented by the intestinal flora, mostly undigested, while passing through the upper digestive tract. Most importantly, it is merely stimulating the growth of beneficial flora and not harmful bacteria with potentially pathogenic or spoilage activity.
Probiotics are active microorganisms beneficial to a host, and are general names of active beneficial microorganisms which are fixedly planted in intestinal tracts and reproductive systems of organisms and can generate definite health effects so as to improve the micro-ecological balance of the host and exert beneficial effects.
The need for nucleotides in animals during rapid growth, stress and immunosuppression increases, and weaned pigs experience all of these conditions, and the metabolically vigorous organs and tissues require a large supply of exogenous nucleotides. However, weaned pigs lack the energy and glutamine required for nucleotide synthesis, which results in the deficiency of endogenous nucleotides and the need for exogenous nucleotide supplementation.
At present, a single application of prebiotics, probiotics and nucleotides is reported in a large number, but the combined application of the prebiotics, the probiotics and the nucleotides is rarely reported.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems existing in the current weaned piglet feed, the invention provides a feed additive capable of promoting intestinal development of weaned piglets. The additive is added into daily feed of piglets according to a certain amount, so that the stress response of weaning piglets can be effectively relieved, and the production performance of the piglets is improved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a feed additive capable of promoting intestinal development of weaned piglets comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1 to 6 parts of prebiotics,
1 to 6 parts of probiotics,
1-5 parts of nucleotide.
The additive is preferably composed of the following components in parts by weight:
4 parts of prebiotics, namely, a probiotic,
6 parts of probiotics, namely a probiotic and a feed additive,
3 parts of nucleotide.
The prebiotics comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide and 1-3 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, and preferably consists of the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide and 1 part of galacto-oligosaccharide.
The probiotics comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of lactobacillus fermentum and 1-3 parts of bacillus subtilis, and preferably consists of the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of lactobacillus fermentum and 3 parts of bacillus subtilis.
The probiotics are powder preparations, and the viable count of the pure bacterial powder of each bacterial strain is not less than 1 x 1010cfu/g.
Wherein the nucleotide is obtained by taking ribonucleic acid as a raw material, hydrolyzing by an enzyme method to obtain mixed nucleotide liquid, and directly spraying and drying.
Wherein the nucleotide comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70% of nucleotide, 5-15% of crude protein, 2-6% of crude fat, 12-25% of ash and 5-9% of water.
Wherein the addition amount of the feed additive in the weaned piglet feed is 0.05-0.5wt%, preferably 0.3wt%.
The application of the feed additive in promoting the intestinal development of weaned piglets is also within the protection scope of the invention.
The beneficial effects are that: compared with the prior art, the feed additive technology capable of promoting intestinal development of weaned piglets has the following advantages:
the additive provided by the invention consists of prebiotics, probiotics and nucleotides, so that reasonable proportioning of the prebiotics, the probiotics and the nucleotides is realized. Can effectively improve the intestinal development of weaned piglets, strengthen the immunity and reduce the influence of weaning stress of the piglets on intestinal metabolism; can reduce diarrhea of weaned piglets, improve survival rate, and replace antibiotics; can improve the feed conversion rate, the economic value and the like. The method has important significance for modern scientific, intensive and large-scale pig raising production.
