Abstract

The invention discloses a mixed medicament and application thereof in preventing and treating corn northern leaf blight, belonging to the technical field of pesticides. The mixed medicament takes myclobutanil and fludioxonil as active ingredients, and the mass ratio of the two active ingredients is 9: 1 or 1: 9. According to the invention, the bactericides with different action mechanisms are mixed to obtain the novel agent for preventing and treating the corn southern leaf blight, so that the generation of field drug resistance is favorably delayed, the prevention and treatment effect can be improved, the dosage and the use cost are reduced, and the novel agent has potential social, economic and ecological benefits.

Technical Field

Background
Fresh corn is an important economic crop in China. Corn northern leaf blight caused by infection of corn leaves by helminthosporium hirsutum (Bipolaris maydis) is a worldwide corn fungal disease. In recent years, with the development of the planting industrialization of fresh corn, the corn leaf spot is increasingly serious in each fresh corn main production area in China. Corn southern leaf blight can occur throughout the corn growth period, and is most beneficial to disease outbreak especially under warm and humid conditions after corn plants are emasculated. The yield of common susceptible varieties is reduced by more than 10 percent, the yield is reduced by 20 to 80 percent in severe years, and even seeds are destroyed and harvested. The disease has the characteristics of universal occurrence, high spreading and expanding speed and the like, and is developed into the most important disease in corn production in China. Chemical control is still an important method for controlling corn northern leaf blight in China. However, the long-term single use of the bactericide for preventing and treating the corn southern leaf blight easily causes the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, reduces the prevention and treatment effect and increases the medication cost. Therefore, screening of novel, efficient and low-toxicity bactericide and development of compound medicament thereof are the problems which need to be solved urgently for preventing and controlling the corn small spot.
Myclobutanil [ chinese name: 1- (4-chlorophenyl) -2- (1H-1, 2, 4-triazole-1-methyl) hexanenitrile or 2- (4-chlorophenyl) -2- (1H, 1, 2, 4-triazole-1-methyl) hexanenitrile, the english name: myclobutanil is a systemic triazole fungicide with protection and treatment activity, and the structural formula of the systemic triazole fungicide is shown in figure 1A. The action mechanism is to inhibit the biosynthesis of the ergosterol of phytopathogen. The bactericide has the characteristics of strong systemic property, long lasting period, high pesticide effect, safety to crops, certain stimulation to the growth of the crops and the like. The myclobutanil has good control effect on wheat loose smut, Tilletia reticulata, powdery mildew, rust, cladosporium cucumerinum, gray spot and brown spot.
Fludioxonil [ chinese name: fludioxonil, xerox, 4- (2, 2-difluoro-1, 3-benzodioxo-4-yl) pyrrole-3-carbonitrile; english name: the fluotioxonil is a non-systemic broad-spectrum pyrrole bactericide, and the structural formula of the fluotioxonil is shown in a figure 1B. The bactericide has unique action mechanism, mainly inhibits the transfer related to the phosphorylation of glucose, and inhibits the growth of fungal mycelia, and finally causes the death of pathogenic bacteria. Has no cross resistance with the existing bactericide. Fludioxonil can be used for treating stinking smut, snow rot, snow mold, banded sclerotial blight, root rot, take-all, glume blight and stem smut of wheat; barley stripe disease, net blotch, head smut; maize bacterial wilt, stem rot, damping off; cotton rhizoctonia rot, red rot, anthracnose, black root, seed rot; root rot caused by soybean peanut damping off and fusarium; rice bakanae disease, leaf spot of flax, early leaf blast and damping off; black spot and black shank of rape; potato damping off, scab; the vegetable blight, anthracnose, brown spot, gummy stem blight and the like have good control effects.
Whether myclobutanil, fludioxonil or other high-efficiency bactericides are used independently for a long time, pathogenic bacteria are easy to generate drug resistance, the problems of reduced prevention effect, shortened service life of the bactericides, increased dosage and the like are caused, and the long-term sustainable control of diseases is not facilitated. The method is a common method for relieving the drug resistance of plant pathogenic bacteria by scientifically compounding different single bactericides; by compounding the bactericides with different action mechanisms and target objects, the control effect can be improved, the dosage of the pesticide can be greatly reduced, the bactericidal spectrum can be expanded, the bactericidal efficiency can be improved, the generation of the drug resistance of field pathogenic bacteria can be delayed, and the occurrence of phytotoxicity can be reduced.

1. Preparation of pharmaceutical agents
The myclobutanil (95%) used in this example was obtained from Taizhou Dapeng pharmaceuticals, Inc., and the fludioxonil (98%) used was obtained from Zhejiang Hebei science and technology, Inc.
