Example 28 one or 2 outer casings of food containing a core material, each having a cavity therein, were obtained by a known technique for producing steamed sponge cakes from raw materials for producing steamed sponge cakes by placing the food core material jam in an edible container and then in the cavity of the outer casing therein, applying an edible adhesive to the adhesive layer between the edible container and the outer casing (the outer casing and the outer casing can be bonded by the edible adhesive or bonded by other means such as hot melting), and then mechanically pressurizing and reinforcing the adhesive layer at the edges thereof, the outer casing having a variable shape and composition, the core material being selected from the group consisting of a melon and fruit product, or other suitable food, the edible container being formed by processing radish, and then sterilizing and filling nitrogen as required for packaging and selling.
Example 29A model of well-known oil-clear raw materials was used to produce 2 outer shells of a core-containing food product by a well-known technique of producing oil clear, the shells having a recess therein, the food core was grilled fish (placed in an edible container) or directly placed in the cavity of the outer shell, the food core was coated on the adhesive layer between the edible container and the outer shell by using an edible adhesive, the adhesive layer at the edge of the food core was mechanically pressed and reinforced (the edible container and the outer shell were bonded by using an edible adhesive or other means such as hot melting), the outer shell was varied in shape and composition, the food core or other suitable food could be made of pumpkin meat, and the edible container was sterilized and filled with nitrogen as needed for packaging and selling.
Example 30 an outer casing of a food containing a core is obtained from a raw material of a known brown or jelly by a known technique for producing the brown or jelly, the outer casing having a cavity therein, an edible container is formed by processing a pear or a melon, a bean paste as a food core is put into the edible container pear or melon and sealed inside, or a jam as a food core, a sauce or a vegetable is put into the edible container square leg or ham and sealed inside, and then put into the cavity of the outer casing, in this example, a wrapper or a moon cake skin is used as a core for the edible container, an edible adhesive is applied to an adhesive layer between the edible container and the outer casing, the top cover and the outer casing are bonded by the edible adhesive or by other means such as hot melting, and then the adhesive layer at the edge is mechanically pressed and reinforced, the outer casing can be changed in shape and composition, and the core can also be formed by a fruit or other suitable food, the edible container is also made of pumpkin meat, and then the pumpkin meat is sterilized, filled with nitrogen, packaged and sold according to needs.

the shell is formed by bread with a cavity or a pit inside, the edible container containing the food core material is placed in the cavity or the pit inside the shell after the shell is formed, the edible film and the edible coating are arranged in the cavity or the pit after the shell is formed, the edible film or the edible coating is coated on the shell and the edible container, the shell and the edible container are provided with a feeding port, and the shell and the edible container are provided with a top cover and a bottom cover.

1: edible container with egg white, 2: edible container made of edible film, 3: jelly with a cavity or a pit inside, 4: chocolate-made edible container, 5: an edible container made of melons, fruits and vegetables with cavities inside, and 6: bread with a cavity or a pit inside, 7. an edible container made of sugar, 8: edible container made of fruit with cavity or pit inside, 9: ice made edible container, 10: an edible container composed of ham sausages with cavities or four pits inside, 11: an edible container made of a biscuit having a cavity or well inside, 12: an egg cone.
4. The cored food according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the outer shell is formed by any one of the following materials:
a: egg-natto shell, B: outer shell of edible film, C: chocolate shell, D: a shell made of a bread with a cavity or a pit inside, E: a jelly-made casing having a cavity or a pit therein, F: ice shell, G: shell, H by the melon and fruit system that there is cavity or pit inside: a casing made of ham sausage with a cavity or a pit inside, I: is a steamed sponge cake shell with a cavity or a pit inside.
