Abstract
本发明公开了一种行车轮结构,包括金属内层和外覆层,所述外覆层为PE+PP复合耐磨层,所述金属内层中心位置为连接端,连接端为直接连接端或是涨紧连接端,外覆层外侧设有电镀层。本发明耐酸碱,并且耐磨度和硬度高,整体使用寿命高,且使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及锻件领域,特别涉及一种行车轮结构。
背景技术
行车轮使用范围广,主要用于重型器械的行进,是一种容易起出现损坏的轮体,其一般要求结构简单,连接方便,且车轮具备较高的硬度。
目前的行车轮为纯金属结构或是采用PU层包覆,但是PU不耐磨,产品的使用寿命短,生产成本高。
更者,目前的行车轮在酸碱环境下的使用寿命上存在明显差异。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种行车轮结构,耐酸碱,并且耐磨度和硬度高,整体使用寿命高,且使用方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种行车轮结构,包括金属内层和外覆层,所述外覆层为PE+PP复合耐磨层,所述金属内层中心位置为连接端,连接端为直接连接端或是涨紧连接端,外覆层外侧设有电镀层。
进一步地,连接端为圆形的贯通孔,其圆周部设有限位槽口。
进一步地,连接端为圆形的贯通孔,其内设有锁紧轴套。
综上所述,本发明具备以下优点:
本发明提供一种行车轮结构,耐酸碱,并且耐磨度和硬度高,整体使用寿命高,且使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1:
一种行车轮结构,如图1所示,包括金属内层1和外覆层2,具体的,外覆层2为PE+PP复合耐磨层,相较于PU层,其耐磨性能和硬度更优更高。
金属内层1中心位置为连接端3,连接端3为直接连接端,具体的,连接端3为圆形的贯通孔,其圆周部设有限位槽口31,在连接上,行车的连接轴穿设在贯通孔内,其上对应的限位结构与限位槽口连接限位。
外覆层2外侧设有电镀层,使得本结构在酸碱环境下能够适用,实用性更强。
实施例2:
一种行车轮结构,如图2所示,包括金属内层1和外覆层2,具体的,外覆层2为PE+PP复合耐磨层,相较于PU层,其耐磨性能和硬度更优更高。
金属内层1中心位置为连接端3,连接端3为直接连接端,具体的,连接端3为圆形的贯通孔,其内设有锁紧轴套4。
在连接上,行车的连接轴通过锁紧轴套4在贯通孔内于行车轮固定。
而锁紧轴套作为市面上较为常见产品,其选用具备多样性,如上海松铭Z7型胀紧连接套。
外覆层2外侧设有电镀层,使得本结构在酸碱环境下能够适用,实用性更强。
综上所述,本方案耐酸碱,并且耐磨度和硬度高,整体使用寿命高,且使用方便。

1.一种行车轮结构,其特征在于:包括金属内层(1)和外覆层(2),所述外覆层(2)为PE+PP复合耐磨层,所述金属内层(1)中心位置为连接端(3),所述连接端(3)为直接连接端或是涨紧连接端,所述外覆层(2)外侧设有电镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种行车轮结构,其特征在于:所述连接端(3)为圆形的贯通孔,其圆周部设有限位槽口(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种行车轮结构,其特征在于:所述连接端(3)为圆形的贯通孔,其内设有锁紧轴套(4)。
