随着国民生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活用品的要求也越来越高。纺织品是人们日常生活中必不可少的,例如面巾、浴巾以及衣物等。
面巾、浴巾在日常生活中用途广泛,使用者根据用途需要,往往需要选择具备特殊材质的面料进行针对使用,例如我们生活中经常使用的毛巾(towel)是以纺织纤维(如棉花)为原料表面起毛圈绒头或毛圈绒头割绒的机织物,一般以纯棉纱线为原料,少量有掺用混纺纱线或化学纤维纱的,用毛巾织机织制而成。毛巾作为擦拭我们肌肤的面料,人们对其功能需求不断提高,柔软性、吸水性、吸附性都是现代人们对于织物的主要要求。特别对于女性洁面等使用的情况下,是否能够更加吸水、柔软,并清洁干净彩妆,就成为现在纤维织物的主要技术方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种毛圈纺织用纱线、织物及洁面巾,它所制得的产品吸水性好,毛圈的质地更加蓬松,对污物具有优越的吸附力。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种毛圈纺织用纱线,所述纱线的横截面的图像为弧形。
进一步的,所述纱线通过水溶性辅材纤维和基材纤维制造并条混纺制得,所述水溶性纤维被去除,在基材纤维的径向周面上形成凹腔,使纱线的截面呈现弧形结构。
进一步的,所述水溶性辅材纤维是聚乙烯醇纤维,
所述基材纤维是天然纤维,或人造纤维,或天然纤维与人造纺织纤维的共混物,所述天然纤维包括棉纤维、蚕丝纤维、竹纤维、炭纤维中的任意一种或几种,所述人造纤维包括黏胶纤维、富强纤维、醋酯纤维、维纶、腈纶、氨纶、涤纶、锦纶中的一种或几种。
进一步的,其制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将水溶性辅材纤维按纱线重量的15%-40%,与基材纤维喂入并条机混纺,喂入时保持水溶性辅材纤维在基材纤维的一侧,并行喂入,得到混纺条子;
S2,精梳机进一步并条牵伸展,得到具有基材纤维和水溶性辅材纤维纵向混纺的长丝,即为预制纱线;
S3,将预制纱线经水处理,40℃-100℃浸泡10-20分钟溶解水溶性纤维后,即得到带有弧形截面的纱线。
作为本发明的另一个方面,一种织物,所述织物为毛圈织物,所述毛圈为使用上述的毛圈纺织用纱线,每股毛圈的合股根数使用600-1200根纱线,所述纱线沿径向设置绑线,所述绑线将形成每股毛圈的纱线组沿横向捆束。
作为本发明的另一个方面,一种洁面巾,洁面巾的一面或两面使用上述织物。
进一步的,洁面巾的一面使用上述织物,且洁面巾的另一面为绒面。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本纱线的截面为弧形,具有韧性好且丰富空气储备的横截面,凹陷面的吸附能力及吸水能力优越,所制得的产品吸水性好,毛圈的质地更加蓬松,如果用于制造洁面巾,能够在不实用卸妆产品的情况下对面部彩妆清洁彻底。同时毛圈的纺织中,每间隔一段距离,在每股毛圈的合股纱线上就有横向的系有丝线扣,能有效防止脱线脱丝,我们的毛圈织物产品,毛圈不会被勾线拉出,非常的结实耐用。

下述实施例中所涉及的仪器、试剂、材料等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规仪器、试剂、材料等,可通过正规商业途径获得。下述实施例中所涉及的实验方法,检测方法等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规实验方法,检测方法等。
实施例1:一种毛圈纺织用纱线
纱线的横截面为弧形,制作方法为:
采用的水溶性辅材纤维是:PVA纤维,按纱线总总量的30%使用
采用的基材纤维是:棉纤维
以200米/分钟的速度将一条2头精梳棉条和一条PVA棉条并条的混纺通道,用于混合并使纤维彼此更平行;
在混纺并条机喂入棉条的过程中,PVA棉条与精梳棉条并列平行保持;
在精梳机并条机上牵伸,以制得具有均匀的棉和PVA纤维的纵向混纺的长丝,并以250米/分钟的速度通过自调匀整输送,以确保两种组分在最终长条中的混合,得到粗纱;
在高速纺纱机上生产的混合好的粗纱在棉纺环锭细纱机上纺成纱线;
90℃浸泡12分钟溶解水溶性纤维后,即得到带有弧形截面的纱线。
应用的树脂包埋纤维技术,对上述制得的纱线进行横截面切片观察,由于本纱线的截面为半圆弧形,故需要考虑切片过程中纱线的挤压变形。
方法如下:
(1)包埋剂的配制
将甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)按3∶2.6(体积比)的比例混合,加入少量的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),置于恒温磁力搅拌器上搅拌5个小时左右,以使PMMA充分溶解于MMA/BMA混合单体中。向包埋单体溶液中加入1%(按包埋单体的总重量计)的过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO),搅拌半个小时左右,即可制得所需包埋剂。
(2)纱线包埋体的制作
用缝纫线将纱线的两端固定,将准备好的试样放入一端密封的聚丙烯管中,将包埋剂倒入聚丙烯管中,并放入真空干燥器中抽真空,然后把聚丙烯管的另一端密封。密封后可以通过拉动缝纫线使纱线在塑料硬管中保持平行顺直。将制好的试样置于烘箱中,在65℃下聚合8h,制得纱线包埋体。
(3)切片的制作
除去聚丙烯管取出纤维包埋体,夹在LeicaRM2126RT型手摇切片机的载物台上进行切片。
将制好的切片试样放在滴有甘油的载玻片上,盖上盖玻片后使用YG002C纤维检测系统观察纱线的横截面。
结论:通过切片观察,可知本发明的纱线的横截面具有弧形的结构。
实施例2:一种织物
使用实施例1的纱线纺织获得,具体为毛圈织物,且每股毛圈的合股根数使用900根纱线,所述纱线沿径向设置绑线,所述绑线将形成每股毛圈的纱线组沿横向捆束。
实施例3:一种洁面巾
其一面为实施例2的织物毛圈面,另一面为绒面,方形包边,具有极好的吸水效果,且用于洁面巾能够在不实用卸妆产品的前提下将面部彩妆清洗干净,对粉质和油质具有非常优越的吸附效果。

5.根据权利要求2所述一种毛圈纺织用纱线,其特征在于,其制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1,将水溶性辅材纤维按纱线重量的15%-40%,与基材纤维喂入并条机混纺,喂入时保持水溶性辅材纤维在基材纤维的一侧,并行喂入,得到混纺条子;
S2,精梳机进一步并条牵伸展,得到具有基材纤维和水溶性辅材纤维纵向混纺的长丝,即为预制纱线;
S3,将预制纱线经水处理,40℃-100℃浸泡10-20分钟溶解水溶性纤维后,即得到带有弧形截面的纱线。
6.一种织物,所述织物为毛圈织物,其特征在于,所述毛圈为使用如权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种毛圈纺织用纱线,每股毛圈的合股根数使用600-1200根纱线,所述纱线沿径向设置绑线,所述绑线将形成每股毛圈的纱线组沿横向捆束。
7.一种洁面巾,其特征在于,洁面巾的一面或两面使用如权利要求5所述的织物。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种洁面巾,其特征在于,洁面巾的一面使用如权利要求5所述的织物,且洁面巾的另一面为绒面。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种洁面巾,其特征在于,所述绒面为植绒面。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种洁面巾,其特征在于,所述洁面巾为方巾,且边侧设置包边。
