Abstract

本发明提供了一种大麻毛条染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)毛条染色:在室温下加入渗透促进剂,排气消泡渗透剂,运行10分钟,再20分钟定量加入染料,再根据染料浓度以10%、30%、60%的比例分三次加入元明粉,每次加完后运行15分钟,再升温到60℃,再15分钟定量加入第一步纯碱,再20‑60分钟定量加入第二步纯碱,并在60℃保温60分钟,再根据染料浓度保温15‑45分钟;2)皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,排水;3)再次皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟;4)室温下加入醋酸和纺织用油剂,运行10分钟,升温到40℃并保温20‑30min。本发明提供的一种大麻毛条染色工艺,改善其匀染性能,提高各项染色牢度,生态环保。

Description

一种大麻毛条染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及毛条制备领域,具体是指一种大麻毛条染色工艺。
背景技术
大麻纤维是各种纤维中最细软的一种,纤维顶端呈钝圆形,没有苎麻,亚麻那样尖锐的顶端,故成品特别柔软舒适。大麻纤维中心细长的空腔与纤维表面纵向分布着许多裂纹和小孔洞,形成优异的毛细效应,故排汗吸湿好。大麻纤维横截面为不规则三角形、六边形、扁圆、腰圆等,中腔与外形不一,其分子结构为多棱状,较松散,有螺旋纹。因此大麻纤维对音波、光波有良好的消散作用,无需特别整理可阻挡强紫外光的辐射。大麻是不良导体,是良好绝缘材料。由于大麻纤维吸湿性能特别好,因此能轻易避免静电积聚及摩擦引起放电和起球。大麻纤维耐热性能高。能在370℃而不变色,适合各类面料用。而且大麻纤维中空,含有氧气,使厌氧菌无法生存,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、白色球菌和石膏样毛癣菌、青霉曲霉等明显有杀灭作用,因此有良好的抗菌保健性能。因为大麻纤维具有上述各种优异性能,因此广泛用于服装、家纺、袜子等方面,一直受到人们的青睐。
现有技术:大麻纤维由纤维素大分子组成,分子中含有羟基等反应性基团,常用棉用活性染料进行染色,此时染料能与纤维中的羟基发生化学反应从而形成牢固的化学键。但是大麻纤维大分子链排列紧密,结晶度和取向度较高,纤维可及区较低,染料在纤维内部扩散速率较慢,因此其上染速率慢,得色量少,并且会存在“环染”等色花情况。同时棉用活性染料能与水发生反应,即发生“水解”,且水解反应速率与温度和pH值有关。温度越高,pH值越高,水解反应速率越高,因此在棉用活性染料发生固色反应的同时,有相当一部分染料会发生水解反应,发生水解后的染料不能再与纤维发生反应,从而形成“浮色”,粘附到纤维表面,导致染色后干湿摩等染色牢度较差,难以达到服用要求。
发明内容
以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种大麻毛条染色工艺,能够改善其匀染性能,提高各项染色牢度,生态环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种大麻毛条染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)毛条染色:在室温下加入渗透促进剂,排气消泡渗透剂,运行10分钟,再20分钟定量加入染料,再根据染料浓度以10%、30%、60%的比例分三次加入元明粉,每次加完后运行15分钟,再以0.5-1℃/分钟升温到60℃,再保温10分钟,再15分钟定量加入第一步纯碱,再20-60分钟定量加入第二步纯碱,并在60℃保温60分钟,再根据染料浓度保温15-45分钟,排水;
2)皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,排水;
3)再次皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,再溢流水洗5分钟,排水;
4)柔软后处理,室温下加入醋酸和纺织用油剂,运行10分钟,升温到40℃并保温20-30min。
作为改进,所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述排气消泡渗透剂为RUCOWET VH且其用量为1%;所述染料为REMAZOL/LEVAFIX棉用活性染料;所述元明粉用量为10-65g/L;所述第一步纯碱用量为2g/L;所述第二步纯碱用量为10g/L;所述皂洗剂为DEKOL SN-S且其用量为2mL/L。
作为改进,所述皂洗剂为DEKOL SN-S且其用量为2mL/L。
作为改进,所述醋酸用量为1mL/L,所述纺织用油剂为DELION TSC-200和DELIONTSC-505且其用量分别为0.3%和3%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明工艺步骤简单,该染色工艺能够改善其匀染性能,提高各项染色牢度,生态环保,能够很好的改善“环染”等色花情况及染色后干湿摩等染色牢度较差的情况。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例一
一种大麻毛条染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)毛条染色:在室温下加入渗透促进剂,排气消泡渗透剂,运行10分钟,再20分钟定量加入染料,再根据染料浓度以10%、30%、60%的比例分三次加入元明粉,每次加完后运行15分钟,再以0.5℃/分钟升温到60℃,再保温10分钟,再60分钟定量加入纯碱,并在60℃保温60分钟,再保温15分钟,排水,所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述排气消泡渗透剂为RUCOWET VH且其用量为1%;所述染料为REMAZOL/LEVAFIX棉用活性染料且其用量为0.034%;所述元明粉用量为10g/L;所述纯碱用量为3g/L;。
2)皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,排水,所述皂洗剂为DEKOL SN-S且其用量为2mL/L。
3)柔软后处理,室温下加入醋酸和纺织用油剂,运行10分钟,升温到40℃并保温20min,所述醋酸用量为1mL/L,所述纺织用油剂为DELION TSC-200和DELION TSC-505且其用量分别为0.3%和3%。
实施例二
一种大麻毛条染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)毛条染色:在室温下加入渗透促进剂,排气消泡渗透剂,运行10分钟,再20分钟定量加入染料,再根据染料浓度以10%、30%、60%的比例分三次加入元明粉,每次加完后运行15分钟,再以1℃/分钟升温到60℃,再保温10分钟,再15分钟定量加入第一步纯碱,再60分钟定量加入第二步纯碱,并在60℃保温60分钟,再保温30分钟,排水;
2)皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,排水;
3)再次皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,再溢流水洗5分钟,排水;
4)柔软后处理,室温下加入醋酸和纺织用油剂,运行10分钟,升温到40℃并保温30min。
所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述排气消泡渗透剂为RUCOWET VH且其用量为1%;所述染料为REMAZOL/LEVAFIX棉用活性染料且其用量为3.03%;所述元明粉用量为65g/L;所述第一步纯碱用量为2g/L;所述第二步纯碱用量为10g/L;所述皂洗剂为DEKOL SN-S且其用量为2mL/L。

2)皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,排水;
3)再次皂洗:在室温下加入皂洗剂,升温到98℃并保温20分钟,再溢流水洗5分钟,排水;
4)柔软后处理,室温下加入醋酸和纺织用油剂,运行10分钟,升温到40℃并保温20-30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻毛条染色工艺,其特征在于,所述渗透促进剂为ALBAFLOW FFW且其用量为0.5mL/L;所述排气消泡渗透剂为RUCOWET VH且其用量为1%;所述染料为REMAZOL/LEVAFIX棉用活性染料;所述元明粉用量为10-65g/L;所述第一步纯碱用量为2g/L;所述第二步纯碱用量为10g/L;所述皂洗剂为DEKOL SN-S且其用量为2mL/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻毛条染色工艺,其特征在于,所述皂洗剂为DEKOLSN-S且其用量为2mL/L。
