2) preparing a solution of the sex attractant: respectively adding chromatographically pure hexane into cis 3, cis 6, cis 9-octadecatriene, cis 3, cis 9-6, 7-epoxyoctadecadiene, cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxyoctadecadiene, cis 6, cis 9-3, 4-epoxyoctadecadiene, 10, 14-dimethyl pentadecanol isobutyrate and 14-methyl pentadecanol isobutyrate to be uniformly dissolved to obtain 10 mu g/mu L solution, and mixing according to the volume ratio of 50:50:50:50:80:20 for later use;
3) making of lure
Dripping 300 mu L of the sex attractant solution prepared in the step 2) into the slow-release carrier prepared in the step 1), and then placing the mixture in a fume hood at room temperature for standing for 3h to prepare the general sex attractant for the ectropis obliqua and the tea caterpillars.
Example 5
1) The components are as follows: cis 3, cis 6, cis 9-octadecatriene, cis 3, cis 9-6, 7-epoxy octadecadiene, cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxy octadecadiene, cis 6, cis 9-3, 4-epoxy octadecadiene, 10, 14-dimethyl pentadecanol isobutyrate and 14-methyl pentadecanol isobutyrate, wherein the content of each lure active component is 3000 mu g.
2) The carrier raw material requirements are as follows: the slow release carrier is a rubber plug; the height of the carrier is 14.0 plus or minus 0.5mm, and the outer diameter of the sex pheromone adding port is 10.0 plus or minus 0.2 mm; the inner diameter is 7.5mm plus or minus 0.2 mm; the rubber stopper is a commercially available polyisoprene bell-shaped rubber stopper.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) preparation of the sustained-release carrier: soaking the rubber plug in absolute ethyl alcohol for 24 hours for desulfurization, and putting the taken rubber plug into a drying oven at 40 ℃ for 24 hours;
2) preparing a solution of the sex attractant: respectively adding chromatographically pure hexane into cis 3, cis 6, cis 9-octadecatriene, cis 3, cis 9-6, 7-epoxyoctadecadiene, cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxyoctadecadiene, cis 6, cis 9-3, 4-epoxyoctadecadiene, 10, 14-dimethyl pentadecanol isobutyrate and 14-methyl pentadecanol isobutyrate to be uniformly dissolved to obtain 10 mu g/mu L solution, and mixing according to the volume ratio of 50:50:50:50:70:30 for later use;
3) making of lure
Dripping 300 mu L of the sex attractant solution prepared in the step 2) into the slow-release carrier prepared in the step 1), and then placing the mixture in a fume hood at room temperature for standing for 3h to prepare the general sex attractant for the ectropis obliqua and the tea caterpillars.
Example 6
The general sex attractant trapping test of the griseofulvin and the tea caterpillar is carried out in a tea base of Yucha tea GmbH of Shaoxing city in Zhejiang province. The sex attractant used in the test is the sex attractant in the embodiment 1-5, and the blank control is a rubber plug added with n-hexane. The sex attractant was used in conjunction with boat traps, 3 replicates per treatment. Boat-shaped traps were randomly arranged in a checkerboard fashion in the tea garden, each trap was 25cm above the tea plant, with trap spacing of 15 m. From the survey data in tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that the universal sex attractant combined with the boat type traps have trapping ability for both true gray tea geometrid and tea caterpillar males.

The general sex attractant for the griseofulvara and the tea caterpillar is compared with the conventional sex attractant for the griseofulvara and the tea caterpillar and is subjected to trapping tests in a tea base of Yucha tea limited company in Shaoxing city in Zhejiang province. The sex attractant used in the test is prepared by the scheme of the embodiment 3 of the invention, and the contrast lure is a commercial gray tea geometrid sex attractant and a tea caterpillar sex attractant. The sex attractant was used in conjunction with boat traps, 3 replicates per treatment. Boat-shaped traps are randomly arranged in a tea garden in a checkerboard mode, each trap is 25cm higher than a tea tree, the interval between the traps is 15m, and the number of trapped insects is counted for 4 times. As can be seen from the investigation data in Table 3, the commercial looper sex attractant can specifically attract the looper males, the commercial looper sex attractant can specifically attract the tea caterpillars, and the general sex attractant has stronger trapping ability for both loopers and loopers in combination with the boat-type trapper.

Claims (10)

1. A sex pheromone composition universal for gray tea geometrid and tea caterpillar is characterized by comprising cis-3, cis-6, cis-9-octadecatriene, cis-3, cis-9-6, 7-epoxy octadecadiene, cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy octadecadiene, cis-6, cis-9, 4-epoxy octadecadiene, 10, 14-dimethyl pentadecanol isobutyrate and 14-methyl pentadecanol isobutyrate in a mass ratio of (20-70) - (30-80) - (25-75) - (60-100) - (5-30).
2. The universal sex pheromone composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of cis 3, cis 6, cis 9-octadecatriene, cis 3, cis 9-6, 7-epoxyoctadecadien, cis 3, cis 6-9, 10-epoxyoctadecadien, cis 6, cis 9-3, 4-epoxyoctadecadien, 10, 14-dimethylpentadecanol isobutyrate and 14-methylpentadecanol isobutyrate is 50:50:50:50:90: 10.
3. A versatile sex attractant for ectropis grisescens and tea caterpillars comprising the versatile sex pheromone composition of claim 1 or 2 and a carrier; the universal sex pheromone composition is placed in a carrier.
4. The universal sex pheromone composition according to claim 3, wherein the universal sex pheromone composition is used in the form of a sex attractant solution, and the solvent of the sex attractant solution is n-hexane.
5. The universal sex attractant of claim 4, wherein the concentration of the sex attractant solution is 8-12 μ g/μ L.
6. The universal sex attractant of claim 5, wherein the sex attractant solution is used at a concentration of 10 μ g/μ L.
7. The universal sex attractant of claim 3 wherein the carrier is a bell-shaped rubber stopper.
8. The method for preparing the universal sex attractant of any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) cis-3, cis-6, cis-9-octadecatriene, cis-3, cis-9-6, 7-epoxy octadecadienol, cis-3, cis-6-9, 10-epoxy octadecadienol, cis-6, cis-9-3, 4-epoxy octadecadienol, 10, 14-dimethyl pentadecyl isobutyrate and 14-methyl pentadecyl isobutyrate are mixed to prepare a sex attractant solution;
2) soaking the carrier in absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to obtain a pretreated carrier;
3) placing the sex attractant solution in a pretreatment carrier, and standing for 2-4 h to obtain a universal sex attractant;
there is no chronological definition between steps 1) and 2).
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the addition amount of each pretreatment carrier neutral attractant solution in step 3) is 300 to 340. mu.L.
10. The use of the universal sex pheromone composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2 and the universal sex attractant as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 7 for the control of ectropis grisea and tea caterpillars.
