In many cases, the main factor of dandruff is also an imbalance in the amount of malassezia. Therefore, inhibition of the amount of malassezia to the scalp is critical to the treatment of dandruff. Many anti-dandruff treatments have been developed, the main purpose of which is to remove Malassezia yeasts (Malassezia yeast) from the scalp, the activity of modern anti-dandruff active agents such as zinc pyrithione, piroctone olamine, climbazole, ketoconazole or selenium sulphide being based mainly on their fungicidal properties.
Currently, there are some anti-dandruff combinations without zinc pyrithione, such as CN102973419B, which contains 3,3,4, -trichloro-sym-diphenylurea and 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-6- (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) -2 (1H) -pyridone ethanolamine, 3,3,4, -trichloro-sym-diphenylurea, which can achieve bacteriostatic effect only when reaching 1% -2%, and the anti-dandruff compositions in this group are used in large amounts. For example, CN201510377981.6 uses piroctone olamine salt as an anti-dandruff component, the addition amount is 5-10%, and the problems of irritation, sensitization and the like of the piroctone olamine salt are concerned.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bactericidal and anti-dandruff composition for hair and a preparation method thereof. The composition of the invention has better removal effect on malassezia.

The invention provides a sterilizing and dandruff-removing composition for hair, which is characterized by comprising a 2-hydroxypyridine compound and a cation synergistic agent, wherein the 2-hydroxypyridine compound has the following molecular structure:

The invention also provides a preparation method of the sterilizing and dandruff removing composition for hair, which comprises the steps of adding the 2-hydroxypyridine compound and the cation synergistic agent into deionized water according to the proportion, and stirring and dissolving uniformly.
By the technical scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages:
the high-efficiency anti-dandruff bactericide is compounded and combined, and the composition has excellent sterilizing, antibacterial and anti-dandruff capabilities, good conditioning performance on hair, smooth skin feeling on skin, low irritation on human body and hair and scalp protection effects; on the other hand, the price is moderate, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the use is simple and convenient in the formula.
The composition disclosed by the invention is applied to hair washing and caring products, does not contain zinc pyrithione with strong irritation, contains components with conditioning effect on hair, and can reduce the irritation of a chemical anti-dandruff agent on skin (scalp) while improving the anti-dandruff effect; avoids the problem of skin (scalp) injury caused by long-term use of chemical antidandruff agent.

The antibacterial and anti-dandruff composition for hair obtained according to the formula of examples 1 to 19 was compared with the size of the bacteriostatic zone of the compound and the monomer by the zone of inhibition (oxford cup) method, and the bacteriostatic effect was evaluated.
The experimental method is as follows:
1. pouring the sterilized malassezia agar culture medium at about 45 ℃ into sterile plates with about 15mL per dish, and turning over after solidification for later use.

From the results in tables 2 to 4, it is known that the synergistic bacteriostatic effect on malassezia furfur is achieved when the 2-hydroxypyridine-N-oxide, the N-alkyl propylamino glycine, the myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the hexamidine bis (isethionate) are compounded in pairs; the compound has better synergistic bacteriostatic effect on malassezia furfur when the 2-hydroxypyridine-N-oxide, the N-alkyl propylamino glycine, the myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the hexamidine di (isethionate) are compounded.
Test example 2 evaluation of Using effects of shampoo containing germicidal anti-dandruff composition for Hair

The evaluation is carried out comprehensively by asking the volunteers to try out the product and filling out a test table by adopting a civil survey evaluation method. The volunteers (20 persons in age range of 20-40; 20 persons in age range of 41-55) with dandruff problems in different age groups are respectively selected as a group of trial subjects, 6 groups of volunteers are totally used for respectively trying the dandruff removing effect of the 6 shampoos (number 1-6), the volunteers wash their hair once every two days for three months, and after trial, the test tables are filled for scoring. The evaluation items in the evaluation table are judged by the number of people with different evaluation in personal evaluation, and the using effect conditions of the shampoo are shown in table 6.

From the test results of table 6, it can be derived: compared with a certain brand of commercially available shampoo containing an anti-dandruff agent zinc pyrithione, the shampoo added with the anti-dandruff composition is mild and non-irritant, hair is fresh and cool after use, the anti-dandruff shampoo has a very good anti-dandruff effect and is easy to clean.
