Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of disinfection and sterilization, and particularly relates to a disinfection and sterilization composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
It is well known that microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, e.g., norovirus, poliovirus and adenovirus present health hazards due to infection or contamination. Together with fungi, yeasts and other microorganisms, they can also cause spoilage of items such as food, clothing and produce unpleasant odors. When microorganisms are present on the surface of a substrate, such as skin, they can rapidly replicate to form colonies. The disinfectant is a chemical preparation for killing pathogenic microorganisms on a transmission medium to make the transmission medium achieve the harmless requirement.
The traditional disinfection and sterilization product has the following defects: the active ingredients are single; the range of killing microorganisms is narrow; the smell is unpleasant; the product operation is complicated; the traditional disinfection and sterilization product has stimulation and is not mild; the safety factor is low.

Detailed Description
For purposes of the following detailed description, it is to be understood that the invention may assume various alternative variations and step sequences, except where expressly specified to the contrary. Moreover, other than in any operating examples, or where otherwise indicated, all numbers expressing, for example, quantities of ingredients used in the specification and claims are to be understood as being modified in all instances by the term "about". Accordingly, unless indicated to the contrary, the numerical parameters set forth in the following specification and attached claims are approximations that may vary depending upon the desired properties to be obtained by the present invention. At the very least, and not as an attempt to limit the application of the doctrine of equivalents to the scope of the claims, each numerical parameter should at least be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques.
Notwithstanding that the numerical ranges and parameters setting forth the broad scope of the invention are approximations, the numerical values set forth in the specific examples are reported as precisely as possible. Any numerical value, however, inherently contains certain errors necessarily resulting from the standard deviation found in their respective testing measurements.
When a range of values is disclosed herein, the range is considered to be continuous and includes both the minimum and maximum values of the range, as well as each value between such minimum and maximum values. Further, when a range refers to an integer, each integer between the minimum and maximum values of the range is included. Further, when multiple range-describing features or characteristics are provided, the ranges may be combined. In other words, unless otherwise indicated, all ranges disclosed herein are to be understood to encompass any and all subranges subsumed therein. For example, a stated range from "1 to 10" should be considered to include any and all subranges between the minimum value of 1 and the maximum value of 10. Exemplary subranges of the range 1 to 10 include, but are not limited to, 1 to 6.1, 3.5 to 7.8, 5.5 to 10, and the like.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a disinfection and sterilization composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-5 parts of benzalkonium chloride and 0.01-5 parts of N-alkyl propylamine glycine.

The CAS number of the benzalkonium chloride is 63449-41-2, and the benzalkonium chloride is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt, can change the permeability of a bacterial cytoplasmic membrane, enables bacterial cytoplasmic substances to seep out, and blocks the metabolism of the bacterial cytoplasmic substances to play a role in killing. Has strong effect on gram-positive bacteria, and has no effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa, acid-fast bacillus and cell spore. Can be rapidly combined with protein, and has remarkably reduced effect when meeting the existence of blood, cotton, cellulose and organic matters.
The N-alkyl propylamine glycine is creative in brand, does not contain methylisothiazolinone, and can be used for efficiently sterilizing and broad-spectrum sterilizing.

The plant extract contains patchouli extract, cinnamon extract, usnea barbata extract and gentiana tibetana extract, has obvious effects of inhibiting bacteria and even eliminating viruses, for example, the bacteriostasis capability of usnic acid is equivalent to that of sorbic acid, the components contained in the plant extract are complex, the action mechanism covers different mechanisms, a synergistic effect is formed, and the antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects with long-term, low sensitization and higher effects are provided. N-alkyl propylamino glycine is shown as positive charge cation in the system, and the product is a composite active cation type disinfection product. Meanwhile, the N-alkyl propylamine glycine has low surface tension (gamma is less than 30mN/m), so that the product can be well infiltrated and spread on both hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces, and active ingredients in the system can be uniformly dispersed on various surfaces to be disinfected to the greatest extent, thereby optimizing the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects.
The applicant has also found that said disinfecting composition, having a pH comprised between 6 and 8, is capable of killing gram-positive bacteria staphylococcus aureus, gram-negative bacteria escherichia coli, gram-negative bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa, fungi candida albicans, viruses, etc.
The preparation method of the disinfection composition comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing various raw materials according to the formula of the disinfection and sterilization composition;
(2) placing weighed water into a container at room temperature, then adding 3-6 carbon atoms of polyhydric alcohol, benzalkonium chloride, plant extract and N-alkyl propylamine glycine one by one, stirring at 100 revolutions per minute until the composition forms transparent and uniform liquid;
(3) adding alkali metal hydroxide, and stirring to obtain transparent uniform liquid.
The disinfectant composition may be prepared in any form conventionally prepared in the art. Such as, but not limited to, solutions, suspensions, emulsions, creams, gels, foams, creams, moisturizers, powders, soaps, facial washes, oils, sprays, and the like.
The disinfection and sterilization composition can be used in the fields of factory production disinfection, hospital space cleaning disinfection, public health disinfection, family hygiene, personal hygiene and the like, can protect human life health, and can quickly dissipate faint traditional Chinese medicine smell carried by the product after being sprayed, and has no pungent smell. Moreover, the applicant unexpectedly finds that the benzalkonium chloride, the plant extract and the N-alkyl propylamine glycine in certain weight parts cooperate with each other to rapidly permeate into oil stains and between the oil stains and a base material, so that the disinfection and sterilization composition has a rapid sterilization effect on heavy oil stains in kitchens and the like.
When the disinfection and sterilization composition is made into a gel, the disinfection and sterilization composition also comprises 0.01 to 5 weight parts of thickening agent.
The thickener is at least one selected from hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, carbomer, carrageenan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and hydroxybutyl methyl cellulose.
The preparation of the disinfection and sterilization composition comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing various raw materials according to the formula of the disinfection and sterilization composition;
(2) placing the weighed water in a container;
(3) uniformly mixing a thickening agent with polyhydric alcohol with 3-6 carbon atoms in advance, adding the mixture into a container, and uniformly stirring at 100 revolutions per minute;
