The invention aims to provide a mask containing cyperus rotundus root oil and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving various skin problems caused by the fact that the existing mask cannot fundamentally solve skin barriers, cyperus rotundus root oil is compatible with water replenishing, moisturizing, soothing and antioxidant components, and the mask containing cyperus rotundus root oil is prepared by adopting a modern technology.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments in order to make the above objects, features and advantages more apparent and understandable.
Examples 1-5 components and mass percentages of components in the mask containing cyperus rotundus oil are shown in table 1:

The preparation of example 1 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 80 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 8 minutes, cooling to 60 ℃, and preserving heat for 45 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 12 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 25 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 38 minutes, and performing vacuum defoaming to obtain the smearing type facial mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 2 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 75 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 10 minutes, cooling to 58 ℃, and preserving heat for 60 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 15 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 20 ℃, adding the phase D, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 45 minutes, and performing vacuum deaeration to obtain the smearing type facial mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 3 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 84 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 9 minutes, cooling to 62 ℃, and preserving heat for 40 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 10 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 30 ℃, adding the phase D, stirring uniformly, homogenizing for 30 minutes, and performing vacuum deaeration to obtain the smearing type facial mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 4 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 76 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 8 minutes, cooling to 59 ℃, and preserving heat for 30 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 14 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 21 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 42 minutes, and performing vacuum defoaming to obtain the application type facial mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 5 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 83 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 7 minutes, cooling to 61 ℃, and preserving heat for 50 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 11 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 29 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 33 minutes, and performing vacuum deaeration to obtain the smearing type facial mask containing the cyperus oil.
Examples 6 to 10 components and mass percentages of the components in the mask containing cyperus rotundus oil are shown in table 2:

The preparation of example 6 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 77 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 6 minutes, cooling to 60 ℃, and preserving heat for 35 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 13 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 22 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 40 minutes, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 7 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 82 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 10 minutes, cooling to 58 ℃, and preserving heat for 55 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 12 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 28 ℃, adding the phase D, homogenizing for 35 minutes after uniformly stirring, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 8 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 78 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 7 minutes, cooling to 62 ℃, and preserving heat for 45 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 15 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 23 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 43 minutes, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 9 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 81 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 9 minutes, cooling to 59 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 38 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 10 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 27 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 32 minutes, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
The preparation of example 10 is as follows:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 79 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 6 minutes, cooling to 61 ℃, and preserving heat for 52 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 13 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) cooling to 24 ℃, adding the phase D, homogenizing for 37 minutes after uniformly stirring, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
The extraction method of the cyperus alternifolius root oil in the embodiments 1-10 comprises the following steps: cleaning and airing the cyperus esculentus roots, squeezing, extracting at 25-45 ℃ to obtain oily liquid, and distilling the obtained oily liquid to obtain the pure cyperus esculentus root oil.
And (3) efficacy verification:
400 volunteers are selected and randomly divided into 10 groups, and each group contains 40 persons, and the mask containing cyperus esculentus root oil prepared in the embodiments 1-10 is tried for three times per week and is continuously tried for one month, and the frequency is three times per week. The mask containing cyperus esculentus root oil prepared in examples 1-5 is a coating type mask which can be used as a night sleep mask, and the mask is uniformly coated on the face skin after the face is cleaned and washed off in the morning of the next day. The mask containing the cyperus oil prepared in the examples 6-10 is a sheet-shaped mask, the mask is attached to the face after the face is cleaned, and the mask is removed after 15-20 minutes and is massaged until the skin of the face is fresh and not sticky. The results are summarized in Table 3:

The masks prepared in examples 1 to 5 were sheet-like masks, and as can be seen from table 3, the effects of the masks obtained in examples 6 to 10 were not much different. Overall, for the embodiments 1-10, the effects of moisturizing, anti-allergy and tendering skin after more than 85% of the volunteers use the facial mask are better, and more than 80% of the volunteers show that the facial skin still keeps moist, tender and elastic after the trial is finished, and the sensitive phenomenon of stabbing pain and redness is obviously relieved, so that the mask containing the cyperus esculentus root oil provided by the invention can effectively and fundamentally solve the skin problem caused by the damaged skin barrier.

3. The method for preparing a mask containing cyperus esculentus root oil according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 75-84 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 6-10 minutes, cooling to 58-62 ℃, and preserving heat for 30-60 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 10-15 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 20-30 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 30-45 minutes, and performing vacuum deaeration to obtain the smearing type mask containing the cyperus oil.
4. A mask containing cyperus esculentus root oil prepared according to the method of claim 3, wherein: the mass percentage of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer is 1.5-3%, and the mass percentage of the carbomer is 0.2-0.55%.
5. The method for preparing a mask containing cyperus esculentus root oil according to any one of claims 1 to 2, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting the phase B into a heating container, heating to 75-84 ℃, stirring to uniformly mix the components, homogenizing for 6-10 minutes, cooling to 58-62 ℃, and preserving heat for 30-60 minutes;
(2) adding the phase A into the phase B, stirring to uniformly mix the components in the phase A into the phase B, and homogenizing for 10-15 minutes;
(3) adding the phase C and stirring uniformly;
(4) and cooling to 20-30 ℃, adding the phase D, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 30-45 minutes, and soaking the mask base cloth in the mask base cloth after vacuum defoaming to obtain the sheet mask containing the cyperus oil.
6. A mask containing Cyperus esculentus root oil prepared by the method according to claim 5, wherein: the mass percentage of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer is 0.5-2%, and the mass percentage of the carbomer is 0.05-0.3%.
7. A mask containing Cyperus esculentus root oil prepared by the method according to claim 5, wherein: the facial mask base cloth is one or a mixture of silk, non-woven fabrics, cotton fibers, bamboo charcoal fibers, keratin fibers and chitosan fibers.
