(1) uniformly mixing: adding inulin, flavoring additive, purified water, adhesive, colorant and food enhancer into a mixing device at a certain proportion, and stirring and mixing;
(2) and (3) granulation: pouring the mixed liquid of the inulin, the seasoning additive, the purified water, the adhesive, the coloring agent and the food enhancer which are mixed into a certain consistency into a granulation device for granulation;
(3) screening: putting the inulin particle products into screening equipment, screening out large-particle inulin therein and screening out the large-particle inulin;
(4) packaging: and putting the screened small-particle inulin into packaging equipment, and bottling and packaging.

5. An inulin granulated beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the adhesive is one of carrageenan and pectin.
6. An inulin granulated beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the colorant is one of beet red pigment, red rice red pigment, lemon yellow pigment and sunset yellow pigment.
7. An inulin granulated beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the food enhancer is one or more of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin C.
8. A method of preparing an inulin granulated beverage according to claim 1, wherein the inulin granulated beverage comprises: the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) uniformly mixing: adding inulin, flavoring additive, purified water, adhesive, colorant and food enhancer into a mixing device at a certain proportion, and stirring and mixing;
