本发明公开了防脱落瓷砖成型模具。防脱落瓷砖成型模具,包括模套和模芯,模芯嵌设在模套内,模套设有至少四个放置腔,四个放置腔两两对称且呈“口”形排列,每个放置腔内设置有一个模芯,放置腔底部设有放置斜孔,放置腔一端设有弹性受力部。防脱落瓷砖,包括瓷砖基体,安装面开设有防脱落槽,防脱落槽至少为四个,四个防脱落槽两两对称且呈“口”形排列,防脱落槽为子弹形。本发明防脱落瓷砖成型模具,通过在防脱落瓷砖成型模具模具设置四个方向的模芯进行压制成型,实现了防脱落瓷砖具有四个方向的防脱力,大大提高了防脱落粘接力同时防脱落瓷砖成型模具精巧设置,实现了压制后的轻松脱模。

防脱落瓷砖成型模具
技术领域
本发明涉及瓷砖模具领域,特别涉及防脱落瓷砖成型模具。
背景技术
瓷砖是以耐火的金属氧化物及半金属氧化物,经由研磨、混合、压制、施釉、烧结之过程,而形成的一种耐酸碱的瓷质或石质等建筑或装饰材料,称之为瓷砖。瓷砖一般是采用粘合剂或者水泥浆铺贴于墙面或者地面上,而普通的瓷砖的粘合面往往设有若干条凸起的纵横交错的防滑筋,这种瓷砖完全依靠粘性固定于墙面或者地面,粘合力小,粘合强度不足,使用时间长了瓷砖容易松动或者脱落。
为了提高瓷砖与墙面或者地面的粘合力,防止瓷砖松动脱落,市面上出现了防脱落瓷砖,这种瓷砖与墙面或者地面的粘合力得到明显提高。目前市面上的防脱落瓷砖大部分采用凸起或凹槽设计,但是这些凸起或凹槽设计的防脱力都存在一些缺陷,仅能提供单方向的防脱力,整体提供的防脱力不足,且压制模具设计较为繁琐,脱模不方便。
本申请的目的是提供一种能够压制成型具有四面防脱力的防脱落瓷砖,且方便压制后脱模的防脱落瓷砖成型模具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,能够压制出分布在四个方向的防脱落槽且方便脱模的防脱落瓷砖成型模具。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,防脱落瓷砖成型模具,包括模套和模芯,模芯嵌设在模套内,模套设有至少四个放置腔,放置腔两两对称且呈“口”形排列,每个放置腔内设置有一个模芯,放置腔底部设有放置斜孔,放置腔一端设有弹性受力部,放置腔腔壁两侧设有放置腔安装孔;
模芯包括固定安装部,固定安装部设有贯穿的模芯安装孔,模芯安装孔与放置腔安装孔对应设置,固定安装部下方设有成型部,成型部与放置斜孔匹配,固定安装部一端设有弹性安装部,弹性安装部固定安装有弹性件,弹性件一端与弹性受力部接触配合。
本发明防脱落瓷砖成型模具,通过在模套上设置放置腔并在放置腔内置入模芯,通过模芯进行压制成型四个方向的防脱落槽,实现四个方向防脱力支撑的防脱落瓷砖;设置弹性件,配合模芯安装孔和放置槽安装孔,实现脱模时的弹力转动,使得模芯进行小角度转动,实现方便的脱模。
在一些实施方式中,成型部包括椭圆底面、倾斜外侧面和倾斜内侧面,倾斜外侧面和倾斜内侧面为弧形面。
在一些实施方式中,倾斜外侧面和倾斜内侧面分别与椭圆底面圆弧过渡,倾斜外侧面与椭圆底面呈锐角且形成圆弧底角。
在一些实施方式中,弹性件为弹簧,弹性安装部设有弹簧固定块,弹簧与弹簧固定块固定安装,弹性受力部设有弹簧受力槽,弹簧受力槽为圆槽且与弹簧直径大小匹配。压制时,弹簧压缩,模芯与材料进行压制成型,脱模时,弹簧回弹,带动模芯转动,实现脱模。
在一些实施方式中,模套设有模套安装孔,还包括安装轴,安装轴与模套安装孔匹配,安装轴贯穿放置腔安装孔、模芯安装孔和模套安装孔。
在一些实施方式中,模芯上方设有压板,压板对应模芯位置设有压板槽,压板槽与模芯顶部匹配。压板设置压板槽,方便与模芯配合,且实现完整压制。
在一些实施方式中,成型部横截面为子弹形。成型部横截面为子弹形,压制成的防脱落槽也为子弹形,提供的防脱力更为集中。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明防脱落瓷砖成型模具,通过在防脱落瓷砖成型模具模具设置四个方向的模芯进行压制成型,实现了防脱落瓷砖具有四个方向的防脱力,大大提高了防脱落粘接力同时防脱落瓷砖成型模具精巧设置,实现了压制后的轻松脱模,结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至5所示,防脱落瓷砖成型模具,包括模套1和模芯2,模芯2嵌设在模套1内,模套1设有十八个放置腔3,十八个放置腔3两两对称且呈“口”形排列,十八个放置腔3呈纵向两侧各四个,横向两侧各五个设置,每个放置腔3内设置有一个模芯2,放置腔3底部设有放置斜孔31,放置腔3一端设有弹性受力部32,放置腔3腔壁两侧设有放置腔安装孔33;
模芯2包括固定安装部21,固定安装部21设有贯穿的模芯安装孔22,模芯安装孔22与放置腔安装孔33对应设置,固定安装部21下方设有成型部4,成型部4与放置斜孔31匹配,固定安装部21一端设有弹性安装部23,弹性安装部23固定安装有弹性件5,弹性件5一端与弹性受力部32接触配合。
成型部4包括椭圆底面41、倾斜外侧面42和倾斜内侧面43,倾斜外侧面42和倾斜内侧面43为弧形面。
倾斜外侧面42和倾斜内侧面43分别与椭圆底面41圆弧过渡,倾斜外侧面42与椭圆底面41呈锐角且形成圆弧底角44。
弹性件5为弹簧,弹性安装部23设有弹簧固定块24,弹簧与弹簧固定块24固定安装,弹性受力部32设有弹簧受力槽34,弹簧受力槽34为圆槽且与弹簧直径大小匹配。
模套1设有模套安装孔11,还包括安装轴6,安装轴6与模套安装孔11匹配,安装轴6贯穿放置腔安装孔33、模芯安装孔22和模套安装孔11。
模芯2上方设有压板7,压板7对应模芯2位置设有压板槽71,压板槽71与模芯2顶部匹配。
如图6至7所示,防脱落瓷砖,包括瓷砖基体8,瓷砖基体8包括安装面81,安装面81开设有防脱落槽9,防脱落槽9设置为十八个,十八个防脱落槽9两两对称且呈“口”形排列,十八个放置腔3呈纵向两侧各四个,横向两侧各五个设置,防脱落槽9为子弹形。
防脱落槽9槽底为椭圆形底面91,两端槽边为倾斜弧形边92,两侧槽边为弧形边93。
两端倾斜弧形边92与椭圆形底面91圆弧过渡,倾斜弧形边92与椭圆底面91呈锐角角度。
如图8、9所示,压制动作时,压板7下压,压板槽71对应模芯顶部设置,压板7下压过程中,弹性件5的弹簧压缩,模芯2与放置腔3完全贴合,成型部4对下方料板进行压制成型,形成带有十八个与成型部4匹配的子弹形造型的防脱落槽9的瓷砖基体8,十八个防脱落槽9两两对称且呈“口”形排列;
压制完成后,压板7上升,压板7与模芯2脱离,模芯2不受压力,此时弹性件5的弹簧回弹,弹性件5回弹带动模芯2弹性安装部23上升,由于模芯2受安装轴6固定安装,因此模芯2转动,模芯2的圆弧底角44和倾斜外侧面42与防脱落槽9的倾斜弧形边92脱离,伴随着模套1上升,模芯2和防脱落槽9完成脱模。
本发明防脱落瓷砖成型模具,通过在防脱落瓷砖成型模具模具设置四个方向的模芯进行压制成型,实现了四个方向防脱落槽的防脱落瓷砖具有四个方向的防脱力,大大提高了防脱落粘接力同时防脱落瓷砖成型模具精巧设置,实现了压制后的轻松脱模,结构简单,成本低。

所述模芯(2)包括固定安装部(21),所述固定安装部(21)设有贯穿的模芯安装孔(22),所述模芯安装孔(22)与放置腔安装孔(33)对应设置,所述固定安装部(21)下方设有成型部(4),所述成型部(4)与放置斜孔(31)匹配,所述固定安装部(21)一端设有弹性安装部(23),所述弹性安装部(23)固定安装有弹性件(5),所述弹性件(5)一端与弹性受力部(32)接触配合;
所述成型部(4)包括椭圆底面(41)、倾斜外侧面(42)和倾斜内侧面(43),所述倾斜外侧面(42)和倾斜内侧面(43)为弧形面,所述倾斜外侧面(42)和倾斜内侧面(43)分别与椭圆底面(41)圆弧过渡,所述倾斜外侧面(42)与椭圆底面(41)呈锐角且形成圆弧底角(44)。
