Abstract
本发明涉及保健品领域,特别指一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶及其制作方法,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:决明子1~3份,菊花1~3份,黑枸杞2~4份,红枸杞2~4份,柠檬1~2份,其余为茶叶,还包括辅料枣圈1~2份、蜂蜜或白糖2~4份。本发明有缓解疲劳以及眼睛干涩,清热去火,提神醒脑,明目滋阴,补肾壮阳,强身健体,美白祛斑,抗菌抗病毒等多种特效,本发明不仅具有降血压血脂,经常饮用还有抗衰老,治疗高血压的特效,而且本发明也可以外用,当皮肤出现烫伤能有效缓解疼痛及有效治疗效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,特别指一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶及其制作方法。
背景技术
药茶又称茶剂,即将中草药(单味或复方)配有茶叶或不配有茶叶的药物经加工而成的制剂。在应用时多采取沸水浸泡取汁服或加水煎汁服,可随时代茶饮而起到治疗疾病或保健养生的作用。把中药传统的药剂疗法改革成冲泡饮食疗法,可达到既方便又能保证药效的目的。
药茶具有以下特点:1、饮服方便。沸水冲泡,其操作灵活,程序简单,适应各种国际化工作和生活节奏加快的发展趋势;2、浸泡药物时,以沸水为溶媒,可将共中的酶迅速杀灭,避免有效成分的分解和破坏;3、药物为粗粉或细丝、小段,其表面面积大,与溶媒的接触面大,易使有效成分溶出;4、可以多次重复浸泡,使药物的有效成份充分溶解溢出宜。
目前,由于现代生活的原因,高血糖、高血脂、高血压逐渐成为威胁人类健康的三大杀手,并呈现年轻化的趋势,已经严重影响了人们的生活质量。
血脂,指血液中所含脂类的总称,包括:甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、B脂蛋白、磷脂和游离脂酸等,它们在血液中含量高低受到年龄、性别、饮食成分、脂质代谢功能、遗传因素、精神活动和疾病等诸多因素的影响而处于动态平衡。随着生活水平的提高,饮食结构的改变,膏梁厚味,嗜饮醇酒,伴随而来的是高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等“富贵病”的增加。其中高血脂是导致脑血栓、冠心病等多种心脑血管疾病的罪魁祸首,严重影响着人们的身体健康。
西药调节血脂虽有肯定的疗效,但有不同程度的副作用。目前公认调脂最有效并广泛应用的西药是他汀类,但费用高,且有肝脏和肌肉毒性等副作用,严重者可导致横纹肌溶解症(Rhabdomyolysis)。降血脂药拜斯亭因有副作用发生已被停用。中药调脂以其疗效好、副作用小的优势而成为研究的热点,因此,开发天然的降血脂符合中药治疗要求的,方便实用的养生茶具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种安全、无副作用,能够降血压血脂的养生茶及其制作方法。
一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:决明子1~3份,菊花1~3份,黑枸杞2~4份,红枸杞2~4份,柠檬1~2份,其余为茶叶。
进一步地,还包括辅料枣圈1~2份、蜂蜜或白糖2~4份。

一种如权利要求1所述的含枸杞决明子的养生茶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
首先将茶叶采用沸水浸泡10~15秒,过滤掉茶叶,将决明子、菊花放入获得的茶叶水内浸泡5~15分钟时间;待浸泡有决明子、菊花的茶水在浸泡过程中,温度冷却至60~65℃,加入柠檬片浸泡,继续冷却至55~60℃加入黑枸杞和红枸杞浸泡,其中当温度降至在55~65℃范围内,可加入枣圈浸泡;继续冷却待温度降至不高于30℃,加入蜂蜜或者白糖,搅拌均匀或搅拌至白糖融化完全,最后使用过滤装置,过滤获得可饮用的茶水。
决明子:清肝明目,利水通便,有缓泻作用,降血压降血脂。
菊花:具有疏散风热、平抑肝阳、清肝明目、清热解毒的功效。
柠檬:具有生津解暑开胃、预防心血管疾病、抗菌消炎功效、延缓衰老抑制色素沉着等功效,柠檬富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、香豆精、高量钾元素和低量钠元素等,对人体十分有益。维生素C能维持人体各种组织和细胞间质的生成,并保持它们正常的生理机能。
茶叶:能减低心脑血管发病和死亡风险、有降低胆固醇和血压的作用、有抗压力和抗焦虑作用、提高免疫力等功效,其中茶多酚是茶叶中含量最多的一类可溶性成分,也是茶叶发挥其健康保健功效最主要的物质,最典型的代表是儿茶素(酚),具有抗氧化(消除氧自由基)、抗炎、降低心血管病发病几率、预防癌症、降血脂、减少体脂形成、抗菌、改变肠道菌群生态等多项功效。研究表明,喝下一杯茶半小时后,血中的抗氧化容量(对抗氧自由基的能力)增加41%~48%,并能在高水平状态持续一个半小时。茶色素主要包括叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等,具有抗肿癌、延缓衰老以及美容等作用。
蜂蜜:具有护肤美容、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化、改善睡眠、保肝作用、抗疲劳、润肺祛痰止咳、祛湿利尿、凉血止血、宁心安神、清热解毒等功效。
另外,当有小面积烧伤或许烫坏,可用优质蜂蜜涂在创伤面上,能起到减轻苦楚,防止感染和推进创伤愈合的效果,蜂蜜呈微酸性,十分粘稠且吸水性极强,敷于烧烫坏的肌肤创面上会构成一层保护性薄膜,以促进坏死肌肤安排自行税落,并长出新鲜健康的肌肤。
枣:有养胃、健脾、益血、滋补、强身之效,枣仁和根均可入药。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明有缓解疲劳以及眼睛干涩,清热去火,提神醒脑,明目滋阴,补肾壮阳,强身健体,美白祛斑,抗菌抗病毒等多种特效,本发明不仅具有降血压血脂,经常饮用还有抗衰老,治疗高血压的特效,而且本发明也可以外用,当皮肤出现烫伤能有效缓解疼痛及有效治疗效果。
具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式:
本发明一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、按照重量份计的原料组成称取各成分决明子1份,菊花1份,黑枸杞2份,红枸杞2份,柠檬1份,枣圈1份,蜂蜜或白糖2份,其余为茶叶,茶叶选用制备好的绿茶或者红茶,其中黑枸杞或者红枸杞每份5颗量,柠檬片每份2片量,蜂蜜或白糖每份为5g量。
步骤二、首先将茶叶采用沸水浸泡10~15秒,过滤掉茶叶,茶叶浸泡时间端,获得的茶叶水温度扔在90℃以上,将决明子、菊花放入获得的茶叶水内浸泡5~15分钟时间;
步骤三、待浸泡有决明子、菊花和茶叶的茶水在浸泡过程中,温度冷却至60~65℃,加入柠檬片浸泡,继续冷却至55~60℃加入黑枸杞和红枸杞浸泡,其中当温度降至在55~65℃范围内,可加入枣圈浸泡;
步骤四、继续冷却待温度降至不高于30℃,加入蜂蜜或者白糖,搅拌均匀或搅拌至白糖融化完全;
步骤五、最后使用过滤装置,过滤获得可饮用的茶水。
本发明黑枸杞或红枸杞、柠檬片或者枣圈都是60度左右的水泡的,不可同时使用沸水浸泡,同时用沸水泡的话,会破坏其营养物质,口感差,特别是柠檬片会导致喝的时候又酸又涩,蜂蜜在三十度以下有利于有效保留其营养成份,茶叶可根据自己喜欢的口味来选取绿茶或者红茶。
本发明在泡制过程中对各项成份配发比例,水温,泡的时间要特别注意,泡制时间过长易导致味道苦涩,过短导致营养成份无法有效发挥出来,温度过高或过低可能导致营养成份被破坏,可以替代咖啡等提神产品。
本发明的在使用时应注意:孕妇及7岁以下儿童禁用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶,其特征在于:还包括辅料枣圈1~2份、蜂蜜或白糖2~4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含枸杞决明子的养生茶,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料组成:决明子1份,菊花1份,黑枸杞2份,红枸杞2份,柠檬1份,枣圈1份,蜂蜜或白糖2份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的含枸杞决明子的养生茶的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
首先将茶叶采用沸水浸泡10~15秒,过滤掉茶叶,将决明子、菊花放入获得的茶叶水内浸泡5~15分钟时间;待浸泡有决明子、菊花的茶水在浸泡过程中,温度冷却至60~65℃,加入柠檬片浸泡,继续冷却至55~60℃加入黑枸杞和红枸杞浸泡,其中当温度降至在55~65℃范围内,可加入枣圈浸泡;继续冷却待温度降至不高于30℃,加入蜂蜜或者白糖,搅拌均匀或搅拌至白糖融化完全,最后使用过滤装置,过滤获得可饮用的茶水。
