Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于固定产品的热封包装的选择部分的方法。
更具体的说,本发明涉及一种用于固定包在香烟盒外的以透明的可热封材料制成的外包装纸的端部折叠层的方法,在下面的说明中将直接以这种香烟盒外的用透明的可热封材料制成的外包装纸作为参考实例,尽管如此,它并不限制本发明公开内容的普遍范围。
背景技术
所述类型的外包装纸通常是由一种机器对“透明玻璃纸”进行加工而制成的,该机器包括:一个将一张所述透明材料围绕包装盒折叠而形成一个管状包封件的装置,所述管状包封的相对的两端在开始时伸出包装盒的端面之外;然后将各伸出端向内折叠,以形成部分重叠的两个折片,这两个折片被压平,与相应的端表面相接触,并通过热封连接起来。传统的做法是,采用一种包括两根绕在各自的皮带轮上的相同的带子在内的热密封装置来固定这些重叠的折片;这种带子通常是金属的,并且被电加热。这两根带子设有两个相应的直线分支,它们通过这样一种方式沿相同的方向相互平行地延伸,即在它们之间形成一个进给通道。
已知香烟盒的各端面对因弯曲而强加于它的外部机械应力起作用,就好象它是沿周边受约束的一块板,所述两条带子的工作表面分别设置有许多均匀分布的凸起或垫片,并使它们沿进给通道同步前进。当包装盒通过两条带子之间的进给通道时,垫片以适当的方式向重叠的折片和包装盒的端面施加压力,从而通过压力和热的共同作用使折片封接在一起。
所述垫片通过与金属传送带接触,借助热传导方式加热,而传送带则由电加热。
在这种类型的一种特殊的热密封装置中,传送带及有关的垫片组是通过电磁感应加热的。使由一个与传送带连接的扩展器装置产生的电流通过沿传送带整个长度延伸并以短路将垫片彼此连接的导电体循环。垫片的电阻比嵌入传送带中的导体的电阻大,因而随着感应电流流过所述导体,使垫片的温度由最终的焦耳效应升高到高于传送带的温度的值。
上述这种形式的解决方案所遇到的主要缺点可归因于加热垫片的方法。
为了加热整个金属传送带以便加热垫片,或者为了发挥在传送带和扩展器之间产生的互感作用,以使电流沿传送带的整个长度流通有必要对相当大质量的材料进行加热,而这造成热量的浪费,也即能量的浪费,尤其是会造成一种热惯性很高的状态。因此,不能迅速调整垫片的温度以适应机器的瞬时速度。此外,给定将被加热的物质的大小,其温度的升高影响到传送带周围的整个区域,并因此在固定端部折层的操作期间对整个包装产生不需要的热传递。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,通过这种方法,可以对可热封的产品包装的所选部分进行固定,而不会带来现有技术中的任何上述缺陷。
所述的目的可采用根据本发明的用于固定可热封的产品包装的选定部分的方法实现。该方法包括使产品向着热封装置前进的步骤,该热封装置具体体现为一个进给通道,该进给通道沿着在预定进给方向上的预定路径延伸并且至少在其一侧被一个第一传送带包围,所述传送带环绕在相应的皮带轮上,并且沿预定的路径前进,其表面设置有许多垫片,垫片的位置使其沿进给通道与产品包装上的选定部分开始接触,该方法的特征在于,它还包括仅加热那些占据进给通道上至少一个限定部分的垫片的步骤。
本发明还涉及一种用于固定可热封的产品包装的选定部分的装置,具体采用一个进给通道,该进给通道沿着预定进给方向上的预定路径延伸并且至少在其一侧被一个第一传送带包围,所述传送带环绕在相应的皮带轮上,并且沿预定的路径前进,其表面设置有许多垫片,该垫片的位置使其沿完全相同的路径与产品包装上的选定部分形成接触,该设备的特征在于,它包括一个连同垫片一起工作的加热装置,该装置通过仅加热那些占据进给通道上至少一个限定部分的垫片的方式来设置和实施。

具体实施方式
参考图1,标号1表示一个热封装置的整体,该装置包括两个相同的带环,这两个带环可分别称为第一传送带2和第二传送带2,各传送带被绷紧在两个皮带轮3上,皮带轮3安装在各自的轴4上,而轴4之间相互平行并由各自的电机5驱动。两个传送带2提供两个相应的直线分支6,直线分支6彼此相向地设置,相互平行并可沿图1中标号7所标注的预定方向移动;由此,这两个分支6共同构成一个沿预定的路径9延伸的进给通道8,其进入点由标号10标出。
标号11标出了本说明书中所指出的连续的产品序列中的一件,例如可以是由相应的包装12包封的香烟包装盒,所述包装12由透明的可热封材料制成的片材13围绕包装盒11折叠而成;在传统的折叠工序中,片材13的某些部分伸出包装盒11的两个相对端面14之外,以提供用于两个端部折片15的材料,两个端部折片15最终将被部分重叠地压平到相应的端表面14上,以使透明包装12完全包在包装盒11的周围。两个端部折片15的中心重叠区域在本说明书中被称为“选定部分”,由标号16标出,所述选定部分16将由本发明所涉及的装置1进行热封。
分别由相应的包装12所包封的各单个包装盒11以传统的方式沿前面所述的预定方向7按给定频率向着热封装置1的进入点10前进。
各传送带2是由具有热绝缘和电绝缘性能的材料制成的,并且沿其外表面均匀分布有许多可弹性变形的柔性垫片17。单个垫片17的尺寸与所述单个包装盒11的端面14的尺寸基本相同,同时,垫片向外的表面18向外凸起,并按下述方式设置,即,当沿通道8前进时,给定垫片17的表面18将与位于与之相对的传送带2上的相应垫片17的表面18分开一个不大于单个包装盒11的长度的距离。
两个电机5中的一个作为主电机工作,并通过一个连接到传感器20的输入侧的监测和控制装置19与另一个随动电机相连,传感器20可用于检测皮带轮3的角速度。电机5的操作与监测和控制装置19是联锁的,所述监测和控制装置19的功能是作为一个以如下所述的方式响应从传感器20接受到的信号的同步机构,即确保前进中的传送带之间相互的停留时间,以及保证各垫片17由此在其沿进给通道8前进的期间与对置的传送带2上的相应垫片保持精确的对正。
监测和控制装置19的输入侧也连接一个敏感元件21,敏感元件21用于验证包装盒11的行程沿预定的方向17前进并接近通道8的进入点10。
除了由可弹性变形的材料制成和具有柔性外,垫片17由于包含有特种铁磁性材料材料而可以进行热传导。参考图2,更准确地说,各垫片17包括一个聚硅氧烷塑料材料的片体22,和嵌入并分散在塑料基体中的铁磁性材料粉末或薄板,通过这些铁磁性材料粉末或薄板可以进行前面所述的热传导。各单个垫片17在其两侧与相邻的垫片17之间是隔热的和电绝缘的。从图1可以看出,装置1的各传送带2与相应的一组感应器24相关联,感应器24相互间独立地工作,它们沿进给通道8顺序排列。感应器24的侧面与相应的直线分支6的内面,即与载有垫片17的一面相反的一面大体接触。
各感应器24可通过一个有关的选择器25与发生器26电连接,实际上所有的感应器24都与之相连。选择器25和发生器26二者的操作与监测和控制装置19是联锁的,它将提供能量以适当地激发至少一部分感应器24。
感应器24相对于沿进给通道8前进的垫片17所处的位置使得由感应器组所产生的磁通量可整个地或部分地耦合到垫片17上,从而使薄板23被带入磁场中并具有电动势(emf);于是产生出与磁场成比例的循环电流,通过该电流使板23被加热。加热电流的特征是该电流加给由铁磁性材料制成的板23的时间很短,是瞬时的,因而可在短时间内使垫片17被加热和冷却。由于是由绝缘材料,例如一种介电材料制成的,传送带2不受感应器24和垫片17之间发生的互感的影响,从而使加热作用完全集中到垫片17上。
根据在各垫片17沿进给通道8运动的过程中希望向各垫片17传递的热量的多少,监测和控制装置19触发选择器25,根据所接收的信号的类型,该选择器25又将使发生器26与一个或所有的感应器24连接。
很显然,被激发的感应器24的数目是垫片17的前进速率的函数,因此也是进给通道8的线速度的函数,并且它还是围绕包装盒11的包装12所采用材料13的类型的函数。事实上,垫片17的前进速率越快,则任意一个垫片17停留在允许与一被激发的感应器24耦合的位置上的时间就越短。
例如,如果在传送带2的某一线速度V(利用传感器20由皮带轮的角速度得出),因此也就是垫片17沿进给通道8移动的线速度为V时,可以在仅等于两个感应器24的通道8的区段内传递为了成功地进行对片材13的选定部分16的热封由垫片17所需的热量,则监测和控制装置19将这样触发选择器25,即,只将感应器组中的头两个感应器24耦合到电发生器26上。一旦传送带的线速度V1>V,则监测和控制装置19显然将通过使更多的感应器24与电发生器26耦合的方式激发选择器25,从而增大进给通道8的垫片17与被激励的感应器24沿其相互耦合的那段的长度。监测和控制装置19,传感器20,选择器25和电发生器26联合构成监测和控制机构27,而感应器24的组则构成加热机构28和类似的感应机构29。为了充分发挥互感的作用并因此当与感应器24耦合时使垫片17的热势能达到最大,垫片17可包含一个埋置在同一聚硅氧烷塑料基体22中的铁磁线圈30,如图3所示。
在装置1的优选方案中,垫片17与各自的传送带2为一个整体。
由前面所述可以看出,所描述的和说明的热封装置1可以迅速地适应与之有关的对机器的任何操作要求,因为它可以按照主要条件的规定,很容易地只加热占据进给通道8的适当比例长度的给定数目的垫片17;此外,装置1非常简单并且节能效果很好。
Claims (28)
1.一种用于固定可热封的产品包装的选定部分的方法,包括使产品(11)朝一热封装置(1)前进的步骤,热封装置体现为一个进给通道(8),该进给通道(8)在预定的进给方向(7)上沿预定路径(9)延伸,并至少在一侧被一第一传送带(2)包围,第一传送带(2)环绕在相应的皮带轮(3)上,并沿预定路径(9)前进,其表面设置有许多垫片(17),将垫片(17)设置成可使其沿进给通道(8)开始与产品包装(12)的选定部分(16)接触,其特征在于,该方法还包括下列步骤:对占据进给通道(8)的至少一个限定部分的各垫片(17)进行加热而与其它垫片(17)无关,其中,根据所要密封的相应的可热封的产品包装而对各垫片(17)加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,加热垫片(17)的步骤包括下面这样一个步骤:根据当产品沿通道(8)通过时对产品(11)的选定部分(16)进行热封所需向各垫片(17)传递的热量,改变进给通道(8)的垫片沿其被加热的限定部分的数目。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,传递给各垫片(17)的热量是根据产品沿进给通道(8)前进的速率和制作包装(12)所采用的材料(13)的类型确定的。
4.如权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,加热垫片(17)的步骤是通过与垫片(17)联合工作的机构(28)的作用实现的,机构(28)以仅对垫片(17)加热的方式设置和实施。
5.如权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,加热垫片(17)的步骤是通过由加热机构(28)的作用产生的电磁感应实现的,加热机构(28)包括仅可与垫片(17)相互耦合的相应感应机构(29)。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,感应机构(29)由与进给通道(8)相联系的一组相互独立的感应器(24)构成,这组感应器沿预定路径(9)分布,并与各自的监测和控制机构(27)相连,该监测和控制机构的设置和实施方式使其可以有选择地激励和去激励一个或更多的感应器(24),并因此改变通道(8)上限定部分的数目,在第一传送带(2)前进的期间,沿通道的所述限定部分在被激活的感应器(24)和与感应器(24)耦合的相应垫片(17)之间如此地产生互感,即,使得仅对垫片(17)进行加热。
7.如权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,第一传送带(2)由具有电绝缘和热绝缘性能的材料制成。
8.如权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的方法,其中,垫片(17)由具有柔性和热传导性的材料制成,其特征是,具有磁性,从而允许它们与感应器(24)相互耦合。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,垫片(17)的特征是具有低的热惯性。
10.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,单个垫片(17)由聚硅氧烷材料(22)构成,该聚硅氧烷材料包含有铁磁性材料的粉末或薄板(23)。
11.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,单个垫片(17)由聚硅氧烷材料(22)构成,其中埋置有铁磁性材料的线圈(30)。
12.如权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的方法,可适用于包括香烟盒(11)的产品,所述香烟盒(11)外包有可热封的材料(13),并且具有相应的端面(14),各端面由包装(12)的部分重叠的折片(5)盖住,该部分重叠的折片形成欲被热封的选定部分(16),其特征在于,进给通道(8)的两侧分别由第一和第二传送带(2)上相对且平行的直线分支(6)包围,第一和第二传送带(2)环绕在各自的皮带轮(3)上,并分别载有许多均匀分布的垫片(17),使垫片(17)沿通道(8)同步前进,而且垫片(17)具有相应的凸出表面(18),该凸出的表面相对设置,并且相互分开一个不大于单个包装盒(11)的端面(14)之间的距离的距离。
13.如权利要求1-3中的任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,单个垫片(17)可与两侧的相邻垫片(17)之间热绝缘且电绝缘。
14.一种用于固定可热封的产品包装的选定部分的装置,包括一个热封装置(1),该热封装置(1)具体是由一个进给通道(8)实现的,该进给通道(8)在预定的进给方向(7)上沿预定路径(9)延伸,并至少在一侧被一第一传送带(2)包围,该第一传送带环绕在相应的皮带轮(3)上,并与预定路径(9)平行地前进,其表面设置有许多垫片(17),将垫片(17)设置成可使其沿相同的路径(9)开始与包装(13)上的选定部分(16)接触,其特征在于,该装置中包括一个与垫片(17)联合工作的加热机构(28),其设置和实施方式使其对占据进给通道(8)的至少一个限定部分的各垫片(17)进行加热而与其它垫片(17)无关,其中,根据所要密封的相应的可热封的产品包装而对各垫片(17)进行加热。
15.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,以这样一种方式设置和实施加热机构(28),即使其可以根据当产品(11)沿进给通道(8)通过时为了对包装(12)的选定部分(16)进行热封而需要传递给单个垫片(17)的热量,改变进给通道(8)的垫片(17)沿其被加热的限定部分的数目。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,由加热机构(28)向单个垫片(17)传递的热量取决于沿进给通道(8)前进的速率和包装(12)所采用的材料(13)的类型。
17.如权利要求14至16中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,加热机构(28)包括仅可与垫片(17)相互耦合的感应机构(29),它可与垫片(17)产生相互的电磁感应。
