本发明公开了一种植绒用自动打胶装置,包括底板,所述底板的顶部安装有打胶箱,所述打胶箱的底部安装有下胶仓,所述打胶箱的顶部滑嵌有贯穿打胶箱的滑杆,所述滑杆的底部固定连接有塞板,所述滑杆的外端面位于打胶箱和塞板之间套设有复位弹簧,所述塞板的底部安装有打胶辊筒。本发明中,首先,通过机械化自动打胶,提升了打胶的效率,其次,通过驱动电机带动刮胶辊筒进行转动,从而将基材外表面过多的胶粘剂刮去,防止基材外表面打胶过多导致植绒效果降低,最后,通过收集仓滑出后,将收集后的胶粘剂重复利用,降低了对胶粘剂的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及植绒加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种植绒用自动打胶装置。
背景技术
将短纤维垂直固定于涂有粘合剂的基材上的方法称为植绒,植绒的原理是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性,使绒毛带上负电荷,把需要植绒的物体放在零电位或接地条件下,绒毛受到异电位被植物体的吸引,呈垂直状加速飞升到需要植绒的物体表面上,由于被植物体涂有胶粘剂,绒毛就被垂直粘在被植物体上。
传统的植绒打胶大多为半自动打胶或人工打胶的方式进行,打胶的效率较低,且打胶时,会存在打胶不均匀以及打胶过量的情况,从而导致产品植绒时效果降低,也导致了胶粘剂的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决打胶效率低和打胶效果差的问题,而提出的一种植绒用自动打胶装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种植绒用自动打胶装置,包括底板,所述底板的顶部安装有打胶箱,所述打胶箱的底部安装有下胶仓,所述打胶箱的顶部滑嵌有贯穿打胶箱的滑杆,所述滑杆的底部固定连接有塞板,所述滑杆的外端面位于打胶箱和塞板之间套设有复位弹簧,所述塞板的底部安装有打胶辊筒,且打胶辊筒的外表面固定连接有打胶布,所述打胶箱的顶部安装有安装架,且安装架的顶部安装有真空泵,所述打胶箱的内侧顶部安装有均压喷头,所述真空泵的出气端与均压喷头连通,所述安装架的内侧底部安装有触发按钮。

所述底板的顶部固定连接有提升台,所述提升台的顶部拐角处安装有导轨辊筒。

综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过收料机构收卷时的对基材的张力,带动基材向上挤压打胶辊筒,从而带动塞板和滑杆向上移动,从而使得打胶箱内的胶粘剂向下滑动,并且,滑杆向上移动挤压触发按钮,从而控制真空泵打开,通过真空泵的出气端对均压喷头进行吹气,从而对打胶箱内的胶粘剂进行挤压,便于胶粘剂向下流动至打胶辊筒外部的打胶布上,通过基材输送时带动打胶辊筒转动,从而对基材进行打胶,基材输送结束后,塞板和打胶辊筒在复位弹簧以及自身重力作用下向下滑动,从而将打胶箱与下胶仓的连通处密封,从而实现自动打胶自动关闭,通过机械化自动打胶,提升了打胶的效率。
2、本发明中,通过提升台和导轨辊筒的设置,将基材向上提升,使得基材底部与导轨辊筒的外表面更加贴合,通过驱动电机带动刮胶辊筒进行转动,从而将基材外表面过多的胶粘剂刮去,防止基材外表面打胶过多导致植绒效果降低。
3、本发明中,刮胶辊筒转动时,通过刮胶仓将胶粘剂刮入刮胶辊筒的内侧,通过真空泵对收集箱抽气,使得收集箱产生一个负压,便于刮胶辊筒内的胶粘剂流入收集箱的内侧,进入收集箱内侧的胶粘剂通过收集仓收集,可将收集仓滑出后,将收集后的胶粘剂重复利用,降低了对胶粘剂的浪费。

实施例一,请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种植绒用自动打胶装置,包括底板1,底板1的顶部安装有打胶箱2,打胶箱2的底部安装有下胶仓3,打胶箱2的顶部滑嵌有贯穿打胶箱2的滑杆5,滑杆5的底部固定连接有塞板17,滑杆5的外端面位于打胶箱2和塞板17之间套设有复位弹簧16,塞板17的底部安装有打胶辊筒4,且打胶辊筒4的外表面固定连接有打胶布401,打胶箱2的顶部安装有安装架14,且安装架14的顶部安装有真空泵7,打胶箱 2的内侧顶部安装有均压喷头15,真空泵7的出气端与均压喷头15 连通,安装架14的内侧底部安装有触发按钮6,工作时,植绒的基材由出料机构发出,绕打胶辊筒4和刮胶辊筒9的底部后,再绕导轨辊筒13外表面后与收料机构连接,使用时,通过收料机构收卷时的对基材的张力,带动基材向上挤压打胶辊筒4,从而带动塞板17和滑杆5向上移动,通过塞板17向上移动,使得胶粘剂可从从打胶箱 2的内侧向下落入下胶仓3的内侧,通过滑杆5向上移动挤压触发按钮6,从而控制真空泵7打开,通过真空泵7的出气端对均压喷头15 进行吹气,从而对打胶箱2内的胶粘剂进行挤压,便于胶粘剂向下流动至打胶辊筒4外部的打胶布401上,通过基材输送时带动打胶辊筒 4转动,从而对基材进行打胶,基材输送结束后,塞板17和打胶辊筒4在复位弹簧16以及自身重力作用下向下滑动,从而将打胶箱2 与下胶仓3的连通处密封,从而实现自动打胶自动关闭。
实施例二,如图1所示,底板1的顶部固定连接有提升台12,提升台12的顶部拐角处安装有导轨辊筒13,底板1的顶部安装有安装板11,安装板11的前端面安装有驱动电机10,驱动电机10的输出轴外端面固定连接有呈内部中空结构的刮胶辊筒9,通过提升台12 和导轨辊筒13的设置,将基材向上提升,使得基材底部与导轨辊筒 13的外表面更加贴合,通过驱动电机10带动刮胶辊筒9进行转动,从而将基材外表面过多的胶粘剂刮去,防止基材外表面打胶过多导致植绒效果降低,本装置中,刮胶辊筒9转动的方向与基材输送的方向相反。
实施例三,如图3和图4所示,刮胶辊筒9的外端面呈环形等距安装有多组侧端面开口结构的刮胶仓901,且刮胶仓901的内侧与刮胶辊筒9的内部连通,底板1的顶部安装有收集箱19,且收集箱19 的侧端面滑动有收集仓18,刮胶辊筒9的后端面通过轴承套转动连接有与收集箱19连通的下胶管20,真空泵7的进气端通过进气管8 与收集箱19连通,刮胶辊筒9转动时,通过刮胶仓901将胶粘剂刮入刮胶辊筒9的内侧,通过真空泵7对收集箱19抽气,使得收集箱 19产生一个负压,便于刮胶辊筒9内的胶粘剂流入收集箱19的内侧,进入收集箱19内侧的胶粘剂通过收集仓18收集,可将收集仓18滑出后,将收集后的胶粘剂重复利用,降低了对胶粘剂的浪费。
工作原理:使用时,植绒的基材由出料机构发出,绕打胶辊筒4 和刮胶辊筒9的底部后,再绕导轨辊筒13外表面后与收料机构连接,使用时,通过收料机构收卷时的对基材的张力,带动基材向上挤压打胶辊筒4,从而带动塞板17和滑杆5向上移动,通过塞板17向上移动,使得胶粘剂可从从打胶箱2的内侧向下落入下胶仓3的内侧,通过滑杆5向上移动挤压触发按钮6,从而控制真空泵7打开,通过真空泵7的出气端对均压喷头15进行吹气,从而对打胶箱2内的胶粘剂进行挤压,便于胶粘剂向下流动至打胶辊筒4外部的打胶布401上,通过基材输送时带动打胶辊筒4转动,从而对基材进行打胶,打胶后的基材输送至刮胶辊筒9底部时,通过驱动电机10带动刮胶辊筒9 进行转动,从而将基材外表面过多的胶粘剂刮去,刮胶辊筒9转动时,通过刮胶仓901将胶粘剂刮入刮胶辊筒9的内侧,通过真空泵7对收集箱19抽气,使得收集箱19产生一个负压,便于刮胶辊筒9内的胶粘剂流入收集箱19的内侧,进入收集箱19内侧的胶粘剂通过收集仓 18收集,可将收集仓18滑出后,将收集后的胶粘剂重复利用,降低了对胶粘剂的浪费,基材输送结束后,塞板17和打胶辊筒4在复位弹簧16以及自身重力作用下向下滑动,从而将打胶箱2与下胶仓3 的连通处密封,从而实现自动打胶自动关闭。
