The preparation method of the fruit extract comprises cleaning fructus Mali Pumilae, fructus Vitis Viniferae, pulp Citrulli and fructus Pruni Pseudocerasi, pulverizing in a wall breaking machine, heating the obtained mixed juice at 52 deg.C, concentrating, stopping heating when the weight of the mixed liquid is reduced to 1/8, and removing excessive water to obtain the fruit extract.
The preparation method of the vegetable extracting solution comprises the steps of respectively cleaning pawpaw, cucumber, aloe and bitter gourd, peeling, cutting into small pieces, putting the small pieces into deionized water solution with the weight ratio of 8 times, wherein the deionized water solution contains 5% of sodium acetate, 29% of ethanol and 2% of tea polyphenol, taking out the vegetable pieces after sealed soaking for 17 hours at normal temperature, standing the solution for 24 hours, extracting supernatant, and concentrating to the relative density of 2.3 to obtain the vegetable extracting solution.
The moisturizing essential oil is a mixture prepared by blending menthol, isopropyl ketone, glycerol and honey according to the proportion of 4:1:20: 12.
The blending agent is a mixture prepared by blending an antioxidant, a preservative, konjac glucomannan and methylene bisacrylamide in a ratio of 3:5:6:2, and the antioxidant is uric acid.
A fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with skin moisturizing effect is disclosed, wherein a specific preparation method of the moisturizing facial mask comprises the following steps:
s1: : placing fruit extractive solution, vegetable extractive solution, essence and appropriate amount of water into a stirring pot, and stirring at constant temperature of 40 deg.C for 25 min;
s2: after the mixed solution in the S1 is cooled to normal temperature, adding the blending agent, the whitening agent and the moisturizing essential oil, continuing stirring for 20min, and adding the pH regulator to regulate the pH value of the mixed solution to 6.2;
s3: after the blending step is finished, standing and filtering the mixed solution and carrying out vacuum defoaming treatment to obtain a final product, namely the mask essence;
s4: and (3) soaking the mask base cloth into the mask essence for 2h, taking out the mask base cloth, performing ultraviolet irradiation sterilization, packaging and sealing to obtain the finished product of the fruit and vegetable mask with the moisturizing effect.
In S1, the rotating speed of the stirring pot is set to be 190r/min, and in S2, the rotating speed of the stirring pot is set to be 45 r/min.
The base cloth material of the facial mask in the S4 is silk cloth.
Product detection:
the test method of the moisturizing experiment comprises the following steps: at room temperature 25 ℃ +/-1 ℃; under the condition of humidity of 50% +/-5%, the testee cleans the face, the face cleaning time of each person is the same, and different facial masks of each group are applied after the skin is dried. Women with ages of 20-45 years and without allergic symptoms are selected for each group, the application is carried out twice a day in the morning and at the evening of each day, and each experimental group is enabled to keep a light diet as much as possible in the 14-day experimental period.
The moisturizing facial masks prepared by the methods in the embodiments 1, 2 and 4 are selected as experimental groups for testing the moisturizing effect, two commercially available moisturizing facial masks of two common brands are selected as a control group 1 and a control group 2 respectively, and the blank group is applied with face by using physiological saline soaked by non-woven fabric. In a test effect experiment for 14 continuous days, in 1-6 days, testers of a blank group, an embodiment 2 group, a control 1 group and a control 2 group apply the facial mask for 30min each time, the application of the embodiment 1 group is 20min each time, and the application of the embodiment 4 group is 75min each time; in 7-13 days, the testers of the blank group, the example 2 group, the control 1 group and the control 2 group apply the facial mask for 30min each time, the example 1 group applies the facial mask for 20min each time, and the example 4 group applies the facial mask for 45min each time; and on the final 14 th day, the panelists of the blank group, the example 2 group, the control 1 group and the control 2 group were allowed to apply the face mask for 10min each, the example 1 group for 7min each, and the example 4 group for 15min each, to perform the parallel control reference in the application time. The skin of the subject applied with the facial mask is measured by using a digital skin moisture tester to obtain the moisture content of the skin, and the specific moisturizing effect experimental data are shown in table 1.

In addition, according to the closed sensitization test method specified in GB/T16886.10-2005, 50 men and women with different ages of 20-50 years are selected, the hydrogel facial masks prepared in the embodiments 1-5 are tested, and the final result shows that the products prepared in the embodiments 1-5 can not cause skin allergy.
The results of the test experiments show that the moisturizing effect of the facial mask prepared by the invention is better than that of a general moisturizing facial mask sold in the market, most of testers show that the facial mask has very good use feeling, the skin texture of the face is effectively improved, no skin allergic reaction caused by application is found in the test process, and the facial mask is suitable for popularization and use.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The formula of the fruit and vegetable facial mask with the effect of moisturizing skin is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of fruit extract, 15-20 parts of vegetable extract, 3-5 parts of moisturizing essential oil, 1-3 parts of essence, 2-6 parts of whitening agent, 4-8 parts of blending agent and the balance of water.

The formula of the fruit-vegetable facial mask with the skin moisturizing effect increasing function according to claim 1, wherein the fruit extracting solution is prepared by cleaning apples, grapes, watermelons and cherries, putting the cleaned apples, grapes, watermelons and cherries into a wall breaking machine for crushing, continuously heating and concentrating the obtained mixed juice at 50-60 ℃, stopping heating when the weight of the mixed solution is reduced to 1/7-1/8 of the original weight, and removing excessive water to finally obtain the fruit extracting solution.
3. The formula of the fruit and vegetable facial mask with the effect of increasing skin moisture is characterized in that a vegetable extracting solution is prepared by respectively cleaning pawpaw, cucumber, aloe and bitter gourd, peeling, cutting into small pieces, putting the small pieces into a deionized water solution with the weight ratio of 5-8 times, wherein the deionized water solution contains 2-5% of sodium acetate, 25-35% of ethanol and 0.5-2% of tea polyphenol, soaking the small pieces of vegetables in a closed state for 15-20 hours at normal temperature, fishing out the broken pieces of vegetables, standing the solution for 24 hours, extracting a supernatant, and concentrating the supernatant to the relative density of 2.3 to obtain the vegetable extracting solution.
4. The fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with the effect of increasing skin moisture according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizing essential oil is a mixture prepared by blending menthol, isopropyl ketone, glycerol and honey in a ratio of 4:1:20: 12.

The fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with skin moisturizing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blending agent is a mixture of antioxidant, preservative, konjac glucomannan and methylene bisacrylamide in a ratio of 3:5:6:2, and the antioxidant can be selected from vitamin E, butyl hydroxy anisole, ascorbic acid or uric acid.
6. The fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with the skin moisturizing effect increasing function according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the specific preparation method of the moisturizing facial mask comprises the following steps:
s1: putting the fruit extracting solution, the vegetable extracting solution, the essence and a proper amount of water into a stirring pot, and stirring at a constant temperature of 40 ℃ for 15-30 min;
s2: after the mixed solution in the S1 is cooled to normal temperature, adding a blending agent, a whitening agent and moisturizing essential oil, continuously stirring for 20min, and adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value of the mixed solution to 6.0-6.5;
s3: after the blending step is finished, standing and filtering the mixed solution and carrying out vacuum defoaming treatment to obtain a final product, namely the mask essence;
s4: and (3) soaking the mask base cloth into the mask essence for 2h, taking out the mask base cloth, performing ultraviolet irradiation sterilization, packaging and sealing to obtain the finished product of the fruit and vegetable mask with the moisturizing effect.
7. The fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with skin moisturizing effect according to claim 6, wherein the formula comprises the following components: in S1, the rotation speed of the stirring pot is set to be 150-200 r/min, and in S2, the rotation speed of the stirring pot is set to be 40-60 r/min.
8. The fruit and vegetable facial mask formula with skin moisturizing effect according to claim 6, wherein the formula comprises the following components: the base cloth material of the facial mask in S4 can be selected from non-woven fabric or silk cloth.
