Description

Bacteriostatic toothpaste containing bamboo shaving triterpenes and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to bacteriostatic toothpaste containing bamboo shaving triterpenes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Oral health conditions of people in China are not optimistic, caries rate is increased year by year, and oral problems such as gingival bleeding and periodontitis commonly occur. The oral cavity is one of the main entrances of the human body which is directly contacted with the external environment, the moist heat and the warmth of the internal environment are suitable for the survival and the proliferation of various flora, so that the distribution of various external invasion and the flora in the body is dense, oral diseases such as dental caries, periodontitis, halitosis and the like are mainly caused by pathogenic bacteria, Streptococcus mutans (Streptococcus mutans) and Streptococcus sobrinus (Streptococcus sobrinus) are main cariogenic bacteria, and the dental caries is caused by the demineralization of the teeth due to the decomposition of the sugar and the production of acid by secreting glucosyltransferase; the proinflammatory factors secreted by Porphyromonas gingivalis (Porphyromonas) and Prevotella intermedia (Prevotella intermedia) cause periodontitis; fusobacterium nucleatum (Fusobacterium nucleatum) and Mueller bacterium (Solobacterium moorei) induce to generate volatile sulfide to cause halitosis, and the bad smelling bacteria such as Fusobacterium nucleatum and Porphyromonas gingivalis are abundantly present in periodontal pocket of patient to metabolize residual cysteine in oral cavity to generate volatile sulfide. Candida albicans (Canidiaalbicas) can induce oral lichen planus disease. The health condition of the oral cavity directly influences the health level of the organism, and diseases such as oral inflammation, gingival bleeding, ulcer and the like can interfere the function of the immune system of the organism, further influence the flora of the whole digestive system and induce the systemic pathological changes. Therefore, inhibiting the growth and reproduction of oral bacteria and maintaining the balance of oral microorganisms are important measures for preventing and treating oral diseases.
The existing broad-spectrum antibiotics and chemical synthetic drugs can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, but can also damage the micro-ecology in the oral cavity to different degrees, so as to cause the problems of dysbacteriosis, ulcer and the like. Aiming at the problems, in order to reduce the dosage and side effects of medical drugs and avoid oral superinfection caused by excessive consumption of antibiotics, the invention aims to provide natural, healthy, green and safe antibacterial toothpaste, which can effectively inhibit the growth of common oral pathogenic bacteria such as porphyromonas gingivalis, modified streptococcus, candida albicans, helicobacter pylori, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and the like, can remove part of odor-causing bacteria and residual odor-causing substrates in the oral cavity, inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria such as cariogenic bacteria, periodontal pathogenic bacteria and oral lichen planus, solve the barriers of the prior art, improve common oral problems and promote oral health on the premise of not damaging oral flora.
