本发明涉及复合帐篷布领域,具体是指一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料。
背景技术
帐篷是撑在地上遮蔽风雨﹑日光并供临时居住的棚子。多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移。帐篷是以部件的方式携带,到达现场后才加以组装,所以,需要各种部件和工具。了解各个部件的名称和使用方法,熟悉帐篷的构造,才能快速、方便地搭起帐篷。
随着PVC涂层工艺材料被广泛运用建筑膜结构、帐篷篷房、卷帘门、防护罩和卡车蓬盖等领域,其良好的防水性能也被用于帐篷布材料之中,随着对防疫帐篷需求剧增。用于防疫检测的需求,要求帐篷材料便于折叠收纳、安全坚固、耐折叠等特点。同时,由于医护人员需要长时间呆在防疫帐篷里面,要求防疫帐篷具有良好的防霉抗菌性能以及使用材料达到低气味甚至无味的指标。鉴于以上,我们提出一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料来解决上述问题。因此,亟待研究一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料来解决上述提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种材料结实耐用,具有防霉抗菌的功能,气味低使用效果好的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,包括中心网层,所述中心网层两侧分别设有PVC层,两侧PVC层外侧均设有表面处理层,所述中心网层包括经线和纬线,所述经线和纬线相互交错叠压设置;
所述PVC层由各组分按重量份数的PVC糊树脂65-80份、填充剂20-50份、增塑剂40-70份、稳定剂2-4份、防霉剂0.5-1.5份、无卤阻燃剂5-9份、交联剂2-6份组成;
所述表面处理层由各组分按重量份数的PVC树脂粉95-105份、柠檬酸三丁酯62-68份、碳酸钙45-52份、发泡剂2-5份、钛白粉10-24份、防霉剂2.5-4份、降粘剂8-12份、稳定剂1-6份。
进一步的,所述经线和纬线为达到强度标准的高强度聚酯纤维捻制。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为钡锌或亚磷酸钙锌复合物或二盐基亚磷酸铅;所述PVC层还包括抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂为为受阻酚类抗氧剂和/或受阻胺类抗氧剂。
进一步的,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二壬酯或邻苯二甲酸二癸酯或己二酸二辛酯。
进一步的,所述防酶剂为五氯苯酚或双氧化物。
进一步的,所述PVC层塑形工艺包括以下步骤:
1)首先将PVC层由各组分混合涂层剂,把混合涂层剂中加入适量的交联剂,然后,塑化温度在180-220℃将其涂覆在中心网层上;
2)放卷、涂覆:把准备好的中心网层在放卷机安装好,并牵引其先后通过涂布辊,经过涂布辊后中心网两侧均匀涂覆有PVC层,接着通过烘箱,最后在收卷机固定,所述烘箱设有三个,呈温度递增设置,最高温度为160℃;
3)表面处理层涂覆:柠檬酸三丁酯和发泡剂加入到分散桶内,搅拌均匀后依次加入钛白粉搅拌5分钟,加入稳定剂搅拌1分钟,再依次加入PVC树脂粉、碳酸钙、降粘剂,加速搅拌25~30分钟,分散均匀后,研磨过滤,得到表面处理层涂层糊;调整好辊轮间隙,把速度调节在5~35M/Min,将步骤2中的半成品再次经过表面处理层涂层糊涂布辊涂布、烘干,烘箱温度控制在50-75度;
4)收卷:收卷压力控制在5-20Kg之间;
5)固化:收卷得到涂布后的PVC涂层帐篷材料,室温下熟化5-7天,即得产品。

所述经线和纬线为达到强度标准的高强度聚酯纤维捻制。所述稳定剂为钡锌或亚磷酸钙锌复合物或二盐基亚磷酸铅。所述PVC层还包括抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂为为受阻酚类抗氧剂和/或受阻胺类抗氧剂,经多次试验证明,采用受阻酚类抗氧剂和受阻胺类抗氧剂两种抗氧剂复配,能明显降低PVC材料气味,它显著阻止了PVC等高分子材料在加工过程中的氧化老化,从而减少挥发物的产生,有效降低PVC材料的气味,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二壬酯或邻苯二甲酸二癸酯或己二酸二辛酯;采用上述种类的增塑剂时,在增塑剂添加量较大的软质PVC材料中能有效降低气味。所述防酶剂为五氯苯酚或双氧化物。

所述表面处理层由各组分按重量份数的PVC树脂粉95-105份、柠檬酸三丁酯68份、碳酸钙52份、发泡剂5份、钛白粉24份、防霉剂4份、降粘剂12份、稳定剂6份。
实施例三:
一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,包括中心网层,所述中心网层两侧分别设有PVC层,两侧PVC层外侧均设有表面处理层,所述中心网层包括经线和纬线,所述经线和纬线相互交错叠压设置;
所述PVC层由各组分按重量份数的PVC糊树脂73份、填充剂35份、增塑剂55份、稳定剂6份、防霉剂4份、无卤阻燃剂7份、交联剂5份组成;
所述表面处理层由各组分按重量份数的PVC树脂粉100份、柠檬酸三丁酯66份、碳酸钙48份、发泡剂4份、钛白粉17份、防霉剂3份、降粘剂10份、稳定剂4份。

Claims (6)

1.一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,包括中心网层,所述中心网层两侧分别设有PVC层,两侧PVC层外侧均设有表面处理层,所述中心网层包括经线和纬线,所述经线和纬线相互交错叠压设置;
所述PVC层由各组分按重量份数的PVC糊树脂65-80份、填充剂20-50份、增塑剂40-70份、稳定剂2-4份、防霉剂0.5-1.5份、无卤阻燃剂5-9份、交联剂2-6份组成;
所述表面处理层由各组分按重量份数的PVC树脂粉95-105份、柠檬酸三丁酯62-68份、碳酸钙45-52份、发泡剂2-5份、钛白粉10-24份、防霉剂2.5-4份、降粘剂8-12份、稳定剂1-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,所述经线和纬线为达到强度标准的高强度聚酯纤维捻制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钡锌或亚磷酸钙锌复合物或二盐基亚磷酸铅;所述PVC层还包括抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂为为受阻酚类抗氧剂和/或受阻胺类抗氧剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二酯或邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二壬酯或邻苯二甲酸二癸酯或己二酸二辛酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,所述防酶剂为五氯苯酚或双氧化物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉抗菌、低气味PVC涂层帐篷材料,其特征在于,所述PVC层塑形工艺包括以下步骤:
1)首先将PVC层由各组分混合涂层剂,把混合涂层剂中加入适量的交联剂,然后,塑化温度在180-220℃将其涂覆在中心网层上;
2)放卷、涂覆:把准备好的中心网层在放卷机安装好,并牵引其先后通过涂布辊,经过涂布辊后中心网两侧均匀涂覆有PVC层,接着通过烘箱,最后在收卷机固定,所述烘箱设有三个,呈温度递增设置,最高温度为160℃;
3)表面处理层涂覆:柠檬酸三丁酯和发泡剂加入到分散桶内,搅拌均匀后依次加入钛白粉搅拌5分钟,加入稳定剂搅拌1分钟,再依次加入PVC树脂粉、碳酸钙、降粘剂,加速搅拌25~30分钟,分散均匀后,研磨过滤,得到表面处理层涂层糊;调整好辊轮间隙,把速度调节在5~35M/Min,将步骤2中的半成品再次经过表面处理层涂层糊涂布辊涂布、烘干,烘箱温度控制在50-75度;
4)收卷:收卷压力控制在5-20Kg之间;
5)固化:收卷得到涂布后的PVC涂层帐篷材料,室温下熟化5-7天,即得产品。
