本发明涉及一种帐篷面料,特别涉及一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料及其加工工艺,属于面料技术领域。
背景技术
帐篷在国防、医疗救灾、科研等领域已得到广泛应用。在疫情及灾害发生时,医疗应急帐篷常用于大型救灾避难所、救灾人员指挥中心、现场应急医疗救治中心、临时兵营、救灾物资中转站等,其中分为有金属骨架支撑和无骨架充气帐篷,具有易拆装、易折叠、质量轻,方便携带的特点。但医疗应急帐篷生产企业采用面料品种杂乱,有普通帆布、牛津布、PE编织贴合布、聚酯纤维织物/PVC贴合布/涂层布等,执行标准缺乏统一,质量参差不齐。平时各国民政、红十字会和卫生疾控部门会储备一定量的医疗及应急救灾帐篷,在疫情和大型灾害发生时对医疗应急帐篷的需求会大量激增。在全球化背景下,符合不同国家和环境要求的高综合性能的医疗应急帐篷环保面料尚不能满足需求。
帐篷面料的加工工艺通常有三种:贴合法、涂贴法、涂层法。贴合法是将上下两层成型的PVC膜,通过加热,在热辊的压力下与中间的基布层贴合在一起的加工方法;涂贴法是将液态PVC浆料用辊筒或刮刀均匀地涂布于基布的正反两面,后通过烘干、贴膜再塑化成型的一种工艺方法;涂层法是将液态PVC浆料用刮刀均匀地涂布于基布的正反两面,烘干塑化使其完全结合成一个整体,冷却后成型的一种工艺方法。三种方法加工的制品外观相似,在帐篷生产企业均有应用,但在理化性能和耐久性方面贴合法、涂贴法弱于涂层法。
而现有的涂层法生产帐篷面料,由于配方结构不合理,功能性材料选择不科学。导致难以满足高撕裂、高剥离强度;耐久性、耐低温屈挠、耐光老化、阻燃、环保、抗菌、抗污染等高综合性能指标要求。不同程度存在涂层易剥离、低温脆化龟裂、抗老化性能差导致难以多次重复使用,以及易燃、选择材料不符合环保要求、无必须的抗菌和抗污染功能等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,该面料避免使用大量低分子量增塑剂,也不使用或降低耐寒增塑剂使用量的同时具有优异的耐磨、耐折、耐低温性能。
本发明还提供一种所述卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,该涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC糊树脂50-100份,共聚树脂0-50份,环保增塑剂40-80份,耐寒增塑剂0-30份,环保复合稳定剂2-4份,阻燃剂10-30份,防霉剂0-4份,光稳定剂0-5份,填料0-40份,粘合剂0-8份;共聚树脂为氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯/丙烯酸酯三元共聚树脂(PCA);其中,PVC糊树脂与共聚树脂两者重量之和为100份。
本发明选择卫生级环保有机高分子材料和无机功能性材料,以高强聚酯纤维织物作为基布,通过科学的配方设计和六层涂布加工,提供一种同时满足高撕裂、高剥离强度;耐久性强、耐低温屈挠、耐光老化、阻燃、环保、抗菌、抗污染等高综合性能指标要求的医疗应急救灾帐篷面料加工工艺。
PVC涂层帐篷面料通常因PVC需要使用大量低分子量增塑剂来降低其硬度,这样就出现了材料的弹性差、力学性能损失大、耐久性能差,其硬度对温度较敏感,冬天硬度较大、柔顺性较差、折叠脆裂现象多,并且由于涂层中低分子增塑剂用量较多,使得其易于迁移至表面,导致抗污染差、力学性能下降,影响使用效果。采用PVC与PCA共混使用,PCA的耐磨性、耐化学腐蚀性、耐油性、耐低温性,可以大大改善PVC帐篷面料的弹性、低温柔顺性、增塑剂耐迁移性、撕裂强度等,综合性能大幅提高。
与单独使用PVC糊树脂相比,由于PVC分子中嵌入了醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸酯,减弱了氯乙烯分子间极性,其加入的酯基提高了增塑剂对树脂的溶解速度,从而降低了加工温度,提高了塑化速度,一定程度提高了生产效率,且改善了制品性能。
耐寒增塑剂一般与PVC的相容性都不十分好,易析出、易迁移,实际上只能作为改善耐寒性的辅助增塑剂使用, PVC/PCA共混体系可不使用或降低耐寒增塑剂使用量,从而解决了耐寒增塑剂易析出、易迁移问题,提高了制品耐久性。本发明所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料在低温-20℃至-40℃仍可折叠。
本发明优选的环保增塑剂、环保复合稳定剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂,使该帐篷面料环保级别达到了6P环保标准,与儿童充气玩具面料标准相同,可与人体直接接触。本发明制得的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,阻燃性能符合国标GB/T5455(B1)标准、欧盟BS5438、美国NFPA-701标准要求;采用不同密度布基力学性能可控:抗拉强度2500-4000N/5cm、撕裂强度280-600N、剥离强度100-110N/5cm,均高于同类产品。
本发明优选的抗污染层,具有自洁性,可产生荷叶效应,其可以屏蔽增塑剂的析出并使灰尘等污染物难以粘附,且涂层特有的紫外线屏蔽功能也使该面料抗光老化性能进一步提高,从而也进一步提高了面料的耐久性,使用寿命大幅提高。
作为优选,环保增塑剂选自乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)、1,2-环己烷-二羧酸二异壬酯(UN899)或环氧硬脂酸辛酯中的一种或几种。
作为优选,耐寒增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯(DOA)、己二酸二异癸酯(DIDA)或壬二酸二辛酯(DOZ)中的一种或几种。
作为优选,环保复合稳定剂为钙/锌稳定剂(硬脂酸钙/硬脂酸锌)、稳定剂5718T(硬脂酸钡/硬脂酸锌/抗氧剂1010)。
作为优选,阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌或磷酸甲苯二苯酯(阻燃剂DPK)中的一种或几种;防霉剂为JYK ABF-248、正-丁基-1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(BBIT)中的一种或几种。
作为优选,光稳定剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯酮(UV531)、BHT、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或几种。
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,该织物面料是由聚酯纤维织物表面涂布权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物制成。
一种所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工工艺,该工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤一,制备PVC/PCA浆料:按配方量将卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物的原料加入搅拌装置,搅拌温度控制在10-40℃,搅拌转速控制在10-1500转/分钟,搅拌均匀后静置均化12-24小时待用;
步骤二,功能性涂层涂布: 将PVC/PCA浆料采用刮刀均匀地涂布于聚酯纤维织物上,经烘干、塑化、冷却成型;
烘干塑化温度160-220℃,涂刮速度10-30米/分钟;
步骤三,抗污染层涂布:通过滚涂工艺在塑化完成的涂层表面涂布至少一层抗污染层,温度150-220℃,滚涂速度10-30米/分钟,涂层厚度0.01-0.1mm。
作为优选,功能性涂层涂布中,PVC/PCA浆料在聚酯纤维织物上正反两面各涂布两层;抗污染层涂布中,在塑化完成的涂层正反两面各涂布一层抗污染层。
作为优选,抗污染层为PVDF/亚克力复合涂层或可喷绘的亚克力涂层。正反表面抗污染层采用具有自洁性和可喷绘的高分子材料涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明针对现有同类产品性能状况及现有工艺装备条件,优选国内外功能性原材料,进行了创新性配方设计,建立了PVC/PCA树脂共混体系,采用六层涂布工艺,有效解决了现有同类产品存在的问题,满足了医疗应急帐篷面料在高撕裂、高剥离强度;耐久性、耐低温屈挠、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐光老化、阻燃、环保、抗菌防霉、抗污染等高综合性能指标要求。
本发明具有广泛的适用性,符合国内外相关标准,不仅适用于各国民政卫生系统医疗应急救灾帐篷、医用床垫、地垫、卫生软帘隔断,还适用于国防、科技勘探帐篷、展会临时棚帐、食品车船卫生篷布、儿童充气游乐设施、充气游泳池等面料,具有广泛的社会价值。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的试剂,如无特殊说明,可以从常规生化试剂商店购买得到。
PCA共聚树脂,购自安徽天辰化工股份有限公司,厂家型号:PCA,用于代称氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯/丙烯酸酯三元共聚树脂;
PVDF/亚克力树脂购自,斯塔尔精细涂料(苏州)有限公司,型号77203;宁波德凯乐华涂层科技有限公司,型号3483 、7016 、93044。
实施例1
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,是由聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物制成。聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,从而在聚酯纤维织物表面形成PVC/PCA功能性涂层。该PVC/PCA功能性涂层外还设有采用PVDF/亚克力树脂浆料涂布得到的抗污染层。
其中,卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料混合而成:
PVC糊树脂50份,
PCA共聚树脂50份,
1,2-环己烷-二羧酸二异壬酯(环保增塑剂)50份,
5718T(环保复合稳定剂) 3份,
三氧化二锑(阻燃剂)15份,
抗菌防霉剂JYK ABF-2483份,
2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯酮(光稳定剂)2份,
填料10份,
粘合剂1份。
上述卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工方法,工艺流程图参见图1,具体步骤是:
1、制备PVC/PCA浆料:将上述原料按照重量份配比加入搅拌装置混合,搅拌温度控制在30℃以下,搅拌转速控制在1400-1500转/分钟,搅拌均匀后静置,得到混合后的PVC/PCA浆料;
2、 将PVC/PCA浆料采用刮刀均匀地涂布于聚酯纤维织物上,经烘干、塑化、冷却成型,烘干塑化温度控制在160-175℃范围内,涂刮速度30米/分钟;
PVC/PCA浆料在聚酯纤维织物上正反两面各涂布两层;
3、在已塑化完成的涂层正反两面各涂布一层PVDF/亚克力树脂涂层,烘干完成。温度180℃,滚涂速度30米/分钟,涂层厚度0.01-0.3mm。
实施例2
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,是由聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物制成。聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,从而在聚酯纤维织物表面形成PVC/PCA功能性涂层。该PVC/PCA功能性涂层外还设有采用采用聚偏氟乙烯/亚克力(PVDF/亚克力)树脂浆料涂布得到的抗污染层。
其中,卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料混合而成:
PVC糊树脂70份,
PCA共聚树脂30份,
乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)(环保增塑剂)40份,
环保复合稳定剂:硬脂酸钙1.5份,硬脂酸锌1.5份,
DPK (阻燃剂)10份 ,氢氧化铝(阻燃剂)20份,
正-丁基-1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(防霉剂)3.5份,
2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯酮(光稳定剂)2份,
粘合剂2份。
上述卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工方法,具体步骤是:
1、制备PVC/PCA浆料:将上述原料按照重量份配比加入搅拌装置混合,搅拌温度控制在20℃左右,搅拌转速控制在1300转/分钟,搅拌均匀后静置,得到混合后的PVC/PCA浆料;
2、 将PVC/PCA浆料采用刮刀均匀地涂布于聚酯纤维织物上,经烘干、塑化、冷却成型,烘干塑化温度控制在160-185℃范围内,涂刮速度25米/分钟;
PVC/PCA浆料在聚酯纤维织物上正反两面各涂布两层;
3、在已塑化完成的涂层正反两面各涂布一层PVDF/亚克力树脂涂层,烘干完成。温度190℃,滚涂速度25米/分钟,涂层厚度0.01-0.1mm。
实施例3
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,是由聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物制成。聚酯纤维织物表面涂布所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,从而在聚酯纤维织物表面形成PVC/PCA功能性涂层。该PVC/PCA功能性涂层外还设有采用采用亚克力树脂浆料涂布得到的抗污染层。
其中,卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料混合而成:
PVC糊树脂90份,
PCA共聚树脂10份,
1,2-环己烷-二羧酸二异壬酯(UN899)(环保增塑剂)50份,
5718T(环保复合稳定剂):4份,
复合阻燃剂30份(硼酸锌4份,DPK10份、三氧化二锑5份、氢氧化镁11份),
正-丁基-1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(防霉剂)3.5份,
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(光稳定剂)2份,
粘合剂6份。
上述卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工方法,具体步骤是:
1、制备PVC/PCA浆料:将上述原料按照重量份配比加入搅拌装置混合,搅拌温度控制在10℃左右,搅拌转速控制在1350转/分钟,搅拌均匀后静置,得到混合后的PVC/PCA浆料;
2、 将PVC/PCA浆料采用刮刀均匀地涂布于聚酯纤维织物上,经烘干、塑化、冷却成型,烘干塑化温度200℃,涂刮速度20米/分钟;
PVC/PCA浆料在聚酯纤维织物上正反两面各涂布两层;
3、在已塑化完成的涂层正反两面各涂布一层可以喷绘的亚克力树脂涂层,烘干完成。温度180℃,滚涂速度20米/分钟,涂层厚度0.01-0.2mm。
实施例4
一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,该面料的加工工艺具体同实施例1,不同之处是:在配方中添加适量的颜料和糊粘度调节剂,使其功能性涂层具有特殊颜色或图案。抗污染层涂布后,对其进行分卷检验:根据客户要求,按不同长度规格分卷包装,标识入库。
试验例1
根据实施例1所述方法制备无基布的PVC/PCA复合涂层, PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料混合而成:
PVC糊树脂和PCA共聚树脂两者之和为100份,
1,2-环己烷-二羧酸二异壬酯(环保增塑剂UN899)50份,
5718T(环保复合稳定剂) 3份,
三氧化二锑(阻燃剂)15份,
抗菌防霉剂JYK ABF-2483份,
2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯酮(光稳定剂)2份,
填料10份,
粘合剂1份。
为测试本发明所述PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物的各种性能,并考察不同PCA质量%对涂层性能的影响,分别选择PCA质量%为0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%时制得的PVC/PCA复合涂层进行性能测试,结果见图2-5。抗拉强度测试采用的方法是:抗拉强度测试国家标准 GB/T3923.1。
图2、图3是在无基布状态下,PVC、PVC/PCA涂层的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率测试结果。零点为单一PVC树脂涂层抗拉强度值,在PCA加入并形成PVC/PCA共混体系后,伴随PCA质量%的增加,在10-20%时抗拉强度最高,此后略有降低,不会影响帐篷面料的抗拉强度;随着PCA质量%的增加至40%-50%,断裂伸长率大幅提高,说明PCA增韧效果显著,给产品带来很好的柔韧性,耐磨、耐折、耐低温性能得到很大改善。
图4显示在不使用耐寒增塑剂的情况下,PVC/PCA共混涂层在-20至-40℃低温区间仍可保持使用功能。图4中,零点为单一PVC涂层的耐寒情况,说明涂层只能在-10℃以内使用,PVC/PCA共混体系随着PCA比例的增加,涂层低温性能表现良好,在-20至-40℃区间使用功能仍可保持。
图5显示,零点为单一PVC树脂涂层,可以看出塑化温度达到205 ℃,PVC/PCA共混体系中PCA比例增加,塑化温度明显下降,意味着更加节能和生产效率的提高。
以上对本发明所提供的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料及其加工工艺进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于该涂层组合物是由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC糊树脂50-100份,共聚树脂0-50份,环保增塑剂40-80份,耐寒增塑剂0-30份,环保复合稳定剂2-4份,阻燃剂10-30份,防霉剂0-4份,光稳定剂0-5份,填料0-40份,粘合剂0-8份;
共聚树脂为氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯/丙烯酸酯三元共聚树脂(PCA);
其中,PVC糊树脂与共聚树脂两者重量之和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于:环保增塑剂选自乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(环保增塑剂ATBC)、1,2-环己烷-二羧酸二异壬酯(环保增塑剂UN899)或环氧硬脂酸辛酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于:耐寒增塑剂为己二酸二辛酯(DOA)、己二酸二异癸酯(DIDA)或壬二酸二辛酯(DOZ)中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于:环保复合稳定剂为钙/锌稳定剂、稳定剂5718T。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于:阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌或磷酸甲苯二苯酯中的一种或几种;防霉剂为JYKABF-248、正-丁基-1, 2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮(BBIT)中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物,其特征在于:光稳定剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯酮(UV531)、BHT、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或几种。
7.一种卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料,其特征在于:该织物面料是由聚酯纤维织物表面涂布权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物制成。
8.一种权利要求1所述的卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层织物面料的加工工艺,其特征在于该工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤一,制备PVC/PCA浆料:按配方量将卫生帐篷PVC/PCA复合涂层组合物的原料加入搅拌装置,搅拌温度控制在10-40℃,搅拌转速控制在10-1500转/分钟,搅拌均匀后静置均化12-24小时待用;
步骤二,功能性涂层涂布: 将PVC/PCA浆料采用刮刀均匀地涂布于聚酯纤维织物上,经烘干、塑化、冷却成型;
烘干塑化温度160-220℃,涂刮速度10-30米/分钟;
步骤三,抗污染层涂布:通过滚涂工艺在塑化完成的涂层表面涂布至少一层抗污染层,温度150-220℃,滚涂速度10-30米/分钟,涂层厚度0.01-0.1mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的加工工艺,其特征在于:功能性涂层涂布中,PVC/PCA浆料在聚酯纤维织物上正反两面各涂布两层;抗污染层涂布中,在塑化完成的涂层正反两面各涂布一层抗污染层。
10.根据权利要求8所述的加工工艺,其特征在于:抗污染层为PVDF/亚克力复合涂层或可喷绘的亚克力涂层。
