Abstract
The invention discloses a watermelon nutrient solution water seedling cultivation device which comprises a seed soaking box, a liquid supply box, a lifting support platform and a hole tray arranged on the lifting support platform, wherein the liquid supply box is connected to the bottom of the seed soaking box, a feed inlet is formed in the liquid supply box, the lifting support platform is composed of a plurality of sequentially nested telescopic rods with the same structure and gradually changed sizes and a tray, the hole tray is placed in the tray, a mounting hole is formed in the vertical center of the tray, one end of each telescopic rod is embedded into the corresponding mounting hole and is in interference fit with the corresponding mounting hole, a mounting sleeve is arranged on the vertical center of each seed soaking box and the corresponding liquid supply box, the telescopic rod at the bottommost end of the lifting support platform is embedded into the corresponding mounting sleeve, and a locking button is arranged at one end, close to the tray, of each telescopic rod. The device can realize seed soaking and seed seedling raising simultaneously, is simple to operate, saves manpower and material resources, and enables the seedling raising work to be simpler and more efficient.

Watermelon (Citrullus lanatus), also called water melon, cold melon, summer melon. Therefore, the proportion of watermelon production in the greenhouse is continuously improved, agricultural economic crop production is more and more normalized out of seasons, production operation can be carried out all the year round, the requirements on the production period and the production efficiency of the watermelon are higher and higher, and seedling culture as a basic link of watermelon production has very important influence on the production period and the production efficiency of the watermelon. The traditional watermelon seedling raising technology is relatively lagged behind, the seedling raising process is complex and tedious, the seed germination rate is low, and the productivity cannot adapt to the development of modern agricultural mechanization.

In view of the above, the present invention provides a water culture seedling raising device for watermelon nutrient solution, which simplifies the watermelon seedling raising process and improves the germination rate and seedling raising efficiency of seeds.

a watermelon nutrient solution water seedling cultivation device comprises a seed soaking box, a liquid supply box, a lifting support platform and a hole tray arranged on the lifting support platform, wherein the liquid supply box is connected to the bottom of the seed soaking box, a charging opening is formed in the liquid supply box, the lifting support platform is composed of a plurality of telescopic rods and trays which are sequentially nested, are identical in structure and gradually changed in size, the hole tray is placed in the trays, a mounting hole is formed in the vertical center of each tray, one end of each telescopic rod is embedded into the corresponding mounting hole and is in interference fit with the corresponding mounting hole, a mounting sleeve is arranged on the vertical center of each seed soaking box and the corresponding liquid supply box, the telescopic rod at the bottommost end of the lifting support platform is embedded into the corresponding mounting sleeve, a locking button is arranged at one end, close to the corresponding tray, of the lifting support platform after being folded, all trays can be immersed into the seed soaking box, and penetrating holes are formed in the bottoms of the holes of the hole trays; the heater is installed to the interior bottom of seed soaking case, and the feed tank is equipped with the water pump, and the play water end of water pump is connected with the feed pipe, and the free end of feed pipe extends the feed tank and switches on with the tray of superiors, adopts the connecting pipe switch-on between the tray, is provided with the back flow on the tray of lower floor, and the free end embedding feed tank of back flow is interior, and the bottom of lower floor's tray is equipped with the drain valve, and feed pipe and back flow all can dismantle with the tray and be connected.
Can realize soaking kind and seed work of growing seedlings simultaneously through this equipment, soak in the seed soaking box that immerses after the folding with the lift saddle during seed soaking, through the temperature in the heater control seed soaking box, open the lift saddle after the completion of seed soaking, the water in the tray is through the connecting pipe by the downward backward flow of superiors, finally flows back to in the seed soaking box through the drain valve. The operation is simple, the manpower and material resources are saved, and the seedling culture work is simpler and more efficient.
Furthermore, the liquid supply pipe, the connecting pipe and the return pipe are all elastic hoses. The hose can be crooked folding, can avoid the lift saddle folding and dip in the seed soaking case and cause the pipeline to damage.
Further, the mounting hole on the tray sets up in the center of tray one end, and a plurality of tray is left and right sides setting in turn. The design can improve lighting of seedlings in the hole trays of all layers and promote growth of the seedlings.
Further, an even number of trays are provided. The even number of trays can make equipment both ends atress even, prevents to empty.
Further, a handle is arranged on the hole tray and is made of soft materials. The handle is more convenient for the emergence of seedlings, and soft material can not interfere the lift saddle folding.
Furthermore, the bottom of the liquid supply tank is provided with a pulley assembly and a pressing type locking plate for locking the pulley assembly. The pulley assembly is more convenient to move, and the pulley assembly is locked by the pressing type locking plate during use, so that the stability of the equipment is improved.
Furthermore, the inner surface of the hole disk is provided with an anti-sticking coating, and the anti-sticking coating is internally dispersed with a slow-release microcapsule wrapping the bactericide. The anti-sticking coating is more convenient for transplanting seedlings, avoids root damage, and the slow-release microcapsule can slowly release the bactericide, continuously sterilize, prevent insect damage and reduce environmental pollution.
Further, the bactericide is one or more of carbendazim, hymexazol, fenaminosulf and mancozeb.

A watermelon nutrient solution water seedling cultivation device comprises a seed soaking box 1, a liquid supply box 2, a lifting support platform 3 and a hole tray 4 arranged on the lifting support platform 3, wherein the liquid supply box 2 is connected to the bottom of the seed soaking box 1, a feed inlet 5 is arranged on the liquid supply box 2, the lifting support platform 3 is the same by a plurality of structures which are sequentially nested, the size of the tray is gradually changed, the tray 31 and the tray 32 are formed, the hole tray 4 is placed in the tray 32, a mounting hole 33 is formed in the vertical center of the tray 32, one end of the telescopic rod 31 is embedded into the mounting hole 33 and is in interference fit with the mounting hole 33, a mounting sleeve 6 is arranged on the vertical center of the seed soaking box 1 and the liquid supply box 2, the telescopic rod 31 at the bottommost end of the lifting tray table 3 is embedded into the mounting sleeve 6, a locking button 7 is arranged at one end, close to the tray 32, of the telescopic rod 31, all the trays 32 can be immersed into the seed soaking box 1 after the lifting tray table 3 is folded, and penetrating holes are formed in the bottom of holes of the hole tray 4; the heater 8 is installed to the interior bottom of seed soaking case 1, be equipped with water pump 9 in the liquid supply case 2, the play water end of water pump 9 is connected with liquid supply pipe 10, the free end of liquid supply pipe 10 extends liquid supply case 2, and with the tray 32 switch-on of superiors, adopt connecting pipe 11 switch-on between the tray 32, be provided with back flow pipe 12 on the tray 32 of lower floor, the free end embedding liquid supply case 2 of back flow pipe 12 is interior, the bottom of lower floor's tray 32 is equipped with drain valve 13, liquid supply pipe 10 and back flow pipe 12 all can be dismantled with tray 32 and be connected.

Then the water pump 9 is turned on, and the nutrient solution in the liquid supply tank 2 is delivered to the tray 32 at the uppermost layer through the liquid supply pipe 10, and is returned to the liquid supply tank 2 through the connecting pipe 11 and the return pipe 12 to circulate. The operation is simple, the manpower and material resources are saved, and the seedling culture work is simpler and more efficient.
The liquid supply pipe 10, the connecting pipe 11 and the return pipe 12 are all elastic hoses. The hose can be crooked folding, can avoid lift saddle 3 folding and dip in seed soaking box 1 and cause the pipeline to damage.
The mounting hole 33 on the tray 32 is arranged at the center of one end of the tray 32, and a plurality of trays 32 are arranged alternately left and right. The design can improve lighting of seedlings in the hole trays of all layers and promote growth of the seedlings.
An even number of trays 32 are provided. The even number of trays 32 enables the two ends of the device to be evenly stressed to prevent toppling.
The hole tray is provided with a handle 14, and the handle 14 is made of soft materials. The lifting handle 14 is more convenient for seedling emergence, and the soft material cannot interfere the folding of the lifting saddle 3.
The bottom of the liquid supply tank 2 is provided with a pulley assembly 15, and a press-type lock piece 16 for locking the pulley assembly 15. The pulley assembly 15 is more convenient for the movement of the equipment, and the pulley assembly 15 is locked by the pressing type locking plate 16 during use, so that the stability of the equipment is improved.
The inner surface of the hole disk 4 is provided with an anti-sticking coating, and the anti-sticking coating is internally dispersed with a slow-release microcapsule wrapping the bactericide. The anti-sticking coating is more convenient for transplanting seedlings, avoids root damage, and the slow-release microcapsule can slowly release the bactericide, continuously sterilize, prevent insect damage and reduce environmental pollution.
The bactericide is one or more of carbendazim, hymexazol, fenaminosulf and mancozeb.

The techniques, shapes, and configurations not described in detail in the present invention are all known techniques.
Claims (6)
1. A watermelon nutrient solution water seedling cultivation device is characterized by comprising a seed soaking box, a liquid supply box, a lifting support platform and a hole tray arranged on the lifting support platform, the liquid supply box is connected with the bottom of the seed soaking box, a feed inlet is arranged on the liquid supply box, the lifting support platform consists of a plurality of telescopic rods and trays which are sequentially nested, have the same structure and gradually change the size, the hole tray is placed in the tray, the vertical center of the tray is provided with a mounting hole, one end of the telescopic rod is embedded into the mounting hole and is in interference fit with the mounting hole, the vertical center of the seed soaking box and the liquid supply box is provided with a mounting sleeve, the telescopic rod at the bottom end of the lifting saddle is embedded into the mounting sleeve, a locking button is arranged at one end of the telescopic rod close to the trays, all the trays can be immersed in the seed soaking box after the lifting saddle is folded, and the bottoms of holes of the hole trays are provided with penetrating holes;
the bottom in the seed soaking tank is provided with a heater, a water pump is arranged in the liquid supply tank, the water outlet end of the water pump is connected with a liquid supply pipe, the free end of the liquid supply pipe extends out of the liquid supply tank and is communicated with the tray on the uppermost layer, the trays are communicated by adopting a connecting pipe, the tray on the lowermost layer is provided with a return pipe, the free end of the return pipe is embedded into the liquid supply tank, the bottom of the tray on the lowermost layer is provided with a drain valve, and the liquid supply pipe and the return pipe are both detachably connected with the tray;
an anti-sticking coating is arranged on the inner surface of the hole disc, and a slow-release microcapsule wrapping a bactericide is dispersed in the anti-sticking coating;
the bactericide is one or more of carbendazim, hymexazol, fenaminosulf and mancozeb.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the liquid supply tube, the connecting tube and the return tube are elastic hoses.
3. The water-cultured seedling device of watermelon nutrient solution according to claim 2, wherein the mounting hole on the tray is arranged at the center of one end of the tray, and a plurality of trays are arranged alternately from left to right.
4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein an even number of said trays are provided.
5. The device for cultivating seedlings of watermelons in nutrient solution and water according to claim 4, wherein a handle is arranged on the hole tray and is made of soft materials.
6. The water-cultured seedling device of watermelon nutrient solution according to claim 5, wherein the bottom of the solution supply tank is provided with a pulley assembly and a pressing type locking plate for locking the pulley assembly.
