Abstract
本发明提供一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,按照如下步骤进行:一、制备单层膜:将光学亚克力胶做成无基材,然后在上下底层各贴合一层离型薄膜形成单层压敏胶;二、膜分离:将步骤一中两个单层膜的单侧离型膜进行分离;三、贴合:将步骤二中的去除单侧离型膜的单层膜通过挤压装置进行压合。本发明将压敏胶涂布在离型膜上再将离型膜之间进行贴合,使压敏胶充分烘干,多次涂布再复合生产的工艺具有更好的填充效果,模切不溢胶等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及压敏胶制造领域,尤其涉及一种厚胶多层贴合工艺。
背景技术
已有的涂布方式是一种复合技术,通过这种涂布方式,可以将压敏胶涂于各种各样的基材之上,制成多种多样的复合材料。目前国产压敏胶针对一次性的涂布方式生产出来的厚胶,不能满足市场触摸屏材料的填充需求及使用效果。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中提到的问题,本发明提供一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,按照以下步骤进行实施:一、制备单层膜:将光学亚克力胶做成无基材,然后在上下底层各贴合一层离型薄膜形成单层压敏胶;二、膜分离:将步骤一中两个单层膜的单侧离型膜进行分离;三、贴合:将步骤二中的去除单侧离型膜的单层膜通过挤压装置进行压合。
进一步的,所述亚克力胶按照如下步骤进行合成:一、将丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸甲酯加到反应釜中混合均匀形成原料;二、将原料、溶剂、引发剂混合均匀后倒入装有温度计、机械搅拌和冷凝管的四口烧瓶中;三、对烧瓶进行加热使烧瓶中反应物的温度升高到80℃,并进行保温搅拌反应,体系粘度开始增加时计时,并继续保温反应1-1.5小时;四、将1~20份的溶剂添加进反应体系中,并调整转速加快搅拌速度搅拌20 min;五、冷却出料,加入固化剂和其他助剂得到胶体A。
进一步的,所述溶剂包括以下至少之一:甲苯、乙酸乙酯;所述引发剂包括以下至少之一:氧化剂过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、还原剂亚硫酸氢钠、偶氮二异丁腈;溶剂的质量为原料的45~65%,引发剂的质量为原料的40~60%。
进一步的,所述助剂包括:消泡剂,偶联剂,所述助剂可以改善胶体贴合效果。
进一步的,所述单层膜按照以下步骤进行制作:一、将厚度50—100μ的胶体A涂在第一离型膜上,并放入烘箱内5—10min;二、在干胶表面附加第二离型膜。
本发明还提供一种厚胶多层贴合的加工设备,包括:第一剥离设备、第二剥离设备、压合设备,所述第一剥离设备将第一单层膜一层离型膜进行分离,所述第二剥离设备将第二单层膜一层离型膜进行分离,所述压合设备将第一单层膜与第二单层膜离型膜去除的部分紧密相靠并利用压力使其粘接在一起。
进一步的,所述第一剥离设备包括:第一放布卷轮、第一收布卷轮,所述第一单层膜放置在第一放布卷轮上,所述第一单层膜的一层离型膜通过第一收布卷轮进行收卷。
进一步的,所述第二剥离设备包括:第二放布卷轮、第二收布卷轮,所述第二单层膜放置在所述第二放布卷轮上,所述第二单层膜的一层离型膜通过第二收布卷轮进行收卷。
进一步的,所述压合设备包括第一挤压辊轴、第二挤压辊轴、贴合布收卷轮,所述第一挤压辊轴与所述第二挤压辊轴水平设置,所述第一挤压辊轴与所述第二挤压辊轴之间预留有一段间隙,所述第一单层膜与所述第二单层膜进过分离后共同穿过所述间隙并通过第一挤压辊轴与第二挤压辊轴挤压粘接,第一单层膜与第二单层膜粘接后通过贴合布收卷轮进行收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,具有以下有益效果:
本发明将压敏胶涂布在离型膜上再将离型膜之间进行贴合,使压敏胶充分烘干,多次涂布再复合生产的工艺具有更好的填充效果,模切不溢胶等优点。

将丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸甲酯混合均匀至反应釜。取其总重量的45%乙酸乙酯溶剂、偶氮二异丁腈引发剂混合均匀后倒入装有温度计、机械搅拌和冷凝管的四口烧瓶,然后加热至80℃反应,当反应体系粘度开始增加时计时,保温反应1.5 h后将20份的乙酸乙酯溶剂添加进反应体系中,使转速150rap/min调整为300rap/min,搅拌20 min;最后冷却出料,做出固含量为30%丙烯酸压敏胶。
在制备的压敏胶里加入0.05%脂肪族聚异氰酸酯(六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体)、0.2%聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、0.2%γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基烷依次加入,混合搅拌均匀,在离型膜上涂50μ干胶,放置于100℃的烘箱烘5分钟,拿出后,附上另一层离型膜,完成半成品压敏胶的制作。根据厚度的要求,然后多层复合。完成最终的产品。
对实施例1中的产品进行性能测试并与工艺调整前的产品性能进行对比得到以下数据:

对实施例1中的产品填充不同厚度PET,45℃/5KG/20min脱泡参数下,进行脱泡性能测
试并与工艺调整前的产品进行对比得到以下数据:

溢胶试验
压敏胶试样:10cm*10cm ,四周边裁剪整齐。
垂直试样,两手对称于玻璃面板上左右来回(50/25次)摩擦
先取干净的玻璃称量(W1),胶面端面摩擦玻璃后的残胶+干净玻璃称量(W2) ,W2-W1,得到残胶净重(W3);
多组平行试验测试溢胶程度。
结果:多层贴合的产品溢胶效果比一次涂布高厚度的产品溢胶好。
Claims (9)
1.一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,其特征在于,按照以下步骤实施:一、制备单层膜:将光学亚克力胶做成无基材,然后在上下底层各贴合一层离型薄膜形成单层压敏胶;
二、膜分离:将步骤一中两个单层膜的单侧离型膜进行分离;
三、贴合:将步骤二中的去除单侧离型膜的单层膜通过挤压装置进行压合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,其特征在于,所述亚克力胶按照如下步骤进行合成:
一、将丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯,丙烯酸甲酯加到反应釜中混合均匀形成原料;
二、将原料、溶剂、引发剂混合均匀后倒入装有温度计、机械搅拌和冷凝管的四口烧瓶中;
三、对烧瓶进行加热使烧瓶中反应物的温度升高到80℃,并进行保温搅拌反应,此时搅拌速度为150rap/min,体系粘度开始增加时计时,并继续保温反应1-1.5小时;
四、将1~20份的溶剂添加进反应体系中,并调整搅拌速度到300 rap/min搅拌20 min;
五、冷却出料,加入固化剂和其他助剂得到胶体A。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括以下至少之一:甲苯、乙酸乙酯;所述引发剂包括以下至少之一:氧化剂过硫酸铵、过硫酸钾、还原剂亚硫酸氢钠、偶氮二异丁腈;溶剂的质量为原料的45~65%,引发剂的质量为原料的40~60%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,其特征在于,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯固化剂L75,所述助剂包括:消泡剂,偶联剂,所述消泡剂包括以下至少之一:高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷;所述偶联剂包括以下至少之一:γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-β -(氨乙基)-γ -氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,所述助剂可以改善胶体贴合效果。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种厚胶多层贴合工艺,其特征在于,所述单层膜按照以下步骤进行制作:
一、将厚度50—100μ的胶体A涂在第一离型膜上,并放入烘箱内5—10min;
二、在干胶表面附加第二离型膜。
6.一种厚胶多层贴合的加工设备,其特征在于,包括:第一剥离设备、第二剥离设备、压合设备,所述第一剥离设备将第一单层膜一层离型膜进行分离,所述第二剥离设备将第二单层膜一层离型膜进行分离,所述压合设备将第一单层膜与第二单层膜离型膜去除的部分紧密相靠并利用压力使其粘接在一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种厚胶多层贴合的加工设备,其特征在于,所述第一剥离设备包括:第一放布卷轮、第一收布卷轮,所述第一单层膜放置在第一放布卷轮上,所述第一单层膜的一层离型膜通过第一收布卷轮进行收卷。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种厚胶多层贴合的加工设备,其特征在于,所述第二剥离设备包括:第二放布卷轮、第二收布卷轮,所述第二单层膜放置在所述第二放布卷轮上,所述第二单层膜的一层离型膜通过第二收布卷轮进行收卷。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种厚胶多层贴合的加工设备,其特征在于,所述压合设备包括第一挤压辊轴、第二挤压辊轴、贴合布收卷轮,所述第一挤压辊轴与所述第二挤压辊轴水平设置,所述第一挤压辊轴与所述第二挤压辊轴之间预留有一段间隙,所述第一单层膜与所述第二单层膜进过分离后共同穿过所述间隙并通过第一挤压辊轴与第二挤压辊轴挤压粘接,第一单层膜与第二单层膜粘接后通过贴合布收卷轮进行收卷。
