第一轨道构件6通常可以是一个部件,例如金属部件,并且第二轨道构件16还可以包括可滑动地安装在第一轨道构件6上的可动部件16a,特别是金属部件,或一些其他刚性元件。
每个轨道5的第一轨道构件6可以例如具有C形形状,其朝向座椅的另一个轨道5水平地开口。
第一轨道构件6可以包括例如:
-下凸缘7,所述下凸缘7基本水平地平行于纵向方向X并且平行于垂直于纵向方向X的横向水平方向Y延伸,
-腹板8,其从下凸缘的外边缘向上延伸(平行于纵向方向X并且基本在竖直方向Z上),
-以及从腹板8的上边缘基本水平地平行于下凸缘7延伸的上凸缘9。
下凸缘7的自由边缘可包括弯曲部10,所述弯曲部10例如朝向腹板8折叠基本180度并形成内槽。
上凸缘9的自由边缘可包括向下延伸的弯曲部11。
下凸缘7可包括凹坑,例如孔12,其沿着纵向方向X以规则的间距对齐。
上凸缘9的弯曲部11可具有切割成齿条14的下部自由边缘。
机动化驱动机构15可包括例如安装在第二轨道构件16上的驱动装置18。驱动装置18例如可以是齿轮马达等,其驱动例如副齿轮19围绕平行于横向方向Y的旋转轴线Y0(特别是参见图9)旋转。副齿轮19与齿条14啮合。
如图4至图6所示,可动部件16a可包括:
-与固定部件的腹板8相邻的竖直腹板20,
-下凸缘21,所述下凸缘21布置在第一轨道构件6的下凸缘7上方,处于限定在第一轨道构件6的所述下凸缘7和弯曲部10之间的槽中,
-和布置在第一轨道构件6的上凸缘9下方的上凸缘22。
可动部件16a可包括在第一轨道构件6的下凸缘7的内表面上滚动的辊子23,以允许可动部件16的纵向滑动。可动部件16a还可包括用于滑动的垫24,所述垫24抵靠第一轨道构件6的上凸缘9的底侧,并处于所述第一轨道构件6的腹板8和折叠边缘11之间。
轨道5还包括至少一个机械锁25,所述机械锁25在解锁位置和锁定位置之间可运动,在所述解锁位置中,所述锁25允许第二轨道构件16沿纵向方向X自由滑动,在所述锁定位置中,所述锁25使第二轨道构件16在第一轨道构件6上不动,所述锁25通常保持在解锁位置中。
可以将锁25安装成在第二轨道构件16上垂直于纵向方向X(例如在竖直方向Z中)可运动。
在附图所示的示例中,第二轨道构件16包括例如金属的锁支撑件26,其在图6和8至10中可清楚地看到并且其承载着锁25。锁支撑件例如可为切割和冲压的金属板。锁支撑件26通过任何已知的方式(例如通过装配到可动部件16a的腹板20的凹陷20a,20b内的突片26a,26b)与可动部件16a制成为一体。
锁25可以包括锁主体27,所述锁主体27安装成在与锁支撑件26一体的两个插脚28滑动,这些插脚例如在竖直方向Z上延伸。锁主体27例如通过分别围绕插脚28设置的两个螺旋弹簧29被朝向解锁位置(在这种情况中为向上)弹性地偏置。
锁25还可包括多个锁定活塞30,所述锁定活塞30在锁主体27中沿竖直方向Z彼此独立地滑动。锁定活塞30的数量例如可以是三个。锁定活塞30在纵向方向X上相互对齐。
每个锁定活塞30可包括滑动地安装在气缸31中的扩大的头部30a,所述气缸31具有平行于竖直方向Z的中心轴线、形成在锁主体27中。每个锁定活塞30朝向第一轨道构件6的腹板10延伸(在这种情况中为竖直向下),穿过相应气缸31的底部的开口31a。开口31a过于窄而无法使锁定活塞30的扩大的头部30a通过,因此锁定活塞不会被从锁主体27上拆下。
每个锁定活塞30通过布置在相应的气缸31中的弹簧32彼此独立地向下弹性偏置。每个锁定活塞30进一步设置为朝向形成在可动部件16a的下凸缘21中的孔21a。锁定活塞30可以是直圆柱,并且孔21a可以是直径与锁定活塞30基本相同的圆形。
锁定活塞30布置在第一轨道构件6的折叠边缘10的孔12上方,使得无论第二轨道构件16沿X轴的位置如何,一旦锁主体27下降到锁定位置,至少一个(或甚至两个)锁定活塞30可以进入折叠边缘10的孔12并进入与所述锁定活塞30相对应的孔21a。孔12可以是长方形的并且在纵向方向上对齐以有助于这种瞬间锁定。
如图4至8所示,轨道5还包括安装在第二轨道构件16上的锁控制构件33。锁控制构件33在起始位置和致动位置之间可运动,在起始位置中,所述锁控制构件33允许锁25处于解锁位置,在所述致动位置中,所述锁控制构件33控制锁25以使所述锁25运动到锁定位置。
特别地,在图7中清楚可见的锁控制构件33可为例如金属板的一部分,所述金属板基本上沿纵向方向X在第一端33a和第二端33b之间延伸。锁控制构件33可以特别地被安装为相对于第二轨道构件16围绕平行于横向方向Y的枢转轴线Y1枢转。
锁控制构件33可以包括窗口34,所述窗口由与驱动装置18形成一体的套筒35穿过,从而允许在锁控制构件33和驱动装置18之间的在纵向方向X和竖直方向Z中的相对运动。
锁控制构件33还可包括狭槽36,所述狭槽36基本上沿纵向方向X延伸,并具有凸轮边缘36c(在当前情况下为狭槽36的下边缘),所述凸轮边缘36c包括中心向下的凹口36a,从凹口36a彼此相反地延伸的两个分开的直形部分36b。
锁控制构件33还可包括在其第二端33b处的开口37,与锁主体27为一体的销38接合在开口37中,使得锁控制构件33围绕枢转轴线Y1的枢转导致锁25的竖直运动。
轨道5还包括保持杆39,所述保持杆39尤其在图7和9中可清楚地看到。保持杆基本平行于锁控制构件33、在锁控制构件33的第一端33a附近的第一端39a和与驱动装置18成为一体的第二端39b之间延伸,如下面说明。保持杆39还包括凹孔39c,所述凹孔39c由作为驱动装置18的一部分的前述套筒35无间隙地穿过。保持杆可特别地为金属板。
保持杆39的第一端39a为自由并具有下边缘42。
轨道5可以进一步包括杠杆41,其被安装为相对于第二轨道构件16在枢转轴线Y1上枢转。杠杆41与形成保持凸轮42的臂为一体,在安装于杠杆41和锁控制件33之间的弹簧43的作用下,所述保持凸轮42向上抵抗保持杆的下边缘40。弹簧43还推动锁控制件33向上枢转。
第二轨道构件16可以进一步包括马达支撑件44,马达支撑件44可以例如是在纵向方向X上延伸并且具有U形横截面的金属部件,具有远离驱动装置18的第一竖直凸缘47,更靠近驱动装置18的第二竖直凸缘49,以及连接第一凸缘47和第二凸缘49的下部水平腹板48。第一凸缘47可包括例如销47a或其他突出形状,其接合在可动部件16a的腹板20的相应凹孔20c中(见图6和8)。
马达支撑件44的第二凸缘47可包括延伸部49a,锁控制构件33和杠杆41安装在所述延伸部49a上,以围绕枢转轴线Y1枢转。
马达支撑件44的第二凸缘47可以包括平行于纵向方向X的狭槽50,在所述狭槽50内接合有圆头46,所述圆头46与作为驱动装置的一部分的销45成为一体(见图8、9、10)。销45的头46与保持杆39的第二端39b成为一体。头46在狭槽50中的安装允许在第二轨道构件16和驱动装置18之间的相对滑动以及带有保持杆39的驱动装置18围绕枢转轴线Y2的枢转。
由于围绕轴线Y2的自由枢转,副齿轮19在弹簧43和保持凸轮42的偏置作用下保持与齿条14啮合。
驱动装置18的销45接合在锁控制构件的狭槽36中,并且由锁控制构件33上的弹簧43施加的向上枢转偏置而保持在该狭槽36的凹口36a中。销45可与平行于锁控制构件33的导向板45a成为一整体,并可在狭槽36的上方和下方抵靠所述锁控制构件33的朝向驱动装置18取向的面。
当安装有座椅的车辆受到前部或后部碰撞时,座椅的就座部分会将与纵向方向X平行的相当大的力传递至可动部件16a。当该力大于特定的阈值(例如,在0.7kN和5kN之间)时,弹簧43的力不再足以将销45保持在凹口36a中。则,可动部件16a与锁控制构件33一起在纵向方向X上相对于驱动装置18滑动,所述驱动装置18通过副齿轮19在齿条14中的啮合而保持固定于第一轨道构件6。该运动导致销45和狭槽36之间的相对位移,使得销45离开凹口36a并到达狭槽36的一个直形部分36b(图14)。该运动通过销和由狭槽36的下边缘形成的凸轮边缘之间的凸轮作用而使锁控制构件33向下枢转。结果,锁控制构件33将锁主体27降低到锁定位置,并且至少一个锁定活塞30接合到第一轨道构件6的孔12中的一个中,从而确保加强副齿轮19与齿条14之间的啮合的机械锁定(图11至图14)。
要注意的是,凸轮边缘36c可以不形成在狭槽中。另外,可保证的是,仅在前部碰撞的情况下锁25被致动,在这种情况中,凸轮边缘36c可以包括凹口36a和朝向凹口36a的后部的单个直线形部分36b。最后,部分36b可以是非直线形的,而不改变本发明的这种操作。
在撞击之后,轨道可通过驱动装置的致动而返回到使用的正常位置,以补偿在撞击期间发生的可动部件16a与驱动装置18之间的相对运动。特别是如果轨道配备有能够测量可动部件16a相对于第一轨道构件6的位置的位置传感器,则这种补偿运动可自动控制。
要注意的是,在座椅的就坐部分3下方的空间不会因用于控制轨道的在轨道5之间的任何马达而混乱,这允许充分利用该自由空间,或者相对于车辆的地板4而降低座椅1。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于车辆座椅的轨道(5),其包括:
-第一轨道构件(6)和第二轨道构件(16),其被安装成在纵向方向(X)上相对于彼此滑动,
-机动化驱动机构(15),其适于相对于所述第一轨道构件(6)选择性地固定或驱动所述第二轨道构件(16),所述第二轨道构件(16)被安装成相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)而运动,使其通常保持在相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)的中间位置中,并且当所述第二轨道构件(16)在所述纵向方向(X)上受到大于预定阈值的力时,所述第二轨道构件(16)从所述中间位置可运动,
-至少一个机械锁(25),其安装在所述第二轨道构件(16)上并且在解锁位置和锁定位置之间可运动,在所述解锁位置中,所述锁(25)允许所述第一轨道构件(6)和所述第二轨道构件(16)在所述纵向方向(X)上相对于彼此自由运动,在所述锁定位置中,所述锁(25)使所述第一轨道构件(6)和所述第二轨道构件(16)相对于彼此不动,所述锁(25)通常被保持在所述解锁位置中,
-以及锁控制构件(33),所述锁控制构件(33)安装在所述第二轨道构件(16)上,所述锁控制构件(33)连接至所述机动化驱动机构(15),使得所述锁控制构件(33)为以下中的任一种:
-在起始位置,当所述第二轨道构件(16)处于相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)的中间位置时,所述锁控制构件(33)允许所述锁(25)处于所述解锁位置,
-或者在致动位置中,当所述第二轨道构件(16)从相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)的所述中间位置运动时,所述锁控制构件(33)控制所述锁(25)以使所述锁(25)运动到所述锁定位置,
其中,所述机动化驱动机构(15)包括驱动装置(18),所述驱动装置适于驱动副齿轮(19),所述副齿轮(19)与齿条(14)啮合,所述齿条(14)是所述第一轨道构件(6)的一部分,所述第二轨道构件(16)被安装成相对于所述驱动装置(18)在所述纵向方向(X)上滑动,
并且其中,当所述第二轨道构件(16)从相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)的所述中间位置运动时,通过凸轮作用所述驱动装置(18)与所述锁控制构件(33)协作以使所述锁控制构件(33)运动到致动位置,
其中,所述锁控制构件(33)包括凸轮边缘(36c),并且所述驱动装置(18)包括与所述凸轮边缘(36c)协作的销(45),所述锁控制构件(33)基本垂直于所述凸轮边缘(36c)可运动并被弹性地偏置,使得所述凸轮边缘(36c)施靠所述销(45)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道(5),其特征在于,所述凸轮边缘(36c)具有凹口(36a),在所述第二轨道构件(16)处于相对于所述机动化驱动机构(15)的中间位置时,所述凹口适于与所述销(45)接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轨道(5),其特征在于,所述凸轮边缘(36c)包括基本直线形的两个部分(36b),所述基本直线形的两个部分相互对齐、处于所述凹口(36a)的每一侧上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轨道(5),其特征在于,所述销(45)被安装成在狭槽(50)中滑动,所述狭槽为所述第二轨道构件(16)的一部分并且沿所述纵向方向(X)延伸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轨道,其特征在于,所述销(45)枢转地安装在所述轨道中,并且与所述驱动装置(18)成为一体的保持杆(39)被朝向所述齿条(14)弹性地偏置,以将所述副齿轮(19)推靠到所述齿条(14)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轨道,其特征在于,所述锁控制构件(33)被安装成相对于所述第二轨道构件(16)围绕枢转轴线(Y1)枢转,并且所述保持杆(39)通过作用在保持凸轮(42)上的弹簧(43)而朝向所述齿条(14)弹性地偏置,以便围绕所述枢转轴线(Y1)枢转,所述保持凸轮(42)安装于所述第二轨道构件(16)上,所述弹簧(43)将所述保持凸轮(42)连接到所述锁控制构件(33),同时将所述锁控制构件(33)朝向所述起始位置偏置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轨道(5),其特征在于,所述锁控制构件(33)在第一端(33a)和第二端(33b)之间纵向延伸,所述第一端(33a)安装在所述第二轨道构件(16)上,以便围绕所述枢转轴线(Y1)枢转,以及所述第二端(33b)连接到所述锁(25),所述凸轮边缘(36c)位于所述第一端(33a)和所述第二端(33b)之间。

9.一种车辆座椅,其包括座椅部分(3)和两个根据权利要求1所述的轨道(5),所述座椅部分(3)由每个轨道(5)的所述第二轨道构件(16)承载。
