Abstract
本发明公开了一种UVLED光油的配方,包括以下组分:丙烯酸环氧树脂、丙烯酸聚酯树脂、丙烯酸单体、光敏剂、感光性树脂、消泡剂、流平剂、己二醇和光稳定剂,所述分量如下:丙烯酸环氧树脂20‑30份;丙烯酸聚酯树脂10‑20份;丙烯酸单体40‑50份;光敏剂10‑12份;感光性树脂10‑12份;消泡剂0.5‑1份;流平剂0.5‑1份;己二醇1‑2份;光稳定剂0.3‑0.5份,所述光油的工艺包括A:部分材料加热;B:剩余材料混合匀速搅拌;C:把A加入B后高速搅拌;D:检验、过滤和包装。本发明工艺合理,并且通过添加己二醇和光稳定剂从而使光油干燥速度快且使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及UV光油技术领域,特别涉及一种UVLED光油的配方。
背景技术
UV光油是一种透明的涂料,也有人称之为UV清漆,其作用是喷涂或滚涂在基材表面之后,经过UV灯的照射,使其由液态转化为固态,进而达到表面硬化,实现其耐刮耐划的作用,且表面看起来光亮、美观、质感圆润。然而,传统的UV光油的干燥速度普遍较慢,且使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种UVLED光油的配方,具有干燥速度快和使用寿命长的优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种UVLED光油的配方,包括以下组分:丙烯酸环氧树脂、丙烯酸聚酯树脂、丙烯酸单体、光敏剂、感光性树脂、消泡剂、流平剂、己二醇和光稳定剂,所述分量如下:丙烯酸环氧树脂20-30份;丙烯酸聚酯树脂10-20份;丙烯酸单体40-50份;光敏剂10-12份;感光性树脂10-12份;消泡剂0.5-1份;流平剂0.5-1份;己二醇1-2份;光稳定剂0.3-0.5份,所述光油的工艺包括A:部分材料加热;B:剩余材料混合匀速搅拌;C:把A加入B后高速搅拌;D:检验、过滤和包装。
作为优选,在A中先将一部分丙烯酸单体与光敏剂和光稳定剂在温度100℃以下混合加热,直至完全融化。
作为优选,在B中把剩下的部分丙烯酸单体与环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、感光性树脂、消泡剂和流平剂混合加入在反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度600-900转/分钟,最终通过搅拌把材料都分散均匀。
作为优选,在C中先把A中完全融化的材料加入存放着剩余材料的反应釜中,接着再把己二醇加入至反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度900-1200转/分钟,最终通过快速搅拌把所有材料都分散均匀。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为矿物油活聚醚改性有机硅。
作为优选,所述流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅烷。
作为优选,所述光稳定剂为UV3346。
本发明提供了一种UVLED光油的配方,包含丙烯酸环氧树脂、丙烯酸聚酯树脂、丙烯酸单体、光敏剂、感光性树脂、消泡剂、流平剂、己二醇和光稳定剂,消泡剂能降低水、溶液、悬浮液等的表面张力,并且防止了泡沫形成;流平剂能促使光油在干燥成膜过程中形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜,并且能减少刷涂时产生斑点和斑痕的可能性,增加覆盖性,使成膜均匀、自然;己二醇作为助剂时能加快光油的干燥速度,光稳定剂能屏蔽或吸收紫外线的能量,猝灭单线态氧及将氢过氧化物分解成非活性物质等功能,使光油在光的辐射下,能排除或减缓光化学反应可能性,阻止或延迟光老化的过程,从而达到延长光油使用寿命的目的。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,保护范围并不仅局限于该实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案应当属于本发明的保护范围。同时应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
一种UVLED光油的配方,包括以下组分:丙烯酸环氧树脂、丙烯酸聚酯树脂、丙烯酸单体、光敏剂、感光性树脂、消泡剂、流平剂、己二醇和光稳定剂,消泡剂为矿物油活聚醚改性有机硅,流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅烷,光稳定剂为UV3346,分量如下:丙烯酸环氧树脂20-30份;丙烯酸聚酯树脂10-20份;丙烯酸单体40-50份;光敏剂10-12份;感光性树脂10-12份;消泡剂0.5-1份;流平剂0.5-1份;己二醇1-2份;光稳定剂0.3-0.5份。
光油的工艺包括A:部分材料加热;先将一部分丙烯酸单体与光敏剂和光稳定剂在温度100℃以下混合加热,直至完全融化。
B:剩余材料混合匀速搅拌,把剩下的部分丙烯酸单体与环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、感光性树脂、消泡剂和流平剂混合加入在反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度600-900转/分钟,最终通过搅拌把材料都分散均匀。
C:把A加入B后高速搅拌,先把A中完全融化的材料加入存放着剩余材料的反应釜中,接着再把己二醇加入至反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度900-1200转/分钟,最终通过快速搅拌把所有材料都分散均匀。
D:检验、过滤和包装。

1.一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,包括以下组分:丙烯酸环氧树脂、丙烯酸聚酯树脂、丙烯酸单体、光敏剂、感光性树脂、消泡剂、流平剂、己二醇和光稳定剂,所述分量如下:丙烯酸环氧树脂20-30份;丙烯酸聚酯树脂10-20份;丙烯酸单体40-50份;光敏剂10-12份;感光性树脂10-12份;消泡剂0.5-1份;流平剂0.5-1份;己二醇1-2份;光稳定剂0.3-0.5份,所述光油的工艺包括A:部分材料加热;B:剩余材料混合匀速搅拌;C:把A加入B后高速搅拌;D:检验、过滤和包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,在A中先将一部分丙烯酸单体与光敏剂和光稳定剂在温度100℃以下混合加热,直至完全融化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,在B中把剩下的部分丙烯酸单体与环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、感光性树脂、消泡剂和流平剂混合加入在反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度600-900转/分钟,最终通过搅拌把材料都分散均匀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,在C中先把A中完全融化的材料加入存放着剩余材料的反应釜中,接着再把己二醇加入至反应釜中,反应釜搅拌速度900-1200转/分钟,最终通过快速搅拌把所有材料都分散均匀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物油活聚醚改性有机硅。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚醚改性有机硅烷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种UVLED光油的配方,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为UV3346。
