背景技术
低速老爷车主要为旅游景区、公园、大型游乐场、封闭小区、校园、花园式酒店、度假村、别墅区、城市步行街、机场、港口、码头等开发的乘用车辆。该类车型具有外观设计新颖、古典和现代相结合、内饰豪华精致的特点。传统的低速老爷车前悬架有的采用螺旋弹簧悬架,该类悬架会使主销内倾角和车轮外倾角发生较大的变化,对于转向操纵有一定影响,当悬架变形会使前轮距变化;有的采用钢板弹簧非独立悬架,但舒适性不高;有的采用双横臂式独立悬架,结构复杂且成本高。市场既需要提高该类车的驾乘舒适性,又需要提高该类车的性价比,传统低速老爷车的底盘已不能适应市场和客户需求,想要满足市场需求,其关键因素之一为底盘前悬架的设计。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种配置麦弗逊式独立前悬架的低速老爷车。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种配置麦弗逊式独立前悬架的低速老爷车包括车辆基本结构中的动力驱动系统、车身、电器系统、底盘、轮胎,底盘包括转向系、制动系、传动系、车架、车桥、车轮,悬架由前悬架和后悬架组成,前悬架采用麦弗逊式独立前悬架。
在本发明所述的配置麦弗逊式独立前悬架的低速老爷车中,所述麦弗逊式独立前悬架由螺旋弹簧、减震器、三角形下摆臂组成,组成中无横向稳定杆。
在本发明所述的配置麦弗逊式独立前悬架的低速老爷车中,所述轮胎采用柔性倒角技术轮胎。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:保证了低速老爷车驾乘舒适性和操控稳定性,降低了车辆价格,优化了两前轮间的空间,制造工艺简单,采购方便,便于批量生产。
