一种溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车装饰件技术领域,尤其公开了一种溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步及经济社会的发展,汽车已经成为越来越多家庭的出行代步工具之一,汽车均需要配置多种多样的内饰件及外饰件等装饰件,现有技术中汽车装饰件的制造工艺繁琐,制造效率低下,且制造成本一直居高不下。此外,现有技术中汽车装饰件的效果单一,不能满足消费者多种多样的实际需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,简化透光饰件的制造工艺,降低制造成本,提升制造效率;利用镭射雕刻工艺及溅镀工艺的配合,提升透光饰件的装饰多样性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
提供透光胶膜及印刷设备,印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层;
提供遮盖塑料层,将遮盖塑料层贴设在透光胶膜上,印刷层夹持在透光胶膜与遮盖塑料层之间;
提供激光雕刻设备,激光雕刻设备对遮盖塑料层及印刷层进行镭射雕刻,雕刻出穿透遮盖塑料层及印刷层的装饰标记;
提供溅镀设备,溅镀设备在装饰标记处溅镀出溅镀标记;
撕掉溅镀设备溅镀处理后的遮盖塑料层,形成饰件单元。
进一步地,还包括如下步骤:
提供注塑模具,将饰件单元放入注塑模具的注塑模腔内,注塑模具在饰件单元上注塑成型塑料件,饰件单元与塑料件形成透光饰件,塑胶件遮盖印刷层及溅镀标记。
进一步地,还包括如下步骤:
提供吸塑模具,将透光胶膜放入吸塑模具的吸塑模腔内,吸塑模具对吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜进行吸塑成型,印刷设备在吸塑模具吸塑成型后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。
进一步地,还包括如下步骤:
提供裁切单元,裁切单元对吸塑模具吸塑成型处理后的透光胶膜进行裁切处理,印刷设备在裁切单元裁切处理后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。
进一步地,所述裁切单元包括转动设置的环形条、用于驱动环形条转动的驱动件、设置于环形条上并位于吸塑模具内的切刀,切刀用于对吸塑模具吸塑成型后的吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜进行裁切处理。
进一步地,所述透光胶膜采用透明塑料制成。
进一步地,所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料制成。
进一步地,所述透光胶膜采用PET塑料制成。
进一步地,所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料层与ABS塑料层共压制成。
进一步地,所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料层与PC塑料层共压制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺利用印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层,将遮盖塑料层贴设在透光胶膜上,利用激光雕刻设备对遮盖塑料层及印刷层进行镭射雕刻,雕刻出穿透遮盖塑料层及印刷层的装饰标记,溅镀设备在装饰标记处溅镀出溅镀标记;撕掉溅镀设备溅镀处理后的遮盖塑料层形成饰件单元;大大简化透光饰件的制造工艺,降低制造成本,提升制造效率;利用镭射雕刻工艺及溅镀工艺的配合,提升透光饰件的装饰多样性。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的一种溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
提供透光胶膜及印刷设备,透光胶膜采用透光塑料制成,透光胶膜呈薄片状,印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层,印刷层用于对汽车进行装饰,印刷层为印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷出的颜色涂料层,例如,印刷层为黄色油漆层、银色油漆层等。
提供遮盖塑料层,遮盖塑料层为现有技术,遮盖塑料层英文简称为MASK PET,PET(英文全称为Polyethylene terephthalate)即为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑料,将遮盖塑料层贴设在透光胶膜上,遮盖塑料层用于遮盖住印刷层,印刷层夹持在透光胶膜与遮盖塑料层之间。
提供激光雕刻设备,激光雕刻设备对遮盖塑料层及印刷层进行镭射雕刻,雕刻出穿透遮盖塑料层及印刷层的装饰标记,装饰标记可以为多种多样的形状构造,例如,装饰标记为弯曲线条、植物图案或动物图案等;借助镭射雕刻的特性,实现多样化雕刻及精准雕刻,提升装饰标记的制造效率及制造良率。
提供溅镀设备,溅镀设备为现有技术,溅镀设备在装饰标记处溅镀出溅镀标记;经由溅镀设备溅镀出溅镀标记,相较于电镀、真空度等传统工艺,能够方便地进行局部镀层处理,节省加工制造成本。且溅镀工艺大大减薄溅镀标记的厚度,确保溅镀标记具有良好的透光效果,提升透光饰件的透光装饰效果。在溅镀设备的溅镀处理过程中,经由遮盖塑料层的遮盖作用,避免溅镀设备在装饰标记之外进行溅镀,提升溅镀良率。
撕掉溅镀设备溅镀处理后的遮盖塑料层,形成饰件单元。
本发明的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺利用印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层,将遮盖塑料层贴设在透光胶膜上,利用激光雕刻设备对遮盖塑料层及印刷层进行镭射雕刻,雕刻出穿透遮盖塑料层及印刷层的装饰标记,溅镀设备在装饰标记处溅镀出溅镀标记;撕掉溅镀设备溅镀处理后的遮盖塑料层形成饰件单元。
当透光饰件安装在汽车上之后,白天时,利用印刷层对汽车进行装饰。夜晚时,汽车的发光件发出的光线经由溅镀标记处、装饰标记处及透光胶膜射出,实现对汽车的装饰。
本发明的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺大大简化透光饰件的制造工艺,降低制造成本,提升制造效率;利用镭射雕刻工艺及溅镀工艺的配合,提升透光饰件的装饰多样性。
还包括如下步骤:
提供注塑模具,将饰件单元放入注塑模具的注塑模腔内,注塑模具在饰件单元上注塑成型塑料件,饰件单元与塑料件组合形成透光饰件,塑胶件遮盖印刷层及溅镀标记。优选地,印刷层包含有防冲层,当注塑模具的熔融塑料冲击在印刷层上时,借助防冲层的防冲效果,避免印刷层被冲乱而损伤不良。
利用注塑成型的方式将塑料件设置在饰件单元上,一方面提升透光饰件的制造效率,另一方面增大塑料件与饰件单元之间的连接力,确保两者稳固地连接在一起。
实际使用时,可以在注塑模具的注塑模腔内预先设置对应溅镀标记的发光件(如LED等),发光件经由塑料件与饰件单元固定连接在一起。当然,可以将塑料件采用透光塑料制成,发光件安装在塑料件远离装饰单元的一侧,发光件发出的光线穿经塑料件、溅镀标记处、装饰标记处并经由透光胶膜射出。
还包括如下步骤:
提供吸塑模具,将透光胶膜放入吸塑模具的吸塑模腔内,利用吸塑模具加热吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜,待透光胶膜受热软化之后,吸塑模具对吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜进行吸塑成型,使得透光胶膜快速成为所需的形状构造,印刷设备在吸塑模具吸塑成型后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。相较于利用弯折、切割的工艺加工制造透光胶膜,利用吸塑成型的方式大大提升透光胶膜的成型效率,进而提升透光饰件的制造效率。
还包括如下步骤:
提供裁切单元,裁切单元对吸塑模具吸塑成型处理后的透光胶膜进行裁切处理,印刷设备在裁切单元裁切处理后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。利用裁切单元切除掉透光胶膜上的边角余料,进一步辅助提升透光胶膜的成型效率。
所述裁切单元包括转动设置的环形条、用于驱动环形条转动的驱动件、安装设置在环形条上并位于吸塑模具内的切刀,根据实际需要,切刀的数量可以为多个,当透光胶膜在吸塑模腔内完成吸塑成型处理后,切刀用于对吸塑模具吸塑成型后的吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜进行裁切处理。相较于将透光胶膜移出到吸塑模具之外进行二次定位,利用吸塑模腔对透光胶膜的定位提升裁切良率。
本实施例中,所述透光胶膜采用透明塑料制成,利用透光塑料透光性能良好的特性,辅助提升透光饰件对汽车的透光装饰效率。
所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料制成。PMMA(英文全称为polymethyl methacrylate)塑料又称做压克力、亚克力或有机玻璃,PMMA塑料为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
所述透光胶膜采用PET塑料制成。PET(英文全称为Polyethylene terephthalate)塑料为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料层与ABS塑料层共压制成。PMMA塑料层采用PMMA塑料制成,ABS(英文全称为Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic)塑料层采用ABS塑料制成,ABS塑料为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
所述透光胶膜采用PMMA塑料层与PC塑料层共压制成。PC(英文全称为Polycarbonate)塑料层采用PC塑料制成,PC塑料为现有技术,在此不再赘述。

提供透光胶膜及印刷设备,印刷设备在透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层;
提供遮盖塑料层,将遮盖塑料层贴设在透光胶膜上,印刷层夹持在透光胶膜与遮盖塑料层之间;
提供激光雕刻设备,激光雕刻设备对遮盖塑料层及印刷层进行镭射雕刻,雕刻出穿透遮盖塑料层及印刷层的装饰标记;
提供溅镀设备,溅镀设备在装饰标记处溅镀出溅镀标记;
撕掉溅镀设备溅镀处理后的遮盖塑料层,形成饰件单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
提供注塑模具,将饰件单元放入注塑模具的注塑模腔内,注塑模具在饰件单元上注塑成型塑料件,饰件单元与塑料件组合形成透光饰件,塑胶件遮盖印刷层及溅镀标记。
3.根据权利要求1所述的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
提供吸塑模具,将透光胶膜放入吸塑模具的吸塑模腔内,吸塑模具对吸塑模腔内的透光胶膜进行吸塑成型,印刷设备在吸塑模具吸塑成型后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的溅镀式透光饰件的制造工艺,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
提供裁切单元,裁切单元对吸塑模具吸塑成型处理后的透光胶膜进行裁切处理,印刷设备在裁切单元裁切处理后的透光胶膜上印刷涂设印刷层。
