Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals for disinfection and sterilization, and particularly relates to a supermolecule-wrapped deodorizing and disinfecting composition.
Background
The environment or the indoor space often has certain peculiar smell to be removed, such as smoke smell, the musty smell of leather and cloth, the peculiar smell released by the decomposition of food residual under the condition of bacteria, the smell generated by the metabolism of a human body, the peculiar smell of excrement, the peculiar smell generated by the breeding of microorganisms, and the like. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, more and more families for raising pets are provided, and the peculiar smell brought by the pets is not painful; in addition, the household car is also very popular, and some unpleasant peculiar smell is always generated in the closed space in the car; kitchen waste, toilets that have just been used, residual smoke, oil, odor from footwear, after being burned, after being hot-pot, after staying in a second-hand smoke environment, etc., which are often uncomfortable.
Another particularly major factor in the development of off-flavours is due to bacterial fermentation. People pay more attention to the sanitation and disinfection of the environment, clothes, shoes, socks, hair of pets and the like. The products for disinfection and sterilization in the market are all the same, but the products which combine the sterilization, the disinfectant and the deodorization for environment and clothes are not common.
CN200710087107.4 discloses an air deodorant for removing air odor, which is prepared into a spray or aerosol, comprising cyclodextrin and cyclodextrin derivatives, nano photocatalyst, propylene glycol, disinfectant, antiseptic, and purified water; the cyclodextrin and the cyclodextrin derivative are water-soluble supermolecules of 10 NM-100 NM. The nano photocatalyst is a dispersion with the diameter of 10 NM-100 NM and two crystal forms of anatase and rutile; the disinfectant is a cationic disinfectant; the preservative is sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and other preservatives which are allowed to be used in daily chemical industry. The air deodorant has the advantages of efficiently capturing and adsorbing various off-flavor molecules, achieving rapid deodorization, decomposing the off-flavor molecules to generate harmless tasteless substances, and achieving the purpose of thoroughly eliminating the off-flavor.
CN 109078209A discloses a deodorizing and sterilizing composition for shoes, which is prepared by matching several key components of bicarbonate, cyclodextrin, organic acid salt and cationic bactericide, and optimizing the proportion of the components, so that the deodorizing and sterilizing composition for shoes has the advantages of quick sterilization effect, long-acting antibacterial effect, and low irritation and toxicity. Wherein, the cyclodextrin is a safe and cost-effective odor removing component, and the cavity structure of the cyclodextrin can contain some odor molecules; the bicarbonate can well neutralize the peculiar smell of the shoes and has high safety; on one hand, the organic acid salt can neutralize peculiar smell, and on the other hand, the neutralized product is helpful for inhibiting the breeding of bacteria and fungi in shoes; the cationic bactericide has the characteristics of high efficiency and low toxicity.
The cationic bactericide is a commonly used bactericide, mainly comprises quaternary ammonium salt and biguanides, has the advantages of good water solubility, no color, no odor, low toxicity and irritation, quick bactericidal effect, good effect and the like, but has the defects of more incompatibility, antibacterial defect and certain toxicity and irritation as the bactericide. In daily chemical products, people continuously search for a disinfection and sterilization component which is less irritant, milder and safer, and the disinfection and sterilization effect and safety are improved by compounding disinfection and sterilization active components.
N-alkyl propylamine glycine is an amphoteric surfactant, has excellent bactericidal and bacteriostatic properties, has the best effect at pH 6-9.5, and is further preferably 7.5-8.5, so that the pH value is required to be adjusted when the N-alkyl propylamine glycine is used in a disinfectant. The pH of N-alkyl propylamino glycine is usually adjusted by an alkali solution, however, when the pH is more than 8, turbidity easily occurs, white floc is generated, and precipitate is generated. The general acid-base balance adjusts the pH value of the solution, which easily causes the instability of the system and influences the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a supermolecule-wrapped deodorizing and sterilizing composition, which is formed by wrapping cationic quaternary ammonium salt and N-alkyl propylamino glycine with cyclodextrin to form supermolecules, has the functions of deodorizing, sterilizing and disinfecting, and has the effect of assisting in sterilizing and disinfecting by adding a chelating agent. The composition has three-in-one effects of mild sterilization, green disinfection and high-efficiency peculiar smell removal.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a supermolecule-wrapped deodorizing and sterilizing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:

The quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is 0.01-5 parts by mass, preferably 0.05-3 parts by mass, and more preferably 0.1-1 part by mass.
The chelating agent is preferably one or more of EDTA-2Na, EDTA-4Na, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and trisodium dicarboxymethylalanine. The chelating agent is 0.01-5 parts by mass, preferably 0.05-3 parts by mass, and more preferably 0.1-1 part by mass.
The alcohol comprises monohydric alcohol or polyhydric alcohol, preferably one or more of ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, butanediol, and pentanediol; 1 to 30 parts by mass, preferably 2 to 20 parts by mass, and more preferably 3 to 10 parts by mass.
According to the requirements of different formulations, the supermolecule-wrapped deodorizing and sterilizing composition can be optionally added with components such as thickening agent, foaming agent, emulsifier, grease, flavoring agent and the like.
Particularly and preferably, the invention also provides a coated supermolecule deodorizing and sterilizing spray which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
has the advantages that: the supermolecule wrapped deodorizing and sterilizing composition disclosed by the invention adopts a plurality of cyclodextrins for combination, and can adsorb and wrap odor molecules with different molecular weights. The inner cavity of the cyclodextrin is of a hydrophobic structure, the cyclodextrin is connected with a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant and a hydrophobic head of N-alkyl propylamino glycine through hydrogen bonds to form cyclodextrin wrapped supermolecule, and hydrophilic ammonium groups of the cationic quaternary ammonium salt surfactant and hydrophilic cationic parts of the N-alkyl propylamino glycine are still exposed outside to play roles in adsorbing, wrapping and killing bacteria. The supermolecule wrapped by cyclodextrin is milder, does not cause harm to human bodies and pets, and has lower smell. The N-alkyl propylamine glycine has excellent sterilization and bacteriostasis performance, and can improve the sterilization effect and safety and reduce the irritation by being compounded with the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant; the preferable quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant has longer alkyl chain and lower volatility, thereby being less prone to causing irritation to human mucosa and being milder and safer. Because the cyclodextrin is wrapped to form a supermolecular structure, the N-alkyl propylamine glycine is more stable in a composition system, and the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects of the N-alkyl propylamine glycine can be fully exerted. Meanwhile, the defect of compatibility of cationic bactericides can be overcome due to the existence of a supramolecular structure, and the cationic substances are wrapped by the cyclodextrin to play a steric hindrance role on anions and cations, so that the anion chelating agent in the composition can coexist with the supramolecular cationic substances wrapped by the cyclodextrin as an effective sterilization auxiliary synergist to play a remarkable auxiliary sterilization effect. The peculiar smell is caused by excessive reproduction and catabolism of bacteria in most parts, and the sterilization of the bacteria is an effective means for eliminating the peculiar smell.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples are provided only for illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments but is defined by the claims.
A supermolecule-wrapped multifunctional deodorizing, sterilizing and disinfecting composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2-20 parts of cyclodextrin, 0.05-5 parts of N-alkyl propylamine glycine, 0.01-5 parts of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, 0.01-5 parts of chelating agent, 1-30 parts of alcohol and the balance of water.
The cyclodextrin is selected from alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, gamma-cyclodextrin or derivatives thereof, the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is preferably selected from one or more of C8-C18 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, C8-C18 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide and benzethonium chloride, the chelating agent is preferably selected from one or more of EDTA-2Na, EDTA-4Na, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate or trisodium dicarboxymethylalanine, and the alcohol comprises monohydric alcohol or polyhydric alcohol.
The supermolecule-wrapped deodorizing and sterilizing composition can be prepared into different formulations, such as spray, bubble, mousse, gel, emulsion, cream, multiphase layered system and the like, and optionally can be added with components such as thickening agent, foaming agent, emulsifier, grease, flavoring agent and the like. The thickening agent is selected from carbopol gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, sodium alginate, konjac glucomannan, cellulose gum, guar gum, grafted starch, sodium silicate and the like, the foaming agent is a nonionic or anionic surfactant, and the emulsifying agent is a nonionic or anionic emulsifying agent; the oil is vegetable oil, animal oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, etc.
Specifically and preferably, the coated supermolecule deodorizing and sterilizing spray disclosed by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass:
in the composition for deodorizing, sterilizing and disinfecting the wrapped supermolecule, cyclodextrin (CD) with various specifications is adopted for combination. The different cyclodextrins had an inner cavity size of about 500-1370pm (10) -12 m), 650-1530pm and 850-1690pm, can adsorb and wrap odor molecules with different molecular weights, and plays a role in removing peculiar smells in various application scenes. The cyclodextrin inner cavity is of a hydrophobic structure, can be connected with a hydrophobic head of the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant through a hydrogen bond to form cyclodextrin to wrap supermolecule, the structural formula is shown as formula 1, the hydrophilic amino group of the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant still leaks outside,
formula 1 cyclodextrin wrapped supramolecular structures
Can adsorb and package bacteria. The supermolecule wrapped by the cyclodextrin is milder, does not cause harm to human bodies and pets, and has lower smell.
The quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant preferably selected by the invention is C12-C18 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, the alkyl chain is longer, the volatility is lower, the irritation to human mucosa is less likely to be caused, the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant is milder and safer, the alkyl chain is longer, and the amino head can be more exposed after being wrapped by cyclodextrin, so that the bactericidal effect is better exerted. Once the hydrophilic cationic head is combined with the protein group, the lipophilic group is similar to and compatible with the fat-soluble envelope of the virus, and can be resolved out from the ring structure again to play the effects of wrapping and killing germs.
The N-alkyl propylamine glycine in the composition is an amphoteric surfactant, has a structural formula shown in formula 2, is a glycine derivative,
formula 2N-alkyl propylamine glycine structure
The surface has a characteristic of multiple charges of cations and anions, and shows a weak cationic characteristic when the pH is below the isoelectric point, and can be bound to negatively charged surface protein components of enveloped viruses and bacteria, thereby breaking the binding between the viruses and bacteria and receptors. The surfactant structure has lipophilic group and hydrophilic group, the lipophilic group can be captured and adsorbed by the inner cavity of cyclodextrin, and forms supermolecule together with quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant and cyclodextrin,
the hydrophilic part leaks outside to play the role of sterilization and virus killing. Once the hydrophilic cationic head is combined with the protein group, the lipophilic group is similar to and dissolved with the fat-soluble envelope of the virus, and can be resolved from the supermolecule ring structure again, so as to play the effects of wrapping the virus (germ) and killing the virus (germ). N-alkyl propylamine may also pass through the damaged envelope shell and then bind to the viral (pathogenic) RNA, destroying genetic material, resulting in loss of viral replication ability. Because the mode of action of the amphoteric surfactant is relatively nonspecific and does not act through specific genes/proteins, the amphoteric surfactant is not easy to cause drug resistance. Therefore, the addition of N-alkyl propylamine glycine forms safer and more effective antiviral substances.
The preferred chelating agent of the present invention is tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, an anionic species that is a derivative of glutamic acid,
formula 3 diacetic acid tetrasodium glutamate Structure
Has the degradable performance of natural sources, and the structure is shown as formula 3. Because iron ions are important metal ions for cell metabolism, if the iron ions are lost in the propagation of bacteria, the bacteria can be greatly killed, and therefore, the chelating agent is an effective sterilization auxiliary synergist. However, in the solution, the cationic sterilization and disinfection substance has poor compatibility with the anionic chelating agent, and the cationic sterilization and disinfection substance is attracted among charges to form a precipitable substance or cause charge loss, so that the sterilization and disinfection effects of the cationic substance disappear or are weakened, but because the cationic substance is coated by the cyclodextrin, the cyclodextrin has steric hindrance effect on the anions and the cations, so that the anions and the cations cannot be easily combined to form precipitates, therefore, the anionic chelating agent can coexist with the supramolecular cationic substance coated by the cyclodextrin, and can play a role in assisting sterilization.
In a word, the supermolecule wrapped multifunctional deodorizing, sterilizing and disinfecting composition disclosed by the invention has the functions of deodorizing, sterilizing and disinfecting by wrapping supermolecules formed by cationic quaternary ammonium salt and N-alkyl propylamine glycine by cyclodextrin, and has the effect of assisting in sterilizing and disinfecting by a chelating agent. The composition has three-in-one effects of mild sterilization, green disinfection and high-efficiency odor removal, and can be applied to environment odor removal, sterilization, small space odor removal, sterilization, pet activity places odor removal, sterilization, clothing, shoes, socks, odor removal, sterilization, and the like.
