发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,以更高的效率提供该类型的ABS环。所述技术问题根据本发明通过权利要求1的技术特征解决,与此同时,本发明的有利的设计方式和改进方式能够由从属权利要求得知。
本发明涉及一种ABS环。
根据规定,ABS环由板材条(或者说板材带)制备,和/或ABS环具有至少一个紧固区域,所述紧固区域将ABS环的两个沿ABS环的圆周方向相邻的区域相互紧固。根据本发明能够以更高效率制造ABS环。尤其可以实现的是,在制造中不需要用于加工杯形坯的昂贵的弯曲冲制工具。此外还可以实现的是,在略有设计改变(例如角度变化)的情况下不必设置新的工具。此外还可以实现的是,能够以简单的方式基于纵长的、条带状的板材通过简单的分离、成本低廉地制成用于制造不同直径的ABS环的初始形状。

具体实施方式
图1示出穿过带有根据本发明的ABS环10的车轮轴承单元的立体部分剖视图,所述ABS环由板材条12(图4)制成。车轮轴承单元可以是货车、轿车或轨道交通工具的部件。ABS环紧固在车轮轴承单元的结构元件22上,所述结构元件构造为外圈。两组滚动体36、38设计用于,在车轮轴承单元运行过程在车轮轴承单元的外圈与两个内圈40、42之间滚动。外圈、内圈和滚动体构成两个锥形滚子轴承。
ABS环贴靠在外圈的径向外部区域上。此外,ABS环还具有紧固区域16,所述紧固区域将两个在其圆周方向上相邻的区域18、20(图3)形状配合地相互紧固。此外,ABS环通过ABS环的弯曲区域24紧固在外圈上,所述弯曲区域咬合在外圈的沿圆周方向延伸的槽44中。
在用于制造ABS环的方法中,首先制造板材条12,并且在所述板材条上构造梳状结构26(图4)。后者、也即梳状结构例如通过对单独的纵长矩形的冲制实现。此外,在板材条的两个最远相互间隔的端部28、30上形成紧固元件32、34,所述紧固元件设计用于所述端部相互间形状配合的固定。一个紧固元件32是在其尖端上拓宽的接片(或者说舌片、簧片),一个紧固元件34是与所述紧固元件32的形状对应的凹缺。所述紧固元件32、34同样能够通过冲制形成。
为了板材条的装配,板材条贴靠在较大圈的相应的径向外表面上,并且构成该圈的形状,其中,紧固元件32插入紧固元件34中。随后通过弯曲形成区域24。在该过程之后实现中间状态(图5和图6),从该中间状态开始,梳状结构还通过沿径向向内的弯曲形成其最终有效位置,在所述最终有效位置中,梳状结构贴靠在外圈的相对于车轮轴承的旋转轴线倾斜约45°的环形的表面上。当在车轮轴承单元不同型号中外圈的所述表面在其倾斜角度方面有所差别时,可以通过所用弯曲工具的简单改变来实现与倾斜相匹配的、不同的弯曲。由此,取代上述45°,还可以简单地实现30°或90°。
在图7中示出一种备选的实施例。基本上保持相同的构件、技术特征和功能原则上标注以相同的附图标记。然而为了区分所述实施例,在图7的实施例的附图标记中添加字母“a”。以下说明主要限定图1至图6中实施例的区别,其中,就保持相同的构件、技术特征和功能而言可以援引对图1至图6中的实施例的描述。
图7示出根据本发明的ABS环10a的备选实施例,所述ABS环是车轮轴承单元的部件。该ABS环在与车轮轴承单元的构造为外圈的结构元件22a接触之前仍处于板材条的状态下,在装配所述ABS环时,板材条的梳状结构插入外圈的环形的凹缺中,并且通过梳状结构的尖端的弯曲形成区域24a,所述区域咬合在槽44a中并且由此将ABS环紧固在外圈上,所述槽布置在外圈的径向内部面上并且沿圆周方向延伸。随后板材条的区域46a沿径向向外且沿轴向朝加热体38a的方向弯曲,所述区域46a在ABS环的最后装配步骤之前具有圆筒的形状,从而使该区域46a从ABS环的梳状结构开始相对于车轮轴承单元的旋转轴线以约60°向外延伸并且在此贴靠在外圈的表面上。随后,由板材和弹性材料制成的密封元件48a被压入ABS环的梳状结构中。
