Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,具体地说是一种用于四层纸板生产过程中瓦楞纸芯的成型复合装置,属于包装机械技术领域。其主要采用在墙板上设置下瓦楞主辊、下瓦楞副辊滑块、上瓦楞总成与上胶总成,其中,在下瓦楞副辊滑块上设置下瓦楞副辊;在上瓦楞总成上设置上瓦楞主辊与上瓦楞副辊滑块,在上瓦楞副辊滑块上设置上瓦楞副辊;在上胶总成上设置上胶辊与匀胶辊滑块,在匀胶辊滑块上设置匀胶辊。本实用新型具有集成型、复合于一体;能节约原纸;双瓦楞芯支撑充分,保证了四层瓦楞纸板的厚度与强度,所成型的纸箱抗震能力更好;纸芯的复合成型在常温下进行,不用加热,节约能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,具体地说是一种用于四层纸板生产过程中瓦楞纸芯的成型复合装置,属于包装机械技术领域。
背景技术
市场上出现的五层瓦楞纸板,其结构为:面纸+瓦楞+纸芯+瓦楞+底纸,这种结构的纸板用纸量比较大,为了节约用纸,现有技术中将五层的纸板结构改进成四层,其结构形式为:面纸+瓦楞+瓦楞+底纸,以代替五层瓦楞纸板。但是四层瓦楞纸板耗纸量减少的同时带来了另一个问题:四层纸板的生产装置均为加热型的,能源消耗量较大,生产成本并没有因为耗纸量的减少而降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,从而提供一种集成型与复合为一体的四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,以降低能耗,节约成本。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型主要采用在墙板上分别设置下瓦楞主辊、下瓦楞副辊滑块、上瓦楞总成与上胶总成;在下瓦楞副辊滑块上设置下瓦楞副辊;在上瓦楞总成上设置上瓦楞主辊与上瓦楞副辊滑块,在上瓦楞副辊滑块上设置上瓦楞副辊;在上胶总成上设置上胶辊与匀胶辊滑块,在匀胶辊滑块上设置匀胶辊。
所述的上瓦楞主辊与下瓦楞主辊的外表面沿轴向齿条的齿尖为顶对顶啮合。
所述的上瓦楞副辊设置在上瓦楞主辊的外周并与之啮合。
所述的下瓦楞副辊设置在下瓦楞主辊的外周并与之啮合。
所述的上胶辊设置在下瓦楞主辊的外周并与之紧贴。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、集成型与复合为一体。2、由五层纸改进为四层纸,节约原纸。3、复合过程中对上、下瓦楞主辊进行吸气,使成型的瓦楞紧贴在上、下瓦楞主辊上,双瓦楞芯充分支撑,保证四层瓦楞纸板的厚度与强度,所成型的纸箱抗震能力更好。4、纸芯的复合成型在常温下进行,不用加热,能达到节约能源的目的。

具体实施方式
下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本实用新型主要采用在墙板1上分别设置下瓦楞主辊2、下瓦楞副辊滑块14、上瓦楞总成5与上胶总成10;在下瓦楞副辊滑块14上设置下瓦楞副辊13;在上瓦楞总成5上设置上瓦楞主辊3与上瓦楞副辊滑块7,在上瓦楞副辊滑块7上设置上瓦楞副辊6;在上胶总成10上设置上胶辊9与匀胶辊滑块12,在匀胶辊滑块12上设置匀胶辊11。
所述的上瓦楞主辊3与下瓦楞主辊2的外表面沿轴向齿条的齿尖为顶对顶啮合。
所述的上瓦楞副辊6设置在上瓦楞主辊3的外周并与之啮合。
所述的下瓦楞副辊13设置在下瓦楞主辊2的外周并与之啮合。
所述的上胶辊9设置在下瓦楞主辊2的外周并与之紧贴。
将瓦楞原纸8送入相啮合的上瓦楞主辊3与上瓦楞副辊6之间成型,同时,将另一瓦楞原纸15先送入相啮合的下瓦楞主辊2与下瓦楞副辊13之间成型,然后下瓦楞主辊2再将成型后的瓦楞原纸15带动经过上胶辊9进行施胶,最后再带动成型上胶的原纸15到上瓦楞主辊3与下瓦楞主辊2之间,使已成型上胶的瓦楞原纸15与已成型的瓦楞原纸8进行复合,得到瓦楞纸芯4,从而完成四层纸板瓦楞纸芯4的整个成型复合过程。
在复合过程中对上瓦楞主辊3与下瓦楞主辊2进行吸气,使成型的瓦楞纸芯4紧贴在上瓦楞主辊3与下瓦楞主辊2上,从而制得的四层纸板瓦楞纸芯4能充分支撑,保证强度。

1. 一种四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,包括墙板(1)、上瓦楞主辊(3)、下瓦楞主辊(2),其特征是:在墙板(1)上分别设置下瓦楞主辊(2)、下瓦楞副辊滑块(14)、上瓦楞总成(5)与上胶总成(10);在下瓦楞副辊滑块(14)上设置下瓦楞副辊(13);在上瓦楞总成(5)上设置上瓦楞主辊(3)与上瓦楞副辊滑块(7),在上瓦楞副辊滑块(7)上设置上瓦楞副辊(6);在上胶总成(10)上设置上胶辊(9)与匀胶辊滑块(12),在匀胶辊滑块(12)上设置匀胶辊(11)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的四层纸板瓦楞纸芯成型复合装置,其特征在于所述的上瓦楞主辊(3)与下瓦楞主辊(2)的外表面沿轴向齿条的齿尖为顶对顶啮合。
