Abstract

一种连续模浮板斜楔机构,用于模具制造技术领域。滑座通过等高螺丝和弹簧与下模板连接,滑块装在滑座内,与滑座滑动配合,复位弹簧装在滑块内,挡板通过螺丝与滑座连接;插刀通过螺丝锁紧在下模板的固定槽内,料带在滑块上沿送料方向运动;上模板在下行过程中带动滑座与滑块下行,滑块与插刀接触,并被插刀推动后,滑块与料带脱离,上模板、滑块继续下行至下死点过程中,料带被冲裁切开,料带的废料部分自由下落并落入下模板的落料孔里。本发明既能满足产品料带在浮升一定高度的浮板上送料,又能在料带被冲裁切断成废料后,顺利下落排出模具外,结构简单,且为一个独立机构,可有效保证连续模送料的稳定性和送料精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具制造技术领域,具体是一种用于冲压连续模模具的浮板斜楔机构。
背景技术
现有技术中,在对汽车产品零件的冲压连续模具设计制造时,会遇到产品的料带,既要在浮升一定高度的浮板上送料,又要被冲裁成废料,当废料下落时与浮板干涉,不能顺利排出模具。通常情况是将浮板缩短,避开干涉,这样易造成料带在送料时支撑过少,影响送料稳定性和送料精度。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种连续模浮板斜楔机构,以满足产品料带既能在浮板上浮动送料,又能在冲裁切断成废料后,顺利下落排出模具外。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的滑座通过等高螺丝和弹簧与下模板连接,滑块装在滑座内,与滑座滑动配合,复位弹簧装在滑块内,挡板通过螺丝与滑座连接;插刀通过螺丝锁紧在下模板的固定槽内,料带在滑块上沿送料方向运动;上模板在下行过程中带动滑座与滑块下行,滑块与插刀接触,并被插刀推动后,滑块与料带脱离。
所述滑座内带有用于滑块在其内滑动的滑道和用于滑块的限位挂台限位的限位槽,以及用于插刀插入滑座内的过孔。
所述滑块内设有用于复位弹簧安装的盲孔,滑块的端部上端设有限位挂台,滑块内还设有与插刀的驱动斜面二接触的驱动斜面一,以及用于插刀插入滑块内的过孔。
所述下模板内设有落料孔。
所述插刀的上部设有与滑块的驱动斜面一接触的驱动斜面二。
本发明与现有技术相比,既能满足产品料带在浮升一定高度的浮板上送料,又能在料带被冲裁切断成废料后,顺利下落排出模具外,结构简单,且为一个独立机构,可有效保证连续模送料的稳定性和送料精度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明的滑座1通过等高螺丝和弹簧与下模板6连接,滑块2装在滑座1内,与滑座1滑动配合,复位弹簧3装在滑块1内,挡板4通过螺丝与滑座1连接;插刀5通过螺丝锁紧在下模板6的固定槽内,料带7在滑块2上沿送料方向运动;上模板8在下行过程中带动滑座1与滑块2下行,滑块2与插刀5接触,并被插刀5推动后,滑块2与料带7脱离。
所述滑座1内带有滑道,用于滑块2在其内滑动,滑座1内还带有限位槽10,用于滑块2的限位挂台9限位,滑座1内设有过孔,用于插刀5插入滑座1内。
所述滑块2内设有用于复位弹簧3安装的盲孔,滑块2的端部上端设有限位挂台9,滑块2内还设有与插刀5的驱动斜面二12接触的驱动斜面一11,以及用于插刀5插入滑块2内的过孔。
所述插刀5的上部设有与滑块2的驱动斜面一11接触的驱动斜面二12。
所述下模板6内设有落料孔13。
本发明的模具工作过程:料带7在送料机的输送下,在滑块2上沿送料方向运动一个步距后,送料机和料带7停止运动。上模板8下行,与滑座1接触,带动滑座1、滑块2、复位弹簧3、挡板4下行。滑块2下行过程中与插刀5接触,并被插刀5推动后,滑块2在滑座1内的滑道内横向运动与料带7脱离;上模板8、滑块2继续下行至下死点过程中,料带7被冲裁切开,料带7的废料部分自由下落并落入下模板6的落料孔13里。
模具返程过程:上模板8上行,滑座1、滑块2、复位弹簧3、挡板4在弹簧力作用下上行;滑块2上行与插刀5脱离,并在复位弹簧3的作用下,在滑座1内横向运动至死点。

1.一种连续模浮板斜楔机构,其特征在于:滑座(1)通过等高螺丝和弹簧与下模板(6)连接,滑块(2)装在滑座(1)内,与滑座(1)滑动配合,复位弹簧(3)装在滑块(1)内,挡板(4)通过螺丝与滑座(1)连接;插刀(5)通过螺丝锁紧在下模板(6)的固定槽内,料带(7)在滑块(2)上沿送料方向运动;上模板(8)在下行过程中带动滑座(1)与滑块(2)下行,滑块(2)与插刀(5)接触,并被插刀(5)推动后,滑块(2)与料带(7)脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续模浮板斜楔机构,其特征在于:所述滑座(1)内带有用于滑块(2)在其内滑动的滑道和用于滑块(2)的限位挂台(9)限位的限位槽(10),以及用于插刀(5)插入滑座(1)内的过孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续模浮板斜楔机构,其特征在于:所述滑块(2)内设有用于复位弹簧(3)安装的盲孔,滑块(2)的端部上端设有限位挂台(9),滑块(2)内还设有与插刀(5)的驱动斜面二(12)接触的驱动斜面一(11),以及用于插刀(5)插入滑块(2)内的过孔。
