Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺,包括以下步骤:称量、配比,混料、球磨,取料干燥,碾磨过筛,干压成型,烧结成型,抛光打磨,CNC加工,所述韧性粉末为氧化镁和锆粉。各组分质量百分比,氧化铝粉末粉末为78%—86%,氧化钙2%,韧性粉末0.8%—1.2%,颜色粉末3.5%—4.6%,酒精4.5%—6%,其余为粘结剂。所述韧性粉末为氧化镁和锆粉。所述颜色粉末为氧化铁、氧化镧或氧化锰。所述粘结剂为乙烯丙烯酸乙酯、聚苯乙烯。本发明所述应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺,加入锆粉,提高韧性,同时添加颜色粉末,可形成颜色各异的各种形状,适宜应用于5G手机背板。

Description

一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于手机背板加工领域,具体涉及一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺。
背景技术
手机背板材质逐渐从金属过渡到玻璃和氧化锆,但玻璃和氧化锆材质的手机背板在室温中导热性很差,而5G手机普遍采用大电池加快充的方式,这是因为5G芯片耗电量是4G的2.5倍,5G手机包含许多会产生热量的组件,同时也包含很多受热容易影响性能和寿命的组件。因此玻璃和氧化锆材质的手机背板不能很好地满足5G通讯手机的要求。
高性能氧化铝陶瓷已在手机指纹识别、智能穿戴无线充电背盖等方面逐渐获得越来越多的应用,正成为手机企业产业链进军5G时代的重要材料选择,氧化铝陶瓷采用氧化铝粉体烧结加工而成。虽然氧化铝陶瓷无电磁信号屏蔽,韧性好,散热性优异,坚硬耐磨,但其断裂韧性较低,且颜色单一,影响其成为5G手机背板的材料。
发明内容
针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺,提升氧化铝陶瓷的韧性,且丰富颜色种类。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.称量,配比,
称取氧化铝粉末、氧化钙、韧性粉末、颜色粉末、酒精、粘结剂,各组分质量百分比,氧化铝粉末粉末为78%—86%,氧化钙2%,韧性粉末0.8%—1.2%,颜色粉末3.5%—4.6%,酒精4.5%—6%,其余为粘结剂,
按照已设计的配方,使用电子精密天平称量所需原料,严格按照所设计配方数据并精确到小数点最后一位,称量过程中需要保证实验台和天平的干净整洁,门窗处于关闭状态,以免造成数据误差;
S2.混料、球磨,
按照球料比称取适量的球磨球放入球磨罐中;将以上原料搅拌混合均匀,放入球磨罐;将球磨罐放入行星式球磨机中球磨11小时以上;
S3.取料干燥,
取出球磨结束后的混合料放入瓷盘中,酒精清洗球磨罐减少原料的浪费,清洗完毕后将装满酒精与混料的瓷盘放入干燥箱中干燥;
S4.碾磨过筛,
取出干燥完全的混合料,放入碾钵中碾磨,取100目的网盘过筛,得到混合均匀的氧化铝混合陶瓷粉末;
S5.干压成型,
将混合均匀的氧化铝陶瓷粉末放入专用手机背板模具后,采用粉末压片机压片成型得到手机背板胚体。
S6.烧结成型,
压片完成后将成型的胚体陶瓷背板放入箱式节能烧结炉中,通过28~35h的烧结得到手机陶瓷背板。
S7.抛光打磨,
将烧制成功的手机背板放上拖拽式机密碾磨抛光机进行抛光打磨,得到质感光滑、颜色光亮的成品背板;
S8.CNC加工,
对手机背板曲面弧度、安装孔进行打磨,得到成品。
进一步地,所述韧性粉末为氧化镁和锆粉。
进一步地,所述颜色粉末为氧化铁、氧化镧或氧化锰。
进一步地,所述粘结剂为乙烯丙烯酸乙酯、聚苯乙烯。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的氧化铝陶瓷,加入锆粉,提高韧性,同时添加颜色粉末,可形成颜色各异的各种形状,同时具备高强度、高硬度、高热导率特性、高电阻率、低介电常数和介电损耗以及优良的透波性能,适宜应用于5G手机背板。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,一种应用于5G手机背板的氧化铝陶瓷加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1.称量,配比,
称取氧化铝粉末、氧化钙、韧性粉末、颜色粉末、酒精、粘结剂,各组分质量百分比,氧化铝粉末粉末为78%—86%,氧化钙2%,韧性粉末0.8%—1.2%,颜色粉末3.5%—4.6%,酒精4.5%—6%,其余为粘结剂,

S1.称量,配比,
称取氧化铝粉末、氧化钙、韧性粉末、颜色粉末、酒精、粘结剂,各组分质量百分比,氧化铝粉末粉末为78%—86%,氧化钙2%,韧性粉末0.8%—1.2%,颜色粉末3.5%—4.6%,酒精4.5%—6%,其余为粘结剂,
按照已设计的配方,使用电子精密天平称量所需原料,严格按照所设计配方数据并精确到小数点最后一位,称量过程中需要保证实验台和天平的干净整洁,门窗处于关闭状态,以免造成数据误差;
S2.混料、球磨,
按照球料比称取适量的球磨球放入球磨罐中;将以上原料搅拌混合均匀,放入球磨罐;将球磨罐放入行星式球磨机中球磨11小时以上;
S3.取料干燥,
取出球磨结束后的混合料放入瓷盘中,酒精清洗球磨罐减少原料的浪费,清洗完毕后将装满酒精与混料的瓷盘放入干燥箱中干燥;
S4.碾磨过筛,
取出干燥完全的混合料,放入碾钵中碾磨,取100目的网盘过筛,得到混合均匀的氧化铝混合陶瓷粉末;
S5.干压成型,
将混合均匀的氧化铝陶瓷粉末放入专用手机背板模具后,采用粉末压片机压片成型得到手机背板胚体。
S6.烧结成型,
压片完成后将成型的胚体陶瓷背板放入箱式节能烧结炉中,通过28~35h的烧结得到手机陶瓷背板。
S7.抛光打磨,
将烧制成功的手机背板放上拖拽式机密碾磨抛光机进行抛光打磨,得到质感光滑、颜色光亮的成品背板;
S8.CNC加工,
对手机背板曲面弧度、安装孔进行打磨,得到成品。
