Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐压垫及其加工工艺,包括芳纶层、第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层和涂层,所述芳纶层的两侧均设有第一粘合层,所述第一粘合层的外侧设有耐高温层,所述耐高温层的外侧设有第二粘合层,所述第二粘合层的外侧设有涂层,所述第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层与涂层根据芳纶层对称设立;该耐压垫及其加工工艺具有良好的耐高温、耐高压特性,且整体结构对称设立,性能稳定。

一种耐压垫及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及电路板印刷压合缓冲技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐压垫及其加工工艺。
背景技术
在传统制造印刷电路板的过程中,压合作业时必须在基板压合面放置牛皮纸或者硅胶垫作为缓冲材料,然而在国家大力倡导节能减排的时代背景下,牛皮纸制造行业已经被逐渐边缘化,同时牛皮纸在印刷电路板压合作业的过程中容易掉落碎屑,而且牛皮纸与硅胶垫的耐热性、高耐压性、高弹性有限,需要经常更换,不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题而提供一种具有良好的耐高压、耐高温特性,且整体结构对称设立,性能稳定的耐压垫及其加工工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种耐压垫,包括芳纶层、第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层和涂层,所述芳纶层的两侧均设有第一粘合层,所述第一粘合层的外侧设有耐高温层,所述耐高温层的外侧设有第二粘合层,所述第二粘合层的外侧设有涂层,所述第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层与涂层根据芳纶层对称设立。
加工工艺为:
步骤一、制胶:制备所述第一粘合层与第二粘合层。
步骤二、浸胶:所述芳纶层上下两面、耐高温层与芳纶层相邻的一面浸渍第一粘合层,所述耐高温层与涂层的粘合面浸渍第二胶层。
步骤三、分切:利用分切机将耐压垫根据实际需要情况切割成大小一致的形状。
步骤四、层压:所述芳纶层的上方与下方依次为第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层与涂层,将多层层状结构压至一体。
步骤五、修边:去除层压工艺后耐压垫边缘溢料或毛刺。
步骤六、打标:将耐压垫表面打标属性、尺寸与型号。
步骤七、成型包装:成型、包装,形成成品耐压垫。
进一步的,所述步骤一中制胶还包括擦胶、压延与硫化。
进一步的,所述擦胶与压延通过相对旋转、水平设置的两辊筒之间的辊隙挤压,使多余胶料挤出并起到压延贴合作用。
进一步的,所述芳纶层、耐高温层与涂层分别为凯夫拉纤维层、耐热玻纤层与纳米陶瓷涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明公开的一种耐压垫及其加工工艺的有益效果在于:耐压垫内第一粘合层、耐高温层、第二粘合层与涂层根据芳纶层对称设立,芳纶层与耐高温层(耐热玻纤层)均具有良好的耐压耐高温性能,且两端面的涂层也能够有效起到防腐耐高温作用,整体结构紧固性能稳定。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。需要说明的是,本文所使用的术语“内”、“外”、“设有”是依据附图的位置关系进行描述,该表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
请参照图1,一种耐压垫包括芳纶层1、第一粘合层2、耐高温层3、第二粘合层4和涂层5。
其中芳纶层1的两侧均设有第一粘合层2,所述第一粘合层2的外侧设有耐高温层3,所述耐高温层3的外侧设有第二粘合层4,所述第二粘合层4的外侧设有涂层5。
所述第一粘合层2、耐高温层3、第二粘合层4与涂层5根据芳纶层1对称设立,所述第一粘合层2为胶黏层,所述耐高温层3选用耐热玻纤层,所述第二粘合层4选用纳米粘合剂层,所述涂层5选用为纳米陶瓷涂层。
实施例中,所述芳纶层1选用凯夫拉纤维层,所述耐高温层3选用耐热玻纤层,其中凯拉夫纤维层与耐热玻纤层均具备强度高、韧性好、耐高温特性。
实施例中,所述第二粘合层4选用纳米粘合剂层,能起到耐高温的作用。
实施例中,所述涂层5选用为纳米陶瓷涂层,能起到耐高温、防腐作用,具有表面光滑,强度高的性能。
请参阅图2,一种耐压垫的加工工艺:
包括步骤一:制胶:制备所述第二粘合层4;将乳化剂与蒸馏水搅拌均匀升温至82~85℃后加入引发剂与软和硬单体,然后再补加引发剂,静置并降温至60~80℃,再次加入蒸馏水并升温至83~87℃,再次补加引发剂,冷却过滤后出料。
其中第一粘合层2为胶粘结层。
步骤二、浸胶:所述芳纶层1浸胶,通过浸胶液槽,使芳纶层浸上第一粘合层2,使芳纶层1与耐高温层3粘结,所述耐高温层3的外侧通过浸胶液槽浸渍第二粘合层4,所述第二粘结层4的外侧喷涂纳米陶瓷涂层。
进一步的,所述步骤一中制胶还包括擦胶、压延与硫化。
其中擦胶是通过压延机辊筒线速比的剪切力和压力,使胶料挤入织物缝隙中,擦胶能把胶料填充于织物的空隙中,可使织物与胶料有更高的结构强度和耐屈挠性;加热过的混炼胶,通过相对旋转、水平设置的两辊筒之间的辊隙,压延耐压垫;硫化在一定的温度、压力条件下,使线型大分子转变为三维网状结构的过程使连接更为紧密稳定。
步骤三、分切:利用分切机将耐压垫根据实际需要情况切割成大小一致的形状。
步骤四、层压:所述芳纶层1的上方与下方依次为第一粘合层2、耐高温层3、第二粘合层4与涂层5,将多层层状结构压至一体,再经两根水平辊筒挤压,去除内部气泡或空气。
步骤五、修边:去除层压工艺后耐压垫边缘溢料或毛刺。
步骤六、打标:将耐压垫表面打标属性、尺寸与型号。
步骤七、成型包装:成型、包装,形成成品耐压垫。
该耐压垫中间层为芳纶层1,芳纶层1与耐高温层3之间为第一粘合层2,耐高温层3的外层为第二粘结层4,所述第二粘结层4置于耐高温层3与涂层5之间;通过上述工艺加工而成的耐压垫外表面光滑,强度高,具有较强的耐压性能,且内部双层耐高温层3也能起到良好的耐高温作用,性能稳定。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐压垫,其特征在于:包括芳纶层(1)、第一粘合层(2)、耐高温层(3)、第二粘合层(4)和涂层(5),所述芳纶层(1)的两侧均设有第一粘合层(2),所述第一粘合层(2)的外侧设有耐高温层(3),所述耐高温层(3)的外侧设有第二粘合层(4),所述第二粘合层(4)的外侧设有涂层(5),所述第一粘合层(2)、耐高温层(3)、第二粘合层(4)与涂层(5)根据芳纶层(1)对称设立。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:
步骤一、制胶:制备所述第一粘合层(2)与第二粘合层(4)。
步骤二、浸胶:所述芳纶层(1)上下两面、耐高温层(3)与芳纶层(1)相邻的一面浸渍第一粘合层(2),所述耐高温层(3)与涂层(5)的粘合面浸渍第二胶层(4)。
步骤三、分切:利用分切机将耐压垫根据实际需要情况切割成大小一致的形状。
步骤四、层压:所述芳纶层(1)的上方与下方依次为第一粘合层(2)、耐高温层(3)、第二粘合层(4)与涂层(5),将多层层状结构压至一体。
步骤五、修边:去除层压工艺后耐压垫边缘溢料或毛刺。
步骤六、打标:将耐压垫表面打标属性、尺寸与型号。
步骤七、成型包装:成型、包装,形成成品耐压垫。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐压垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中制胶还包括擦胶、压延与硫化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐压垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述擦胶与压延通过相对旋转、水平设置的两辊筒之间的辊隙挤压,使多余胶料挤出并起到压延贴合作用。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种耐压垫的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述芳纶层(1)、耐高温层(3)与涂层(5)分别为凯夫拉纤维层、耐热玻纤层与纳米陶瓷涂层。
